मैने ये tablate shopclues से खरीदा है ईसे खरीदे हुए १ महिना भी नही हुआ और ये अभी से Hang होने लगा है अगर ये एक बार hang हो जाय तो जब तक ईसे Restart ना करो तब तक ये on ही नही होता .
मेरे पास १ year का warranty card भी है, मैने कई बार customer care number पे फोन कीया लेकीन ऊन्होने उठाया ही नही मै बहुत परेशान हो गया हुँ .

    मैने amazone से 21april 2019 को ikall k -72 फोन लिया है। लेकिन फोन दो दिन मे ही खराब हो गया। अब शिमला मे इस फोन का कोई service center नही है, ऐसे मे कंपनी मुझे फोन को ठीक करने व बदलने के लिए अगली कार्रवाई करें। क्योंकि मेरे फोन पर कंपनी एक साल की वरंटी दे रही है । काल सेंटर पर फोन नही लग रहा है दो हफ्तों से।

        Hardly 2 months ago we purchased an i kall (Brand name) mobile through on line... Currently its not in working condition. Tried to contact many of there service centers but never get a positive reply and most contact numbers were not working also. Nw i have noticed that the product is having a negative review.. They even not providing any customer support... What to do to get rid of this issue?

            As discussed with customer complaining that tablet is not getting charged, speaker and mic are not working so customer has send his product at our warehouse by Indian Post with AWB No. EN[protected]IN, we will provide solution once we received customer product at our warehouse.
            My tab touch pad is not working for the last six months.I have been trying to contact the customer care but they are not responding to our calls or representation.This is very painful.I purchased the tab for eight thousand in one year before.

              After one month i got my repaired the above subjected product. But after two days working the tablet n10 giving same touch screen problem. The touch is screen not working. I am frustrated from my purchasing time. Please help me and replace my product or refund my amount. You can see my history of complaint from beginning.

                I kall k3310 combo of two mobile on 6 aug 2018. Recived 2 mobile and 2 chargers, but the both charger and one mobile are defective.                   Maine ek tablet n 10 model shop clues se abhi 2 month pehle hi liya aur vo chines language dikhane laga mai company ke authorised service centre per gaya lekin unhone mujse mere guaranty period ke product ke liye paise mage. Phir mujhe ye bhi kaha ki vo iska koi bill nahi dege. Ye authorised service centre uttam nagar me hai sirf ek hi hai. Phir tablet apne aap thik ho gaya aur phir dobara chines language me convert ho gaya. Is tablet ke software me problum hai. Jo baar baar apne app language badal deta hai; maine compny ko approch kiya ki mujhe tablet badal kar de lekin unhone koi baat nahi suni aur inka custmer care ke log itne haramjade hai ki apke phone ko baar baar kaat dete hai ya phir phone ki ring bajne per utathe nahi hai. Company ke custmer care ne mera phone 17 baar kata. Aise hi maine ek product mobile aur i kall ka liya tha tablet se 5-7 din pehle vo bhi kharab hai usme kaal nahi aati hai. Use her 2-3 hour me off karke on karna parta hai tabhi kall aati hai. Ye be ek fraud company hai. Inka product le kar sir peetne wali baat hai kyoki baad me custmer care wale aap ka phone nahi uthaige aur ughai ge to baar baar kaat dege. Isliye meri aap sabhi custmers se request hai. Savdhan savdhan savdhan aise fraud compani se.

                        Sir order ikall 3310 from paytm from bharatpur Rajasthan after 10 days it became dead. I called payment care they said contact to service center(s.c).i visit om world s.c he said it can't repair, contact from where u buyed it. Finally s.c refused me to repair ikall 3310. Again I called to Paytm but they reply me in text contact service center in ur location and we only seller and we have no repairing and return policy. so sir help me please. I am uploading bill on which om mobile world (service center) incharge wrote part not available from side of company so return whithout repair. I Hope u will understand my concern and you will resolve it earlier. Thnx

                              n10 model not google certified

                              I have recievwd the i kall n10 tablet. But as i open google store it display the message which shows that it is not licensed device please contact manufacturer. Provide the solution. Otherwise i case an fir in consumer court. I have also tried your care center number. But got no responce. It was also not in good condition.
                              Its keyboard space bar is already broken. I have attached the pictures also....

                              I bought my tablet ikall n1, but is not getting charged or started, i have followed all the instructions as per your pasted paper in box.

                              I m trying to call your customer care number since 2 hours, but no one is picking up the phone. I also emailed about my problem but no response at all. Whatdo.

                                I have received Ikall N10 Tablet from gadgets360 on 29th Aug'2018. After complaint on 29Aug 2018, they have take back the material.on 4th Sep2018. But till date I have not received my New Tablet. Please take necessary action and send me New Tablets.Because i have received it on COD basis.

                                  I have purchase on line one tablet ikalln10 from gadgets360 wabesite on 25/08/2018 and delevered on 29/08/2018. The tab is not getting start also look like old tab. I call to gadgets360 customer care centre., they are not giving proper response and telling me you directly call to i kall customer care no. But i call several time to i kall customer care contact no. Which is showing in google (I. E.[protected], the customer care no is not picking. And there is no responce.. I again call to gadgets360 customer care. They are telling please call several time try and try again. Please help me i am tired and hopeless. Please help me to refund my amount rs 7599/-., which i have paid to gadgets360.

And i have received the tablet on today but after open the packet i have seen the tablet is not open & it is dead. Also the tablet is not new in look. And it is like old and used tablet.                                     Charger is very low quality. I have changed my charger approx. two time. But no charger is charging properly . I never got full charged, even if i kept it full night. Kindly take necessary action. I complain several time. But I not received till date a good quality charger.

                                      I bought. A tablet in january. This year and now its touch screen have been broken. Name if the product was i kall n4 4gb tab but you deliver. Me 8 gb system due to non availability former product. Now i am not able to getting. It's touch screen from anywhere and if i call your contact number no body attend call. Pls redress this complaint and suggest some measure for touch screen availability. Thank you
