i kall k9 not working properly

My i kall k9 mobile is not working properly, it often gets struck inbetween while working, also it doesn't charge when plugged in for charging and has completely switched off now. It's been six months since we purchased it and it had one year warranty. Please guide us what we can do in this case....

I bought an ikall 4plus smart phone from amazon on[protected].Now it not working properly. There is some software problems. All most all the apps including google play, whatsapp, fb etc are not working. Please take necessary step to solve my problems as early as possible...

We have purchased I kall mobile from tata CLIQ.com on 22/06/2020, but product got defect on 17/07/2020, I compliant raised many times to tata CLIQ. I call on 14/07/2020, to I Kall customer care, but no good response, I believe the company is provide good service....
