Hi Team, I have missed out emi for Bajaj in the month of April but icici bank debited for multiple time in my account and I have try to reach in customer care but unable to reach and also I have raise the request for this but they replied to me I am going escalate for this case. I dnt know RBI informed cheque bounced dnt charged but in my case they debited multiple time. Could you please reverse my amount its helpful of my suitvation. I have attached proof amount debited. ECS Return charges applicable as Rs.350.00 plus GST (Goods and Service Tax) for one return in a month; thereafter, Rs.750.00 plus GST (Goods and Service Tax) per return (financial reasons) in the same month. Revised charge is flat rate of Rs. 500.00 plus GST (Goods and Service Tax) per instance (financial reasons) in the same month (effective from March 01, 2020). We regret our inability to reverse the charges as charges has been levied correctly.
