[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraud transaction in my credit card | |||||
On 19/12/2015 I got an sms that my an transaction of Rs.- 20424 & Rs. - 1900 has been made by my credit card( no- [protected] ) . But I have not purchased anything by my credit card on that date . I called icici bank customer care for this fraud transaction . they told me that the first transaction was made at the mobile store @ gurgaon, but I was in kolkata with my card on that day. And the another fraud transaction of Rs. 1900/- was made at payubiz . I told them to block my card & this transaction . but they told me they can not help me .
