My Name is Ottigunta Jyothi Naidu, I have applied for a Loan on Aug 21st for 1 Lakh, and i got approval from ICICI Bank on 31st Aug 2015, and there was no Disbursement till[protected] and then the ICICI have disbursed after sitting in the Branch for 1, 5Days and requesting to all the people then they have disbursed on with Loan account No : LPBNG[protected] The very next day they have also disbursed an another Loan with different Loan Account Number LPBNG[protected] with the same amount and then very next day i have informed to ICICI Bank Officials stating there was 2 Loans if you are Okay i can use this 2nd Loan also other wise i will cancel this 2nd Loan, Then they said to give a Cheque by Mistake they have disbursed 2 Times so i need to Settle 1 Loan. Then i have given a Cheque and wait for 15Days to cancel that Loan and called to customer care people and they were not telling me anything about the Cancellation and i went to CHina. So i had some requirement when i was going to China So i have utilized that amount after taking the confirmation from the Customer Care. My Manager For this Loan disbursement and all related Quires is Mr.Rakesh, Bommanahalli Branch. when i was in China they have created a Lien on my salary account for 1 Lakh, and i was not able to do the transactions also and i was not able to withdrawl the Money. i have called to the customer caare and Mr.Rakesjh from the China. and there was no clarity in the call due to the international calls . and they were not responding to my calls and with out my Information they have created a Lien on My Account and Now when i came back to India i tried calling to Mr.Rakesh and asking him waht exactly happen and i dont have that much money and i cannot pay now i want to continue paying Both the Loans EMI for 6 Months then i will clear the loans . More Over i have paid 1EMI for both the loans and cleared and i thouhgt they have make me to pay the EMI lets clear the loans after 6 EMI'S. But Mean while they have created the Lien and i am not able to withdrawl the Money from my account even my salary also and this, Every Month i will be having al lot of commitments and i need to pay some money as per my commitments i requested to Level4 Complaint, with [protected]@icicibank.com. and i have created this Lien related issue to level4 as the Subject in the Email i got like this But i am not sure weather this is Level4 or Not, Pavitra Janaga, was the person be in touch with me from the Email and she said by dec 7th she is gonna resolve my issues but she have not done, and she replied to me stating Dec 12 th She is gonna Replay me back with the status still there was no reply and she sent me an Email Stating, There is no resolution for this issue, THe only way i can solve on this is i can pay the Entire amount and clear the 1 Loan account and 1 Loan i can coontinue, That mean i need to clear the Lien, But as of now i dont have that much Money So i requested her to convert both the Loans and continue for 6 Months but they were not agreed and i tried calling to Mr.Rakesh for this Issue and he said he is not responsible for this and if i am not gonna pay the Entire Money then He is gonna send me Legal Notice and Legally he is gonna file a case on the Police Station. and also he is not responsible and his way of Speaking is like Harresment and Now, the EMI is not cleared on this Month and now the Collection team is calling to my dad and doing harresment very rigirously and telling they are gonna come to my home and sit there for the Emi and i should be in the court and telling very bad things and i have called to the people of customer care and i spoke with them for 1.5 Hours on Saturday for this and said this things is already going on so dont call to my dad and call me if you need anything from this . on Saturday they called me 5 Times and i said it is underprocessig there is some SR is Going on so i will clear the Dues and it will be cleared, But still that people called me and my dad got the calls on saturday Literrally 10 Times from ICICI Bank and On Sunday also i got the call from ICICI 2 Times and My dad got the call on Sunday around 5 Times. THis is harresment to me and i felt very bad and due to this there was so many mis understandings happen between me and my dad Now i have also tried applying with Axis Bank and Indusland Bank for the Loan for 1 Lakh to Clear the Lien but those guys were not approving because my salary account is with ICICI Bank Now and they check the CIBIL and it is 260 and they need 271 So i have applied for another Loan Now as per the Suggestion given by Mr. Rakesh, So Please check and do what is the Best resolution for this and i want the Lien to be cleared and i can pay the Emi and continue for 6 Months and close the Loans and i am really faced lot of issues from Mr.Rakesh, Please check and speak with Him and the Needfull and he said he is not responsible for my quires and also if i want i can place a case on near police station also and he is not worrying about this. So Pleasse check and do the Needfull My Loan Account No's : 1. LPBNG[protected] 2.LPBNG[protected] DISBURSED DATE :[protected] APPROVED DATE :[protected] LOAN AMOUNT : 106400.00 SALARY ACCOUNT NO :[protected] LIEN AMOUNT : 97640.00 MY CONTACT NO : +91-[protected] Now as per the customer care and Manager suggestion i have applied for the New and fresh Loan on 18th of this Month and its rellevant Reference NO: 65494335 to clear an another Loan and they are processing my Loan now as a Fresh Loan and i am really not satisfied with the process and issues i have faced from the ICICI Bank, and also i have send almost 200 Emails to the Customer care and Complaints but there is no proper resolution for this . I am also planning to close my salary account with ICICI Bank and continue with another bank and pay the Emi Amount to ICICI Account Every Month Because i am not trusting this ICICI Bank Even My Company Management also knows what exactly happening to me and, More Over there is no response from the ICICI Bank. Even when i was in CHina i had Lot of issues i faced because of this Lien and i was not able to withdrawl the money also . Hope atleast this time i will get the Reponse from ICICI Bank and clear my Problems and i want that Lien to be clear in 2 or 3 days, Because i am paying Interest as 12% Now and i am facing so many issues for the commitments which i have and the people are forcing me a Lot to pay me the EMI, Now a Days the CALL MONEY issue has become very popular so other financiers are forcing me a Lot, I cannot Express that like how ever your collecction team torchering me same like by CALL MONEY Guys also calling me and torchering. Please check and do the Needfull before 25th of this Mointh. Resolutions i expect: 1. Either cancel the Lien and clear the EMI for Both the Loans and continue the both the Loans and make it a SIngle Loan as 2 Lakhs and continue paying the EMI or 2. Issue an another Loan and disburse the Fresh Loan Amount and clear the Lien amount and merge the Fresh Loan to the Existing Loan and create a Single Loan account and continue Paying the Loan . or 3. create all the 3 Loans (2 Existing Loans) and 1 New Fresh Loan and close 1 Loan with the Lien Amount and continue 2 Loan Account Numbers.
