[Resolved] ICICI Bank — DP Charges Fraud - ICICI | |||
I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '54188057 DP CHGS TILL MAY-14'---- INR 505.62'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. They deducted 805 from my account, and call centers and salesperson are pathetic, only give wrong information
The DP charge deducted from my account also without any information. Please refund it asap.

Has anybody got refund? My account has been debited with Rs.774 as DP charges on 31st January 2019.
DMC DP CHGS TILL FEB-19 -> 826 Rs. Deducted on 26/03/2019, without informing me. I didn't done any transaction on my Demat Account since I opened it. Actually I had told my relationship manager to close my Demat Account but he told me that there is no charge so don't worry. Fraud by ICICI BANK.
Even my account[protected] was charged twice and i havent used this demat account, when my savings ac was opened they have given the DEMAT KIT and was told its free..but i never activated it.. now they have charged it... ICICI should reverse all these wrong debits if they want to retain their customers, as there are many new players giving good services.

Even I have a deduction dated 30-mar-2020. I have never applied for demat account so far. Will never apply further too. Need to know what is this and how do I get a refund.
Same thing here.. about Rs: 1300 deducted with DMC Charges till Feb someting.
I am not having demat account with any bank. But in transaction statement it is showing DMC/DP CHGS Till Aug-20 and Debited with 413 Inr. On 25th sep. 2020. Please find and solve my problem.

I have a similar issue.
DMC/IN[protected] DP C
HGS TILL MAY-18
They are making fool of the customer without any prior info they deduct money.Better to close the account with ICICI.
Please resolve this asap.
