[Resolved] ICICI Bank — sr[protected] dated 14, july/2019 | |||
Tickets were booked on makemytrip.com amounting rs. 893/-, which were not finalized by makemytrip. To claim refund from makemytrip, the available no. [protected] was dialed, as customer care number available on website. The call was attended by a person, who asked to download the app-"anydesk remote control" to claim refund of tickets. The information & card number was enter on the the said app and received otp. During talk with said person, without enter otp, rs.20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousands only) was cheated and debited in the cheater's mobiwik account from my saving account ending...1979. Further informed that rs.9610/- was recovered the cheater's mobiwik account and credited to my saving account on 18/07/2019 and balance amount of rs.10, 390 has not been credited so far in my saving account.
