[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Account debited order not placed - on eazy pay | |||||
While making a payment of rs. 1506 for the post of food analyst at fssai, i opted net banking payment from my yes bank on icici eazypay, however, while my account was debited, i received a failed transaction page of citrus. I checked my account and it was debited for rs. 1506. I contacted citrus, they said to contact icici, to which icici bank (Eazy pay) said since i did not have an account with them, they can't do anything about it. I called citrus back, and they said they are just payment partner and they also can't do a thing about it. I am stuck, and left in a deadlock situation where my money is lost forever. This is kind of agony i am going through. I have attached failed transaction page of citrus and have provided transaction details below. Please help me out to settle this issue. payment done thru eazypay merchant is absconding after the successful transaction ..
One of merchant shared the eazypay link to make the payment which i did after promising the service. Post the successful transaction thru eazypay merchant is NOT at all responding to my calls and his mobile number and office number is switched off :(
I want to know whether merchant can withdraw the money immediately how do i track him, or to give a police complaint ..
I have the transaction id with me if someone send me a e mail @ [protected]@gmail.com i will connect with
