[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction of rs 4647/- twice from credit card. | |||||
Dear sir, My name is rajiv mehrotra from hazaribag, jharkhand and have a savings a/c no.[protected] with linked credit card. On 11th of october i booked a ticket from bangalore to ranchi in go air flight no g8-272 and pnr no. E995mq fromyatra.com with my credit card for rs 4647/-. But for the same ticket deduction has been made twice. My credit card statement shows the same. I contacted yatra.com on this issue but they have checked repeatedly and said that they have received payment only once against which the ticket was issued. They said the payment may be in gateway and would be reverted to you shortly. I request you to kindly check and revert the excess of rs 4647/- at the earliest.
