[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

Rs. 570/- from my account with "60194420 DP CHGS TILL SEP-15" as transaction remark! Atrocious!

Why these people r misusing our money...
Stop all the accounts

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 01046819 DP CHGS TILL OCT-15 Dr. 217.48 . When I get the Demat account, I was not informed of any hidden charges and moreover he said its free of cost and free for life time and also I didnt get any message alert to my registered mobile. So basically they are doing fraud, its completely not acceptable. Please let me know who to book a complaint with CC.
My ICICI account number is[protected]. This bank is truly fraud bank and I have seen many are facing issues with this bank. I wont suggest this bank any of my family members and also my friends.

This same to me, they deducted rs 570 for 34189009 DP CHGS TILL OCT-15, ICICI why cat you make it more clear to your customers?

What nonsense it this.. I just released i am been charged back to back for 2 months .. Last year they charged me Rs. 84 this year they charged Rs 47.5 in Aug and Rs. 685 in September ... For what ?? Aren't you suppose to charge once in year.. What basis do you charge us ..My phone number is [protected]

I have same issue.

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for past 1.8 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction DMC/[protected] DP CHGS INR 104.96;. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that there will be only one time charges and it will never be charged again and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. . This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

This is a very serious case.

Is there any one of above get any answer from ICICI bank.

@icicibank I want my refund. I am gonna contact and complaint at icici grievance and customer care also about this issue if my request here is not heard.

This ICICI bank is a fraud bank. NRI customers please beware of this bank. I was assured that DP charges will not come to my statement again when I open NRO account. Legal system in india sucks and hence no one is there to take on this Fraudulent bank and it's corrupt employees. After you open the account they will keep charging and then ask you to visit ICICI bank. Trust me you're not going india just to resolve one issue which this already know and takes the advantage of it. This is not at employee level, this is bank policy on how to make money. No wonder why we indians overseas are rebuked for bad customer service. It's the corrupt intent which we are dealing with. Charging customers 1 time for services we can understand. If you don't like close the service. I see private banking sector is worst than public banks. At least there is some kind of accountability. here the bank itself is involving such frauds and ask their employees to commit this fraud. Unhappy employees eventually gets benefit of this situation and call the customers and steal money. Local police departments will have no idea how to deal with this.

Today, when I checked my ICICI savings account, I can see that my account has been debited with the Demat charges, which, when started was told that it was free of charge and there are no annual maintenance charges to be given.
This is absolutely not acceptable.
I have completely lost the trust from the bank, and would close my dealing with the bank soon.

I am customer with your ICICI Bank and i want to know the what is DP Charges and i didn't activate any services with my account and with out my knowledge how your ICICI stupid people are doing and deducting like this. Without intimating me, why ICICI bank will activating services on my account...

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank since 2005 till now. Offlate, I had started checking all the old bank statements which i have been giving to CA for annual income tax filing. Suddenly, I noticed in my ICICI bank account, I found that there is one debit transaction 35593263 DP CHGS TILL FEB-16 -- INR 114.5'. When I created the Demat account, I was informed that it's a no charge demat account and when the amount gets debited from ICICI Savings account towards ICICI Demat account, why Savings account doesn't trigger an SMS like they do for other debit transaction. This is being unfair or colluding with internal business. My mobile no is [protected].

This is not a good ethical practice.

I also have the same issue 59318712 DP CHGS TILL JUN-16 (Rs 368.10). No prior information was given by the bank about deductions. This has to be taken seriously by the authority otherwise we have to report this. Seriously annoying. my number is [protected].GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO RESOLVE THIS.
