      Sr i purchased a new I kall at January 22, 2021 but after some time its miss behave whit me whit there battery optimisation, camera quality and all there's system. I request to u sr help me to get a better one by either refund or replace this worst one🙏

        IKALL K260 : Please advise how to ninstall SIM & SD Card. Cannot find the Slots for the same. Please send Video Clip or You Tube Link for installing SIM and SD Card of installing them.

          IKALL K260 did not support 4g and incoming call outgoing call not working

          I purchased I KALL K260 Smartphone on 18th october 2021 against invoice number ZNHV-67525 via Amazon. From the very beginning, it showed very poor performance and mainly the phone didn't support 4G network. It was frequently asking for reboot which I initially did whenever it demanded, but the phone has completely stopped working now. there is a 1year warranty for the set so I want you to take immediate action against my complaint as it is...

                I have bought a phone through Amazon on EMI, and it's been 50days and the phone is not working, the touch is not working even we are not able to restart the phone.
                So here I want my money back either an exchange instead of this phone and this is very ridiculous customer service you guys are providing to your customers. and I'm very disappointed with your service kindly take a strict action against my complain immediately..

                Kindly take an immediate action as I want phone, , , actually I bought it for my parents and they need it.. you guys are not serious about your business or your brand name.. that's why people not buy made in India products... This is actually the reason.

                  The product having so many issues right now such as:
                  1. voice call is not clear
                  2. battery backup is too less. (1hr-2hr)
                  3. after full charge the product switch off automatically.

                          I purchased ikall z3 4gb+32gb model mobile from Amazon at sep 9 2021.In this mobile 4g service is not working. I tried to insert jio sim no network indication. I put correct configuration preferred network type is 4g and apn configuration is correct. I checked with the both slots but 4g service is not working. Vodafone 2g service is working but 4 g service not working. So I need replacement for this mobile. This phone has 1 year warranty but I purchased 20 days before only

                                    The above mentioned mobile was purchased from AMAZON on[protected] but the hand set was starting hanging and battery back was also very poor, hence i have given it to your Thane west Galary to V CARE SERVICES on[protected], i was very shocked after 1 and half month over but i have to followed with your peoples for my mobile. then on[protected] they have given be one refurbished mobile instead of my original new mobile but this mobile was also not working.

                                    Then again i have given that mobile to V CARE SERVICES on[protected] vide their job no VI00736J0605 dated[protected] and today is[protected] till date i have not received my mobile back to me.

                                    i simply want to ask your offices, what kind of services you are giving to us. if this is the best service, i really want to salute to you and your services and your Brand .

                                    if you can do something in this regard then please do and arranged to return my mobile(Original). immediately.
