[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Car loan rejected for not having a self owned house

I Mohammed Rafi having SB account no.[protected] ICICI BANK in ratnagiri branch, Maharastra-415612. I had applied for a Car loan and submitted all the documents asked by ICICI.But on submitting of all the documents still my Car loan was rejected. On asking i was said that i should have a self owned property. I applied for loan against my salary & submitted all the documents. I have submitted following documents: 1. 3 months salary slip 2. 2 years form-16 3. Attested Address proof letter (Gazetted officer) 4. Pan card 5. Aadhaar card 6. Quotation of vehicle. I want to know that when i have applied for a loan against my salary to purchase a Car, why are they asking for a self owned property? My mail id: [protected]@rediffmail.com mobile:[protected]
