ICICI Bank — fraudly amount deducted by icici bank

I have an account with icici bank.. I have a personal loan with idfc capital first and the emi of rs. 636 has started from 5th june.. However due to some issues.. My first emi has bounced... However as per idfc they have present the ecs only two times in one month.. But icici bank has deducted 114rs 30 rs 70 rd 419 rs 298 rs 419 rs from my account and the executive told me that they have presented the ecs 6-7 times.. How they can do this cheating with the customer... I have maintain the sufficient amount for bajaj emi but icici bank has deducted the amount and due to this my bajaj emi has bounced now i have to pay bounce charge for this.. This is such a fraud which icici bank is doing with their customer and charge amount from their account..

I request you to take necessary action against icici bank and refund my amount in my account.
