Still no update from service center & no one answers the call.

Address:Aaradhya Telecom Shop no 110 1st floor new khokhani bhavan behind dhuri hotel near railway station Vasai MH 401202

I submitted the phone for repair as it stopped working tried to restart but it wouldn't proceed further than the ikall logo, we were given a specific date by 28/12 we could collect the device back, but on communicating with service center on 28/12/2021 we noticed that our phone was still not sent for repair to Delhi as there was no pickup arranged from Head office, we were asked to communicate today again for the update, am calling multiple...

Return and Refund of the Handset

I have purchased a I Kall Handset from Amazon on Dec 12. I gifted it to My Mom. I just came to know that the phone is not supporting 4G SIM. How awful is this??? The handset is unused and I would like to request either a replacement of same or the refund against the phone.

I have tried to call the customer care number several times but failed to connect even a single time. Please help and resolve the issue. I have recharged...

Mobile is not working properly

I purchased ikall k325 mobile on 1-6-2021 via shopclues but mobile is not working properly is always hang and working very slow and when i try to open apps in mobile its always show "unfortunately process core is stoppe" so please solve this problem of my mobile, my warranty period is still running if not solved will go into complaints in consumers forum...
