I paid the money on 09/11/2012 but neither the Training nor the money refunded till date. I tried most to get back the money but failed. I have decided to close my Demat A/C with this company by this month & sold almost all the stocks.

    I have a Demat account in ICICI bank now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '61083132 DP CHGS TILL JAN-16'---- INR 572.50'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

      Once cheque made for me and it was undeliver from some reason.

      But after so many promises money has not yet receive by me.

        Hello there Two months back I got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer. It is icici debit card (master card). Now it was given me at same time of opening account.So there is no name on the card. When I used this card for online transaction first time process asked me to enter Card Number, Name on the card expiry date. I filled it properly with my name. On next screen it asked me for valid from date, date of birth and atm pin. I again filled it properly. But this time it rendered a message of invalid data. I tried it few time and after 3-4 time it blocked my debit card for online transaction and showed me below message: "For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants. To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care.

          Luckily I noticed that for my sell order of 10K ICICIDIrect charged me 11400 brokerage. I had my suspicions that ICICI is playing with the money and it's vanishing with no reasons. Not sure why ICICIDirect is practicing things like these. I had complete trust on ICICI with my money but it seems some mal practices might be in action which needs to be interrogated. Please help, details are attached below.

            I was told that lifetime free demat 3-in-1 account while opening. But every year I have a DP charge in my statement of 560 INR. I paid a cheque of 700 to the bank for opening the a/c in Oct 2013. On that also EBA NSE charge 7.53 was collected. almost 10% of the above. And while purchasing stock also EBA NSE was charged almost 10% of the each transaction. What is left out for us if these charges are billed every time to us.

              Demat a/c linking and delinking charges - unknown to the bank executives

              My Demat a/c is a 10 year old a/c with ICICI DIRECT.

              I had a problem with my Savings A/c linked with Demat A/c for trading on ICICIDIRECT.
              I wanted to delink the existing savings a/c from the Demat A/c and wanted to link with my other savings A/c.
              I approached the ICICI Bank Lokhandwala Branch -in Mid September 2015- they accepted my request - the bank did the linking and delinking according to them all was done....

              I am holding an account No.[protected] in ICICI which is also linked to my trading account. Nearly two years back I had given a request letter for closing my Demat and Trading account, since I already have a joint account No.[protected] with my wife Indira Nair in ICICI.

              Today when I visited the branch to give an application for transfering the amount lying in my SB A/c No.[protected] to the joint account No.[protected], I was informed that though the Demat account has been closed, the Trading account has not been closed and as such the SB A/c No.[protected] cannot be closed. Though I sent a mail to ICICI direct with the above details two weeks back, no action has still been taken to close the trading account linked to my SB A/c No.[protected] and to transfer the amount lying in the SB A/c to the joint A/c No.[protected].

                Cheating customers by mis-selling pre-paid brokerage plan of icicidirect.

                I have recently changed pre-paid brokerage plan of icicidirect for rs 100000 and tax and amount has been deducted
                It has been clearly told in the plan and customer that 25+tax will be charged.Now they have charging douple tax that is 25+25 TAX
                Here is example for 1 lot
                25.00 +22.80
                I have send email to support, headof support and COO no one is helping and NO response.
                THIS IS THE TRUE CLOUR OF ICICIDIRECT THEY WILL NERVER CARE OR RESPOND IF YOU CHOSE PRE-PAID PLAN.
                I want extra charge reverted and going forward only 25 and tax should be charged

                  I mean what kind of service is this you have availed click to call facility for demat users than why don't you recruit literate people and professional guys to handle the queries or concern.

                  i have a corporate demat account which was opened in march 2014 and was told as it a corporate account there is only 500rs fees + service tax applicable for the account however 1st year is free i.e march 2014 to march 2015.

                  now i have got a mail regarding the bill payment for the demat account i, e 57rs so i have arranged a callback from your demat guys so the girl who called first of all she dont have any manners to speak to customer on the top of that she says Sir i know everything and again and again placing my call on hold without giving any correct information

                  she told me 500rs will be deducted afterwards so i asked her if 500rs is going to be charged than why you have sent me a bill for 57rs dont you guys give proper training to the people who take call she wasted my 25 minutes without giving me any proper resolution i have recorded that call and sent the recording attached with this mail really your guys are pathetic when i told to transfer the call to supervior she kept me on hold for 10 minutes and later on disconnected the call how dare she can do that really worst ICICI demat service i want an stringent action to be taken against that lady also solve my query why i have got 57rs bill when 500rs + service tax is direct debit from my account

                  i want reply and also taken the action against that lady total non performance not at all acceptable if this is going to be the service given whenever there is interaction with your call center agents i will make sure to tarnish your brand image through every possible mode of communication and media if you are not capable to provide the resolution than why you have a option of call back facility really bad experience with the call i got from icici direct.

                  also reply me when call was kept on hold why it was disconnected from agent side not acceptable

                  listen to the recording attached worst call ever i had... did i made a mistake been a icici customer and a share holder

                    Hi There, I am customer of icici direct since last 11 months & had a very bad experience when I came to know that this firm is not working for customers profit Interest but instead it's working for registered companies in NSE & BSE. Example given below: Example: You need to know 3 term first 1) Limit Price :- price @ which you buy your contract 2) Target price :- price at which you are selling your contract 3) Stop-loss :- price which will be the lower limit to sell your contract Now, suppose you buy any contract in 'option' segment whose lot size is 1000 shares with premium price of Rs 2 (i.e. 1000*2=2000). So when you buy this contract you investment was 2000 rs & you expect that particular share price will move up (call option) it's premium will become 4(i.e. 1000*4=4000) you earn 2000rs. Let suppose that you're not sure of the movement or if also you are sure you still need to protect your money you have to keep Stop-loss price. Present premium price of that same contract is 3rs so you should be allowed to put 2.5rs as Stop-loss so that you can at least earn 500rs but this portal doesn't allow to do so. When I raised this with icici direct officials face to face i was stunned with the reply that i got. They said that I am allowed to keep Stop-loss less than limit price which means anything below 2 which is again logically not right because when I kept 1.5rs as my stoploss my position will get square off(sold out) because there is already some buyers in the market who has kept there bid at 1.5rs. Technically when you go through the above situation you will see it is very unfair portal and a complete fraud to loot common men money. Please take action as soon as possible so that others don't lose their money. I was new in market due to which it took lot much of time to rectify the problem. After losing more than 3lac rs I managed to deep dive & was able to find out the root cause. I can present this practically anytime. Thanks

                      Hi There!! I had opened an account on https://secure.icicidirect.com/ for Online Share Trading, one of ICICI direct representative MR. Beslal Kumar who is senior sales manager-Retail came and explain me the plan, about .55% brokerage charge, but he didn't inform me that if I will purchase share up to 6, 400 INR or above then only I will charge by .55% otherwise I need to pay 2.5% or 35 Rs whatever would be lowest. For this reason I charged by 2.5% and I [paid brokerage charge accordingly, now tell me who is responsible for this, I feel cheated by company, I also recommended one of friend to open this account with MR. Beslal Kumar and he is also not aware about the plan. I had made a complaint to customer care, I got 2-3 calls from ICICI direct bot no one is able to solve my issue, I need my deducted money back.                         Its always seen that whenever market crash the ICICI direct site also get crashed. Even it was observed during 2008 melt down. I couldn't understand the logic to remain the trading account on ICICI direct when they can't deliver the service despite higher charges among another trading companies.

                          I am a NRI Customer since Past many years with ICICIDIRECT.Recently i took a commercial decision to migrate to another broker to save on transction costs.In this regards i visited ICICI Direct office who advised me ot go to ICICI BANK which i did in borivali and signed all forms they gave.Since then its been continuous chasing sometimes saying this is pending/sometimes that and offlate no is responding.I have escalated my emails to head of service quality both in ICICI Bank and ICICIDIRECT and no one bothers to respond.I am suffering great mental stress as my portfolio is quite decent and i am unable to transfer my shares to another broker till ICICI provides me with NOC.I was assured of NOC by 8th .Then someone in customer service promised a revert by 17th sept nothing happened. I feel i am being penalised and mentally harrassed just because i choose to go to another broker.

                          I am also NRI and planned to move out from ICICIDirect to other broker, I am facing the same situation right now. But in my case shares have been already transferred to other broker and closed demat account. But they are making huge delay in closing the PIS account and provide NOC. For past 3 months I am behind them. Everytime when I followup on the service request that is emailed to me they are creating new service request and leaving the old as it is.
                          Have your problem resolved or is it going on still? Please also let me know when was this happening to you. I am following up since June 2022 and now its going to be september still I did not get NOC. My new broker keeps asking me to produce NOC.

                            I have opened NPS account with icicidirect in 2014. Submitted all documents to icicidirect, icicidirect acknowleged receipt on 9th January 2015. Till date account is not activated, I took extensive follow up icicidirect has just given new service request each day, didn't do anything in reality. CRa told icicidirect have not submitted photo signature to them.

                              I bought a stocks in margin buy in client mode (T+5 days).Even relationship manager also advised me on the same and i also read in details in ICICI direct website for margin buy.Even its for 5 days they squared off position on same day and loss occurred to me. After complaining them on call he replied that its our operation rule. They have to intimate or text the rule in advance before making square off position. I am really dissatisfied with their service and in also website i requested to call for 3-4 times in two days they didnot call to me and they even dont care abt customers.

                                Dear sir/mam I am a prc client of Icici direct. I have raised a complaint against RM ( hakkim) My srm no. Is[protected], but it has closed. Because of his misguidance my brokerage have been raised. Without my notice he requested for a plan. He also insisted me to close my account to avoid paying much btokerage and to open a account by the name of my family members to trade.Icici didn't take necessary action against him and also didn't reverse my brokerage. Am totally disappointed . I had a plan to have a sub broker in future but seeing this all I am going to shift to kotak mahindra soon. I also will take this matter to sebi.

                                    My Demat a/c no [protected] I bought 1 LOT of South Indian bank in F&O segment @ of Rs 23.40 and it was confirmed. But in trade book it showing Rs 23.70. At Inniespeta ICICI Bank Demat counter I have given letter to transfer of demat share account linked my Savings A/C No.[protected] to Danavaipeta ICICI Bank Savings A/C No.[protected].) but ur Innnies peta branch people all my demat linked shared closed in DIP ID IN303028 and allotted new DIPID[protected] with my knowledge/with out intimation and also not send new Demat Services Instruction booklet for TFD/IDT already existing my address (.)this is very very blunder in ur bank part (.) i am enquired about demat shares in ur Inniespeta branch they told my all the shares were nothing has been found in DIPID303028 enquire about customer care(.)
