[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraudulent activity in deduction of money from my account. | |||
Hi team, It's very frustrating to see the deduction of rs. 28.75 from my account[protected] towards rwdrdmfee/[protected]/14-05-1 on 29th june, though i didn't redeem a single point also. What's the monopoly is going on? Is it the fraud service that your organisation providing? Even though it's a small amount but i want it back else i will file a case against for fraud activity. My payment to purchase of medicines vide icici bank debit card from holy spirit hospital, mahakali caves rd, andheri e for rs.984/- on 23/7/17 become void sale and i received the void receipt for the same but latter amount of rs.984/- not yet credited to my account. I have annexed the related documents. Please look into this matter. Thank you

Bank employees called me 10 times to offer a 'FREE' Credit Card, because of which I got one.
I did not even activate it.
Now they are charging me joining fees of Rs 2950/-.
What kind of fraud are these guys doing with people?
I asked them 100 times.. 'IS IT FREE' and they said yes.
