I submitted the phone for repair as it stopped working tried to restart but it wouldn't proceed further than the ikall logo, we were given a specific date by 28/12 we could collect the device back, but on communicating with service center on 28/12/2021 we noticed that our phone was still not sent for repair to Delhi as there was no pickup arranged from Head office, we were asked to communicate today again for the update, am calling multiple times to the store nobody answers
