[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

Same happens with me also. deducted RS 648.57 as DP charges, Can anybody tell me the what is the DP charges?
i will close my ICICI bank account if not provide the satisfied reason on the same.

i also cheated by icici bank. there is deduction of 805 rs from my acc. till march 17.
icici doing fraud with their customers.

Even i do have same problem, i contacted so recently customer service, am asked to go directly to nearby icici bank with original PAN card and give a closure form for Demat account and Trading account.
Now i have SR# ; both accounts will be closed soon.

Bloody same thing is happening from my account, iam using my account from four years and while opening they said please take Demat account it's free of cost, I didn't used any Trading or Demat, But bloody Now they have deducted 750 from my account, without any intimation, I'm completely Dissapointed so I decided to close my Account... I have a Demat account in ICICI bank When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there are transaction of DP charges of 804.99.
When our company created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I have also faced same issue with ICICI. Bank debited Rs.757 from my account. I didn't get any prior message or mail on my registered mobile and mail Id about this transaction. I have never used demat and was told free by the ICICI representative at the time of registration. It is a complete cheating with customer. Please refund my money at earliest.

There is an deduction of Rs 791.37 from my account. from last 2-3yrs i was maintaing my demat account executive did not told me about this at the time of opening. how can you deduct my amount without any intimation.Guys i[censored] r are that much responsible so y can u deduct the amount of Bigshot's who are due to bank in crores.i think u r scared of them. So u r grabbing money from normal people. anyway please refund my money back.

Hi my name is vikram hora, i am a customer of icici bank. I hold 2 accounts with icici bank.
I opened icici bank account long back and it was a salary account.
And when I opened these account the executive opened dmat account as well stating that its a free account and it will never be charged.
Now in the month of September icici deducted ₹1200 from one of the account. I have not operated these accounts since years. I just use them to pay emi and icici credit card payment.
First of all bank doesn’t hold any right to deduct any charges without prior notice to the customer.
I am going to right to consumer court about this.
Because bank doesn’t provide any solution and they say you are liable to pay charges.

I am also deducted with the Rs.826 as dp chgs i dont know why they have deducted. i am using icici demat account since 2011 till now i havent been levied with the dp chgs.
i dont know to whom i should i contact actually i am out of india.
this is rediculous. do anyone got resolved this issue earlier and how . please

ICICI is fraud. Same is the case with my account. I never requested / activated my dmat account. They deducted Rs.826

I don't have demat account with icici bank but an amount Rs 826 have been deducted from my account as DP charges till Oct 2017. Even no message before or after deducting this amount have been sent. This is unacceptable and I want refund.

ICICI bank deducted 826RS as DP CHGS from my account without any notification or my knowledge.
I haven't open or use any DMAT Account till now. I want my money refunded earliest.

ICICI Direct & ICICI Bank - This is idiotic. they are charging for every selling transaction. Now they have deducted a bulk amount from my account too.

The Bank is already charging Rs. 5.5 +++ taxes for every sell transaction. Now they are charging like this.

Even it’s same with me. so many deductions in my Account.. I don’t know why Icici charged 649 rs from my acct.. without intimation.
Government should bring law to stop the unintimated charges.
