          I bought this home theatre in may and used it in the month of july only.

          The subwoofer short circuited and sparked; stopped working.

          I called the Ikall customer service, they are asking me to courier the subwoofer to them.

          They never ever mentioned anywhere that pickup facility is not available.

          There warehouse is very far away and minimum courier charges would be around ₹1000.

          Firstly, we are spending money to buy the item and then spend money on courier services to them.

          Very pathetic customer service.

          Kindly help me out ikall.

            I am Thangadurai. N, from Tamil Nadu.

            I have ordered two I KALL Z7 smartphone (4GB, 32 GB) with two different color. My order number is 5513. But I received only one phone but it is wrong model (I KALL K112) in the package.

            When I try to reach over phone, they asked me to send an email and I sent. Still now, I didn't get any update from the team. I paid around 13000 rupees. Now, I am worried on whether I get correct phone or not.

            Kindly help here and sort out this issue.

                        I kall ultra series z7 display is not working properly it gets stucks some time when a call comes and even it gets stuck when we use it

                                My Ikall K260 bought online had gone dead after it showed only logo.
                                In the beginning there was only logo which was constantly on screen and was not turning off.Later it has gone dead.
                                When I put phone on charge it seems it's charging as phone goes warm as usually it does while charging but somehow it doesn't ON.
                                I am from chandrapur Maharashtra pin 442401.
                                I had checked on internet where I got idea of flashing the mobile but I am not able to get flash file and firmware of that particular model.kindly help me in getting the same.

                                  It's a low end chinese product reflects Indian low quality manufacturing, touch hangs, 1 sim disconnects frequently, Battery is not 3000mAh, audio socket has low volume issue, discharges fast from 30 to 0 %, Flipkart sends a low quality tech guy and delays time and says return period is over.

                                      Better not to purchase I kall product through Flipkart. One should repent like me.
                                      It is the worst product made in China and put the same product made in India.
                                      I wonder very much that I donated that new piece to a poor boy. But he returned it to me saying that the same ikall n5 tab is not at all useful to him.Such a best worst product is Ikall N5.

                                        This is the worst product ever seen. First I tried to place a SIM in it.But it got struck in the tab's grove. Then I made a request to Flipkart through which I purchased it.Then they replaced it.But I wonder very much that I couldn't resolve my problem. I want to sue both.Ikall&Flipkart for deceiving the customers.
