Iam the resident of new santoshnagar colony would like to inform you that in my area there is a breakage in water pipeline which leads to overflowing of water from the pipe for the last 7days. nothing has been done in this regard....plz do the needful.

I am the Resident of the Old Malakpet would like to inform you that in my area there is a overflow of the Drianage water from the manhole, which leads to viral fever and unhealthy. As well as we are unable to move on the street. We have launched complaints number of times at our local office. There is no proper action by the department. So, kindly do the need full regarding this matter. I am waiting for your Positive reply.

This is regarding irregularities in water supply in Santosh Nagar /
Saidabad region on communal basis. On Muslim festival days water is
being supplied for more time than normal. On Hindu festival days,
water supply is being stopped before normal time. This has been
observed for at least for the last 30 years. The latest incidence has
been on Shivratri day when the water supply was cut off well before
the usual time. Today, being Milad un Nabi, water was supplied for
extra time. Tomorrow, March 22 is HOLI. Specific instructions may
kindly be given to ensure water supply on par with Muslim festival
days.

As per regular intervel, we are supposed to get water today and now at 12.30 no news about water whether we will get water or not. We are dependent only of municipal water. When I called 2nd time, they asked me to find out another number bearing no: 23446971 and they asked to contact 23446972 and 23446972 no one is taking the line.

My request is please do not stop water without information. Secondly please give information to the tollfree number 155313 so that, they can give information whether water will get or not. For some one small neglience, total colony people should not suffer. As far I am concerned, I could not go out from morning and waiting for water. Please try to avoid giving inconvenient to public and people who are working in your department should thing that they are also part of public.

I am resident of H.No.J.405, NRRPuram Site.I, HUDA Colony, Ramalayam lane, Borabanda, Hyderabad.500 018 bring to your notice that our houses are constructed by HUDA on height place with 2 inch plastic pipe line for water supply to the quarters and water was supplied through booster 30 minutes alternative days with sufficient water. Since two months your officials are supplying water from newly constructed water tank which is far away from this area and we are getting insufficient water has become more difficult. We are paying water bill regularily also the water timings are horrible we are not aware of that due to this we are westing through out day by watching water.
The above new water tank is unable to supply more than one lakh people who are residing in this area, our colony is in high place and nearly 50 thousands families are accomodated which is not covering all the people. This area requires one overhead tank or construct one more water supply pump house at Rock hill area, Habeeb Fathima Nagar. Also my humble request to change plastice 2 inch water pipe line in to cost iron pipe line in NRRPuram Site.I colony.
Recently water is supplying through water tanks to this area has become difficult to the aged people. I request please supply water through booster or construct overhead tank . I request you to take immediate steps in the above matter and supply water without any interruption.

I would like to inform you that we are getting drainage water mixed with muncipal dringking water. we are unable to drink that water, we have informed the water board, the concerned person has checked the water 7 days back, the problem is not yet solved we are getting this kind of water from last 20 days. This is to inform you that we are facing lot of problem due to insufficient water, we hardly get only four pots of water every alternate day, because many people in the same lane are using Motors to squeeze the water to get more pressure, due to that we are getting very very low pressure. we have informed this problem regulary to HMWSSB Marredpally Division but one is bothered to rectify the problem and do the needful. And the water pressure is so low that it would take 15 min to fill a pot of water. We have been requesting regarding this issue to the concerned authorities but there was no action taken. I Heartfully request you to look into this problem and do the needful as early as possible.

the GHMC have shifted a few garbage bins opp my premises, and which has created a grave nuisense and health hazard, the officials have been repeatedly informed/requested, but they are silent and tactical/evasive in replying, they have placed on midst of the road, creating traffic jams also.

I pay my water bills regularly at E-Seva. From the past bills from August 2008 to April 2009 - details given below it will be seen yhe Bill amounts have come down about 1/4 from late last year:

I have informed on telephoned Mr. Dasarath Reddy Dept G>M, Mr. Ramalu - Linesman & Mr. Laxminarayana about this matter & they have promised to send somebody to check the problem but unfortunately no body has turned up yet.
Please take necessary action as soon as possible so that we can enjoy normal supply of water.

From long duration we are facing problem of shortage of water supply for which mr ajit singh bedi also requested JE of that area .main problem analysed by me that lot of people near our house had taken connection from two sides which is illlegal & another 02 houses connection which is near to our water connection are using1.5 inch nipple direct in main line instead of standard ferrul connected by government aside to that lineman rajnikant of that area intentionally during supply do not open complete sluice valve to provide water supply.

Sir, I am staying at Anand Bagh East area and we are facing severe water shortage problems.
I am writing this message in the hope that some good person will try to turn around these problems .

Some of the problems are man made and can be fixed easily and hope you will take some actions.
We are highly depenedent on muncipal water which comes ones in three days . We kindly request you to maintain some regularity in the timings . Also appreciate any help towards increasing the frequency .

Also as bore water has completely dried up. We are requesting Water tanker once in every two days. The tanker delivery person know the problems and they are trying to exploit the situation by demanding more money . Each time we are required to give him an additional Rs.50 and are very very rude in their behavior.

Do we really need to spend so much time thinking and pursuing for basic needs like water ?

I am a resident of Krishna Nagar Colony, Macha Bolarum which falls under Alwal Municipality. We are facing problems with supply of drinking water. We do not know the reasons, water board is releasing water in our locality in early hours between 2 am to 4 am once in four days, many people could not take the water as they are falling asleep at that time and all the fresh water is going into drainage. This is happening since last couple of months. We could fetch water once a week only, for which one person has to be awake round the night in turns, which is not advisable. And morever, drinking spoiled water ( a week old ) leads to contagious diseases.

Can you please look into the problem and take necessary action. At least, we should see the water supply is starting at 6 am.

In spite of all my efforts, there has been no action from any agency and our problem remains the same. Every agency blames other agency and no agency is coming forward to resolve our issue and we are suffering a lot.
We are compelled to use the BOREWELL daily resulting in excess payment of electricity bill. We have not even sublet our home, still facing the water crisis due to less supply of water with very low pressure.
The other residents in our lane those who are facing water crisis (in between H.No.650 to H.No.660) have also handed over the letters dt. 11.02.2009 to our society with a copy to the GHMC, Ramachandrapuram (sent by Regd.Post) but to no avail.
It may not be out of place to mention that the neighbours in the adjacent lanes are getting water supply with very good pressure and quantum and their overhead tanks are overflowing even without usage of motors. We do not get that much quantum even in the underground sump. All this is taking place due to lack of supervison of the concerned.

Erratic drinking water supply.

I am a resident of Sikh Village, Bearers Line (infront of Gandhi Nagar Slum). This is to inform the concerned officials that the supply of drinking water to our street is very erratic. We get the water once in three days i.e. 1 st day and 4th day. Some times, we get after 4 days and this is a regular feature. When we ask the concerned person for not supplying the water - the common reply is either pump is break down or no power etc.

There is hardly any ground water in our area and hence most of the residents depend only on the municipal water supplied once in three days. Of late, even this supply is very erratic.

For your kind information our adjacent street gets supply daily - understand that one day bore water and other day manjeera water.

I request the officials to take immediate steps and do the needful.

yes. the water supply is not regular and we get the water in anandbagh area / vimala devi nagar area once in 5 days. as said, there is no ground water available in this locality and most of the residents depend on the municipal water supply. and there is no proper timings for the supply of the water.

Can something be said as to how to get water from Hyderabad Metro works?

155313 when contacted they said that water is given every day 3 times.

Further they said to contact line men at phone No.64620255. The line/No. rings and gets disconnected.

Another contact No. [protected] when tried, rings for quite some time and gets disconnected - saying that the person is beyond coverage area or not lifting the phone.

Malkajgiri municipality sanctioned water connection to our apartment in 2001.From then we are paying water charges regularly.During 2002 they cnverted oyr 1/2" connection to 3/4" onpayment of Rs 1700.Upto March 2009 they took the water charges.Since march 2009 Malkajgiri circle not collecting water charges from apartments.How to pay the bills and how to get the connection number from hyderabad metropolitan water supply & sewerage board.Let me know how to process the same.

Hyderabad metro water supply and sewerage — getting bills very high from last 3 months

Iam a resident of Moti nagar in Hyderabad, last 3months i got my water bill as Rs.1000+ each month. In this month i got Rs.150/-.
Earlier i use to get max of Rs.200/- but i dont know why last 3months i got that much and i has not paid amount till now. I was trying for some one to solve this issue in HMWS but no one is responding. I wont pay bill untill i get exact bill.

i would liketo bring a kind notice that we the resident of murad nagar mehdipatnam hyderabad near ahmed function are not getting proper pressure and in this connection we the localities of muradnagar are suffering water problem before summer the problem is facing and if the same thing happen in summer how can face the same in summer so do the proper duties for pressure and help to solve the problem

Bringing to your notice that we are not getting drinking water since 20 days. The reason due to low pressure in the pipe line, the line man is opening the low pressure and the people are directly keeping the electric motors (MAL PRACTICE) due to the lack of water. And the water is not reaching to us. since we had reported in the municipality and to the line man about the problem, there was no necessary action taken regarding the request.we are suffering so much and we are getting embrassed and irritating by this.And we are depending on the drinking water line only, because there is the chemical water stagnant in the ground all over the colony.so we can't use the bore or well water.so by keeping this issue in the view, I request you to take the necessary actions and expecting the better service from the board.Please do the needful.

Huda Water Supply — No Water supply for 3 days

We are residing in Housing board colony, Sector 17 A. We have had practically No Supply of Water for the last 3 days. Our society tells us that there is some fault in pipeline and there is no water to supply. People are going for canters which they are costing 1000 Rs which is normally 650 to 700 Rs. I am wondering how we are supposed to survive

I Rikeshwar Prasad Petwal is a resident of Padmanagar Phase-2 Chintal near, The roads in our colony are very bad & the water is stagnant on the roads, on top of it from last 1 month 2 Manholes of drainage are damaged due to that the smell & the bad water is all flowing in front of our houses & moreover it is stagnant in front of my house.

Recently few days back one of the Lady Commissioner(might be Ms.Aruna) had visited a by-lane in our lane near Padmanagar ring road & for that the authorities had repaired a man-hole on the face of the by-lane, but no steps were taken to repair the other 2 man holes that are over flowing.

When I have contacted the Supervisor Narsimha, he says that I am not incharge of it any more & when I have asked him the contact no's of the concerned person he said that I don'd know & that I should come & give the complaint in the office by 11.00 am. This means we should leave our job & run around the Municipal office or Sewerage board to get our lanes clean.
I would like the Authorities to check it out & get the man- holes constructed properly.

I am a resident of kirishna Nagar i would like to bring this issue to your notice in the area krishna nagar 8-3-231/A/xx, exactly bhavani city cable line on the way to end of street somebody digging bore well in the middle of road.The road is used by public with motor vehicles and pedestrians i am not sure who given the permission for this to dig the bore well in middle of the road.

The bore well digging is still continuing in the spot from 2 days please look into this and take necessary action on illegal bore wells.

I (Nallan sreenivas) am a maintenance incharge in Indu Fortune fields Gardenia Apartments in KPHB 13th Phase the contractor Removed soil infront of Villas gate and replaced Digital water meter and left without constructing chamber whenever we asks he is saying that he will construct it as per his free time .Now my question is that what we can do in this regard can any one help me to do this job earlier.

This to invite the attention of authorities that a manhole on the lane adjacent to H. No. 17-1-420/4/5, Sankeshwar Bazar, Saidabad is damaged while laying the new water pipelines by Metro Water Supply works. The manhole cover is also damaged. Due to this free flow of sewerage water is obstructed and overflowing on the road. In the absence of free flow of sewerage, the toilets in the adjacent houses are often choked and creating health hazards.Online complaints and oral complaints were made to the concerned authorities but no action has been taken so far.Kindly look into the matter and arrange repair of the manhole and also manhole cover is replaced with a new one.

Hello Sir,

We have a lot of water problem in our Area ie at Ibrahimbagh Golconda Post near tharamathi hyderabad 500031.
Its about many days that we are not getting good water here, The timing we get the water is at 2.am approx, We people putting our sleep a side and filling water at 2.am but still the result was bad, The water is Almost green in colour. Many times we complained the particulars who take care of this all, But no Use, People are seriously suffering with the health problems, Even we intimated media, Still no use, Every month we get a bill of 245rs, But y should we pay that amount, If we pay then why dont we get good water ., Please help me out with this concern.
