I have ' I Kall k12' mobile phone. I am using an Idea prepaid SIM card. When I started using the I-Kall k12 mobile for my Idea mobile number, I started getting unwanted and useless messages and ' Rs 3 deducted for sms charges. When we ask the customer care service provider, I am told that they have not activated any 'paid service'.

This SMS is coming every time I recharge and also anytime, there is no schedule time and there will be 4 to 6 SMS and Rs. 3 for each gets deducted.

I am unable to stop it or save my money from getting deductedfor unwanted and useless SMS.

Even I tried other SIM card like Airtel, Vodafone, and three other Idea SIM cards, the result is same, Rs. 3 gets deducted for useless msg.

Kindly, publish and take steps and investigate against I Kall as this mobile set itself is bugged and the company must be benefiting from that 53131 wala company. This is a criminal case.

Msg.comes from 53131 and @ the end of the msg. a help line nuber is given which is [protected].

I ordered ikall n3 tab with free back cover but it was defective so i requested for return. They took the product but didn't refund the amount in the bank account or cluebucks. Order no.[protected].. Rs3429.. Ikall is responsible for this. They are fake they don't have any website or customer care no. M giving the no. S through which u can track them.. Ikall ravi thakur-[protected] ikall up-[protected].. They will lead to break this chain of ikall and they should be arrested and they should refund my money. They don't pick up the call

As per shopclues, the product is under manufacturer warranty, hence the authorized service center will be in the best position to diagnose the defect and resolve it to your satisfaction.

I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
I have purchased ' I Kall k12' mobile phone from shopclues last week. I am using a aircel prepaid sim card. When I started using the I-Kall k12 mobile for my aircel mobile number, I started getting a message as ' Rs 3 deducted for sms charges', once we read this message, it will disappear. But some Hindi jokes will come in English fonts. When we ask the aircel service provider, we were said that we have not activated any 'paid service'.
This sms is coming only in mid night or after mid night.
We could not stop it or save our money, from deducting for unwanted sms jokes.
So now I have replaced my sim card to another mobile, and now its not happening. But I could not use the New Ikall mobile. I afraid of the amount deducting frequently.
I really dont know what should I do now. Kindly help me.

Mobile send by you is for the order no.[protected] of ikall company. above said handset is damage in just 4 to 5., days display of mobiles is blank & nothing to display. please replace this handset to new one with better quality. thanks.
