[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

I also have the same issue DP CHGS TILL APR-15 561.08.I have hardly done online banking once or twice and this is what i get.I was always reluctant of doing online banking just because of this.No prior information was given by the bank about deductions. This has to be taken seriously by the authority otherwise we have to report this.Seriously annoying.

I have an account in ICICI bank for 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '56548035 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15 INR 684'. When I created the an account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

They deducted 684.80 from my account, such a big fraud ICICI bank is doing. Revert my Fund . My Mobile number is [protected]

Same case with me. Charged 28/07/2015 37013260 DP CHGS TILL JUN-15 570.00 without any prior information... Please refund my money back.

I have been using ICICI bank account for more than 4 years and today when I opened my account, I saw that there was two debit transactions - ' 37009175 DP CHGS TILL JUN-15' of Rs. 28.08 on 27/07/2015 and ' 37009175 DP CHGS TILL JUN-15 ' of Rs. 655.92 on 10/08/2015.
I have not been intimidated by ICICI bank about the deduction through any form of communication (SMS or email). This is quite unacceptable & unprofessional of ICICI bank. Kindly refund back the deducted amount.

When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]. I have seen many complaints like this on Consumer complaints forum. This is such a low action from a reputed bank. ICICI Bank should be dragged to consumer court for this. They are cheating their customers. I want my money back or i am going to consumer court with this as this has happened to me before.

They deducted my hard earned money Rs.570/- for Dp charges..First of all am going to the branch & close my Demat & Savings all those things..Really irritated with Icici Bank.My account number is[protected].

Am also facing same problem.They grab my hard earned money Rs.570/- for Dp charges.Am really disappointing about Icici Bank sector.Such a fraud bankers in India.First of all am going to that branch and close my all accounts like Savings, Current & Demat.Every year they are charging like this.
Last 5 years back, When the representative came he told me to take All in one account..It is fully free of cost.Only you maintain Rs.10000 in your savings account .After that every year why you are charging Rs.570 for Demat. And also am not using demat account.

I am having my salary account with icici bank since from 2013 till now but, I never opened demat account in ICICI bank i got so many calls from ICICI Bank customers regarding new opening of my demat account i told them clearly i don't want to open any new demat account. But when I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is two debit transaction "00934354 DP CHGS TILL AUG-15" on 30/09/2015 (Rs-195.08) and again "00934354 DP CHGS TILL AUG-15" on 12/10/2015 (Rs-488.92) its twice. I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. and also i called customer care but they disconnected my call in between our conversation for 2 time i was unable to raise my complaints, My ICICI account number is[protected]. I just want to know why you people are deducting the money from the accounts without any prior information.
