Iam mazhar from dabeerpura, hyderabad. Since 1 month we r facing prblm because o[censored]ncleaned man holes near our home, due to which we are getting sick. So it's my humble request to clean the manholes near my home ASAP.

I'm residing at 1-3-183/40/23, sbi staff colony, new bakaram, lane adj to vijaya diagnostic street no 13. There is a leakage on road in front my house which belongs to my neighbours next house and opp my house. Nobody is taking responsibility to clean the overflow of drain. We are getting bad smell from morning to evening as there is slope to my house side and all drain water is stagging in front of my house. Please do needful.

We have raised multiple complaints regarding categorization of my house as commercial property. I am paying 984/- rupees every month, even though it is not a commercial property. We have given formal request letter in the office with photographs. we have raised multiple complaints online, which are being closed, without any action (proof attached). We have also messaged and made multiple calls to the local water board manager, to resolve this issue. Inspite of all these efforts, our plea is being ignored, and we are forced to pay high charges. I sincerely request the concerned authority to please help us in this regard.

As government has initiated free water facility for 20K litres per month, I tried to link my Aadhar card details to my CAN[protected]. Because of change in the name format (Aadhar card: Panduga Veera Mani) (HMWSSB CAN : VEERAMANI. P.), I was not able to link. I followed the process of name correction from the portal, but still the name is showing as VEERAMANI. P., because of which I am not able to link my Aadhar. 31st March 2021 is last date for this process, so kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

We are facing a continuous overflowing of drainage water in our colony which indeed might be mixing in drinking water pipelines too. Thus, resulting in polluted drinking water every alternate date of home water supply connections.

Requesting the concerned authorities to provide the resolution as soon as possible, as if this situation continues unaddressed this might result in severe health issues to people who are consuming this polluted water (drainage overflow somewhere mixing with drinking water pipelines)
