[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — money debited but order not placed

On 1st feb 2018 while online shopping in ebay i selected upi payment option. Rupees 400 money was debited from my account and sent to [protected]@icici but order not placed.
I have contacted ebay customer care they said they have not received money yet.
So this indiaideas took away my money.
I have enclosed my transcation and account details down.
Please return my money.

I have paid two time transaction ICICI credit card no. 0007 amount of 3161.82 rupees against this Order id[protected] . But second time retry payment 3161.82 then not succesful payment at SHOPCLUES AND not return THE AMOUNT 3161.82 to my credit card no. 0007. I attached the statement
date 15/06/2021 time 7.30 pm and 7.31 pm which deducted the amount from my card. I want to look into the matter.

Please help i order a laptop from flipkart and it says the order is pending that meanss they don't recive money but on my acc. Its shows money is deducted please helpppp
