[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Refund of 12000 rs. from ICICI bank due to transaction failure post 1 year back.

Dear Sir/Mam, I am facing problem with one of Private Bank, ICICI for getting refund of Rs. 12, 000/- since 1 year+ I have approached both Receiver (Axis bank) & Sender (ICICI bank) back with my complain (as can be notice from trailing mail communication) but yet as on date i have not received my amount back. Apart from below mail communication, i have also approached Bank through call center & personal visit at local branch but nothing has been cleared so far. ICICI complain no. : SR[protected]. Hence, I request you to help me out with above situation and get my amount of 12000/- back at the earliest. Let me know if required any further details from my end. Regards.
