My neighbour wastes, water regularly in summer we have to bring water through water truck and we pay for water and our neighbour get free water and waste, take a necessary action.

Manhole silt dumped on road and not removed for the last more than Ten days causing great hard ship to pedestrians. This is in the First Lane, Behind CGO Towers, Gandhinagar, Secunderabad-500080

I am not sure on what basis you are charging the fee

We residents of quadri bagh, 6no junction, amberpet are facing irregular water supply & low pressure water supply since 2 years, no proper field level check from hmws dept & manager, getting irresponsible answers of pipeline breakage from 1 year, lodged multiple complaints, no action from hmws manager & dept urging to take necessary actiion

I am a resident of H.No:-1-8-373/A Beside B-33 Indian Airlines Colony Begumpet. I have my notary documents aadhar card, voter id card driving licence electricity connection in this door number when i approached for water connection after filling all the details and paying dd No.78161718 through SBI dated 15/07/2021 and water connection was approved on 28/07/2021. But connection has not been given till date as I was told that the above said door number is already having a connection with CAN NO:[protected] on the name of SHAIK MOHD MURTUZA as this person is no where related and does not stay there and hence this is clearly an illegal connection. I would request the HMWSSB to look into this and cancel the illegal connection and give me the water connection as soon as possible as I me and my family is facing lot of difficulties.

Hi we are facing a huge problem with water due to summer and he is not releasing the water properly since 2 months just releasing the water for 15 minutes closing the walls immediately and again they are taking 3 to 5 days to release water for 15 minutes we don't have drinking water we have complaint a lot of times to him he is saying I don't have water to release..we are waiting day and nights and they don't maintain proper time also it's all their wish if he wants to release the water he will release and when ever. Some body gives them money 200 to 400 then he is going to release for 1 hour they are all taking bribe from all the people to release the water

I am a resident of SAI GOKUL Apartment, 2-2-647/79, central excise colony ayyappa temple main road, Bagh Ambarpet, Hyderabad 500013. Adjacent to the pit where municipal water meter is located there is accumulation of sewage water. Upon calling a plumber, he pointed out that there is a block in the sewer line preventing free flow of drainage water into the main road line

Our water motor was not working properly earlier we have raised complaint to fix the issue they have informed to keep new motor and water bill agent charged us during the period of motor not working and we have replaced with new motor and stil he is charging us because we need to submit the photo of motor copy to water department and this agent is talking very rude with us and he is talking against to the TRS government and influencing us to not to VOTE to TRS government and he is showing worst behaviour with us while taking..kindly take strict action on this

Since a week in our locality we are facing the issue of supply of polluted water...

We are writing this long standing issue from Tolichowki Deluxe colony. Shaikhpet Hyderabad 500008 Telengana.

This is to brought notice to HMWSSB regarding the illegal water filter plant set up here in the Deluxe colony tolichowki and its been running from more than 10 years without proper approvals and license.. They are draining away entire groundwater of the area due to that all the residents staying around are facing severe ground water shortage problems as all our bores went dry... Moreover This plant is running in a rented space has no chemist as well to check the PH level of water which would a threat to health issues for all those who are drinking this water...

Request you to take immediate action and help us by closing this illegal water plant and save us residents from grave water problems...

Please stop this overhead tank overflow from the nearest building

From the last one week, we haven't received water supply. However only few houses received water supply but majority houses in our area not received water supply. When I called the concerned person, his response was not appropriate. Please take immediate action as soon as possible
