[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unauthorized debit card charges | |||
I received sms from icici bank that rs-2499/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/2/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing. ICICI bank blocked my account...i need to transfer fund to my brother but suddenly i massage appear "Account blocked/Frozen ".After that I am not able to transfer any fund to any one. also i not able to debit amount from ATM..when i try to debit amount it give same message...I using this Account from 4 years...
