We have purchased i kall mobile from tata cliq.com on 22/06/2020, but product got defect on 17/07/2020, i compliant raised many times to tata cliq. I call on 14/07/2020, to i kall customer care, but no good response, i believe thats company is provide good service.

Complaint marked as Resolved This regarding IKALL mobile battery issue.we purchased the mobile with believing the company with clear necessary warranty.but this mobile battery got the issue.i contacted the supported team and IKALL related customer care services.I contact to tatacliq customer care from 5 days but i did not got the proper solutions.we need the perfect resolutions of my mobile
