      It's really a bad product. It have the software issues . It's battery is draining too much. We bought it in July 26 2021. The problem starts with in one month.we have complained it in the naptol online service. They gave us a number in ikall Delhi branch. They contacted us and told us to give the details through the email I'd. But they won't give the email I'd via text message. Their servicing is also poor . This company and online service have done a great betrayl to us. They theft our money 5399 without giving a worthful product. Utter disappointment on your product

                  It's been a month of replacement of my recently bought I Kall k320 mobile phone. From the day I received that phone it is creating so much trouble. Hanging while incoming and outgoing calls, speaker is not working properly, camera quality is very poor, gets hanged while using. So, I want return it back as I had bought it from Tatacliq website and they were asking me for jobsheet a confirmational letter of this phone but your team denied me for the jobsheet. Then they told me to replace it with new phone of this model only, I agreed with it. But it is more than a month I have not got that replaced mobile phone too. I bought it for study purpose but my whole time is wasted ij this only. As soon as possible please resolve this problem. Please give me my phone soon.

                        I purchased I KALL K260 Smartphone on 15th of January against invoice number IN-ZNHV-79254 via Amazon. From the very beginning, it showed very poor performance and mainly the phone didn't support 4G network. It was frequently asking for reboot which I initially did whenever it demanded, but the phone has completely stopped working now. there is a 1year warranty for the set so I want you to take immediate action against my complaint as it is very urgent. Either you provide the warranty or replace the set with a new one. The bottom line is I need a solution ASAP or else I will take the next step to complain your regional Office.                           But there was a battery issue, when we charge the phone it's show's battery full and after almost 1 hour showing there is no battery and some time get switched off,

                              I purchased this mobile for my sister on 16/07/2021.
                              Now it started showing problem. It's stuck at the logo after the intro music and not opening the home screen. Couldn't do anything other than switch on /off, even tried removing / keeping back the battery, nothing works !!!

                                    I have purchased a I kale, K-16 mobile on[protected] from Himanshu Communication, 13/172B, Char Bagh, Shahganj, Agra-10. After purchasing above mentioned mobile, this mobile not worked well, its mobile charging finished after 10 minutes having full charged, this problem created after 3 days of purchasing date. Now I returned my mobile to above mentioned mobile seller for changing mobile on[protected] bt he did not responsed to me till yet n said everytime when company would return mobile then he would give me new mobile. It has been passed a long time bt no responsed from mobile seller as well as I kale mobile company.
                                    Pls. resolve my problem.
