Owing to the totally irreliable web trading site icicidirect.com, I had lost as much as 40, 000INR today. I am trading on derivatives and square of my positions during the day. however, the ICICIDirect site was not placing orders to the exchange for a whole 1.5hrs during the trading hours. Due to this i was not able to square off my position in time (i.e. when the market was going down) and had to face a loss of Rs. 40000/-. This is not the first time it is happening with ICICIDirect. It is not unusual for ICICIDirect to close their website for hours during market trading hours. totally irresponsible service provision by a so-called reputed organization.

SAME HAPPENED TO ME!!

Icicidirect is simply unfair!
Quite often (always in the first 15 mins when markets open, and occasionally during the day), the order placed gets 'queued' status. This means one cannot cancel the order, neither square off. One even does not know whether order got executed. The status remains like that for over an hour. If market goes against, they square off at a high rate.
Just avoid this online broker. Also the brokerage rate is 2% (buying and selling together) for delivery.

    I am holding trading account with ICICI.Direct.com jointly with my daughter Vaijayanti S Belose since more than 4 years. In 2006 we received a notice from ICICI Direct requesting us to re-submit documents destroyed in the floods at Mumbai on 26th July 2005. We immediately submitted all documents at Thakur Complex Branch. However we again received a letter in early 2007 from them asking for documents. We again submitted documents at their Thakur Complex Branch and the name of concered officer who collected documents was VIVEK. However we were shocked when our DMAT account was locked in OCT 07 with a note that " Your account is suspended for non completion of the re-submission/re execution formalities for the documents which were destryoed in the floods. The suspension can be revoked after completion of the re-submission/re-execution. As we had no option, we again submitted all documents to their representative ( SANTOSH)- from Thakur complex who personally collected after checking from our residence on 01/12/2007. We would like to complain that till today ( 14th Mar 2008 ) our account is not yet activated and we have no clue WHY THIS IS STILL LOCKED. We have been regulary following up with SANTOSH and their manager ADESH but even they are not aware of the reason and they keep promising me that this matter will be resolved. I feel so helpless and feel we are penalised for no fault of ours. We fail to understand the lapse from ICICI Direct team and would like to discountinue our relationship with them.

        ICICIdirect.com has duped me of Rs.12000 with their clervalue deals. I joined their Rs.999/month value plan for a quarter Apr-June 2007. However they kept on charging me this amount every qtr, and I realized it only after a year. It is clearly mentioned in their website even now that a customer is joining for their value plan for a quarter. Some of my friend also lost money like this. I am sure thousands of customers all over India have fallen in this trap. I have captured screens from their website showing how they have presented it.         More over they do not allow me to discontinue the plan in between a quarter. They deliberately delay the receipts (in this case automatic withdrawals from the bank) beyond 10th of the first month of the quarter, after which I can not discontinue the plan even for the quarter. I have realized it only this time when the money had gone from my bank on 8th of February. They should have done it before 10th of Jan so that I could discontinue the plan for this quarter.

        Their customer care agrees that the plan is misleading. However do not agree to refund the money. Please let me know if any body can help.

          i had talked to icicibank at delhi no as well as emailed them for my refund which is not given to me so for the contents of communication with icicidirect.com customer care is as follows.pls help me

            Respected Sir,

            1. With due respect to you this is to inform you that I am the holder of ICICI Bank Demat Acct No 31512963 since 2003.

            2. I am writing to you with lot of expectations and after my Service Provider ie. ICICI Direct has failed to give a satisfactory response to my complaint even after 3 months of continuous correspondence.

            3. Sir I had been recieving a message on logging on to my Demat account for last few months saying that I had to resubmit some documents which had been lost in Mumbai flash floods by the ICICI Bank.

            4. Since my husband, who is an Army Officer is at present posted in a remote place in North East it was not possible to submit the documents immediately. Therefore during our lve ie, in Jun 07 I went to the ICICI Direct Office in Dehradun and expressed my desire to submit the forms. On this I was told that no forms were available in the office and the bank would contact me as and when the forms are available. I rang up the bank twice to check if the forms were available, only to realise that the forms were not available and neither did the bank give me a call during my stay in Dehradun.

            5. Three months later in Oct 07, after I came back to my place in North East, on logging on to my Account I realised that my acct had been suspended by ICICI Direct and I was told to resubmit the docus in a nearest branch.

            5. On this I made an endeavour to travel 600 kms to Guwahati in Nov 07 and submitted the required documents in ICICI Bank, Fancy Bazar, Guwahati with Mr Pankaj Datta (Mob No [protected]) on 17 Nov 07. On asking a receipt of the application I was refused one and was told that the account would be activated in 15 days.

            7. On not being able to log on to my account even after a month I rang up the ICICI Direct personnel to include Mr Datta and Mr Biswajit ([protected]) at Fancy Bazar, Guwahati , time and again, but they expressed their inability to do anything and advised me to contact the ICICI helpdesk. I have a SMS from Mr Dutta mobile no [protected] on 24/12/07 time 13:10 on my mobile No [protected] saying that he had despatched the forms on 17 Nov and that I should contact ICICI helpdesk

            8. On this highly unappreciative response from the bank, I tried to contact the helpdesk but due to non availability of internet services in my place was left stranded by the bank till Jan 08. When I went on leave again, I went to the Dehradun branch and re-re-submitted the required documents on 10 Jan 08.

            9. On again not being able to log on to the acct after 15 days I contacted the helpdesk on Jan complaint no SR[protected] Printed E mail attached for ref) I was told that the docus which I had submitted in Dehradun were incomplete and somebody would soon be speaking to me. While no mention of my previous submission of documents was made, nobody till date has contacted me. I even gave them my new contact no but for no outcome.
            .
            8. I have given a number of E mails to the helpdesk ie, [protected]@icicidirect.com and [protected]@icicidirect.com but till date the account has not been activated. I am enclosing the copy of all the correspondence for your ready reference.

            9. The Market has undergone a big turmoil and due to the sheer fact that I have not been able to operate my account during all this period I have suffered huge losses due to the sheer negligence of the Service Provider. As far as I am concerned I have deposited the documents twice. If at all at any point the documents have been incomplete, it is the responsibility of the Bank staff who has got the documents filled, checked and sent them to their Head Office, and I can’t be blamed for it. I am really shocked at this kind of behaviour of the Service Provider. At both the places where I submitted the documents I was flatly refused for a receipt of my submission which again reflects poor work system and approach of the bank to customer related aspects.

            10. Having suffered both monetarily and mentally over a period of 05 months I want the Service Provider to pay for BOTH .Therefore I humbly request you to kindly advice me about how best can I deal with this situation. I am a housewife and a small scale investor investing in IPO’s with limited knowledge of the Market as would have been evident from the way I have handled this case. Therefore it is my sincere request to you to guide me in this case. I shall ever be grateful to you for this help of yours.

              The trading site is extremely slow. when you compalint about the site being slow, the customer services people are audacious enought to say that if this is the state of the infrastructure, how can they help the customers.

              Must say that this guy should be sacked.
              very recently I was travelling to ludhiana, and had a great opportunity to pick up a low cost issue, but could not do that becos of the slow speed of the site.

              Fortunately now I have started logging in to one such mobile service from reliance money which tells me the stock quotes on the go too.... finally kisi ney toh kuch socha ek aam small investor key baarey mey... now am planning to buy a laptop, so that when i travel i can manage to log-in,,, or if nothing else, servics such as the this stock update on the mobile will help me... i will call my broker and he will buy for me...am so happy with these ppl at reliance money....they must be very good ....

              I too have the same problem.
              From them I got this mail when I presented my issue.

              "Our technical team has been working constantly to improve the performance of the site and to ensure that our customers are not put to any inconvenience in future. We are constantly upgrading and improving our system capacity to handle the increased customers base."

              ICICI Direct.com — provident fund settlement

              i was working in icici direct .com, last year but that company doesnt settle my provident fund .they did not debit the amt of provident fund to my account..my emp.no is C700545&LAST WORKING DATE IS 31ST july 08..please take some action.

                Hi,

                I asked ICICI direct people to update the MICR code for my bank account in my demat account so that I can have direct refunds for IPO etc through ECS facility.
                At first, they asked me to provide a cancelled and fill up a form. I did the same and then started the series of going to bank branch to confirm the status of my request. After a long time I lodged a complaint at customer care on call -- no action, then in written by e-mail -- they responded positively saying that the details have been updated. But to my knowledge it was a great lie to me as I still am receiving refunds by cheques.
                I have a email from ICICI customer care confirming the MICR code updation as proof.
                I then made a complaint again -- no response, then I escalated the issue to [protected]@icicidirect.com -- till now to response.

                I don't know what help can I get through this site, but I hope to get through this situation. Looking forward for a positive reply.

                    OPENING ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT FROM CALICUT BRANCH
                    I did everything as per your manager,in calicut.If anything wrong occurd is due to your mistake.You are the one suppose to tell any thing wrong I filled or submitted.If you cannot complete my formalities next 5working days I dont want your service.The money I suppose to invest in your bank RS500000/-i am not depositing.Anyhow you people not guided me properly.I lost much time and money due to your managers laziness.

                    if I gave wrong cheque means your manager who received is not suitable for that post.Take care of him.

                      On 30 Nov. 2007 , I received a phone call . The person, who called, told me that I can pick up my Debit card from the base branch ( ICICI, Civil Lines , Raipur). When I went there to have my Debit card, the officials there told me that the courier has not delivered the documents and the A.T.M. card. The same shall be made available to us in 1 day.

                      The ICICI is no better than State Bank of India. It is a mocking thing to even think that ICICI can ever be a six-sigma company.

                        i have a demat account with icici bank which is deactivated by icici due to misplaced the documents by them in mumbai flood & they have deactivated by account after that i have submitted the document in the month of may'2007 with icici nehru place branch & they active my account after that in the month of October'2007 icici bank against deactivce my demat account & i am not able to do the trading in icici direct.com. i have complaint regarding this to icici customer care & they have sent a person to pickup the documents agian. icici people pickup the documents from me on 24th October'2007 & assuring that my account will active within 5 to 6 days but it didn't. after that i have complaints so many time to icici customer care every time they assuring me that my account will active with 24 hrs & 48 hrs but till now it is deactive. i am very upset due to this i am not able to do the transction in this account. kindly help me.

                        I am much aggreived by a most customer un-friendly attitude of icicidirect. My account was blocked for trading despite my various requests to accomodate the same due to my absence from India.
                        At the time of re-submisison, the branch staff was grossly negligent and unaware of the completion requirements.

                        Even after submission of complete documents in December and following up with icicidirect over phone and email, I am at a loss to understand the delay on their part to reactivate my account.

                        both the customer care and [protected]@icicidirect.com have been futile in their responses to any query on the same.

                        I am sorry about the pathetic state of customer service and gross negligence on part of such an esteemed institution

                          I have failed to receive below mentioned courier from your bank. And I doubt whether it has not reached to a wrong person.

                          Please intervene and help to resolve my complaint.

                          Further, today I have resubmitted new request for password reset as I am facing business losses due to non- availability of my demat account.

                          Pinmailer containing user ID and Password of your ICICI Direct Account has been dispatched through speed post at your registered address mentioned below on November 02, 2007. The AWB (Airway Bill) number is EM[protected]IN.

                          But till date I have failed to receive the same.

                          This is not acceptable from such a renouned bank. Now I am going to take this matter very seriously and also look forward for financial compensation because my Online Transaction work is hamperred from September 14, 2007 to till date. You people dont bothered to take any action.

                          I have given sufficient time to your bank for fulfilling my request.

                          I am looking out for redressel of grievances.

                            sir, im srinivas and i know little bit english, my complaint:
                            im doing share trading with icicidirect sub broker(DBC). he is cheating me 20 lakhs in share trading. Mostly he is given falls promise and he lead me to face losses.I have strong evidence of his activities.,he will not give proper response regarding this,. i very wounded and my life tottaly turn into wrong way, and im standing blind to face my life.
                            I see this site and i have confident to teach great lesson to that ICICIDIRECT sub broker.pls helpme in this matter where should i make complaint and further proceedings?

                            the amount of money people loosing ..because of this site..is..i think....could be more then...the entire icici bank././ income...

                            ICICI DIRECT WEBSITE is very bad. i am not able to login to the website during crucial trading hours. The site simply doesnt get loaded. I lost my profits since i couldnt sell my shares on time because of the poor service provided by ICICI DIRECT WEBSITE..
                            ICICI Direct should be held accountable?
                            I believe people will support making ICICIDirect accountable for not been working in the hour when it is most needed....

                            I agree with u ऱवि 100%. There should be SLA.. if they charge for their service then they must deliver.. they just can't get away with it.. it is there responsibily to support huge volumes with good infrastructure.. can't we file a case agaisnt them??
                            I submitted the following complain a number of times to various possible locations. But there is no resolution. I am wondering any one can get compensation for such harassment happened?

                            Respected Sir,

                            I am Sandip Kothari. Since last couple of years I have a number of accounts and loans with ICICI bank and ICCI direct. But since last couple of weeks I am facing problem with your services. I want to make complains regarding my ICICI direct account (Account Number xxxxxxxxx).



                            Complain No. 1 : Last year the account contract documents went in the flood. Even though it is a fault of ICICI direct, I contacted your call centers a couple of time to send an executive to collect the required contract papers signed again. However no one has contacted me in last 1 year.



                            Complain No. 2 : Without any notice on 18th October they suspended my trading account and stopped my access of the account.



                            Complain No. 3 : In place of sending executive they told me to visit the nearest branch. (something like the documents re-submission is my requirement)



                            Complain No. 4 : I visited the suggested branch (Thanku complex, Kandivali east, Mumbai). The relation ship manager over there was Mr. Adesh Sharma. Firstly he hasn’t time for the customers because he was so much occupied with his personal trading account. In the branch no one has time for the customers. They were all busy with market talks and their personal trading stuff.

                            Once he found time for me, he doesn’t know at all what form I should submit to re-execute my form. He has no such form available in the branch. He told me that I don’t have any other option, I should just wait for some executive come to me and collect the form. He promised me that in 2 hours executive will contact me to get the form signed. No one has come for the next 8 hours.

                            After that I made a couple of calls to the same branch and finally they send Mr. Santosh with required form. All these took 10 hours to finish and that is also after at least 10 calls to the concerned department and all.



                            Complain No. 5 : When I submitted the form, Mr. Santosh told me that in 48 hours I should get the account access. Also I called at your customer care center and Mr. Samir spoke to me with same words ( complain no. given at that time is SR[protected]. This promise was never met.



                            Complain No. 6 : After that since 5 working days I am daily calling to call centers. They are just giving me some new complain no. (Complain Nos. SR42512629 and SR[protected]. Before 3 days the executive told me that it will be solved in 24 hours and I will get the account access. It was never happen till now. They told me that they have not received the documents yet and I should contact the person to whom I submitted the documents. Is this right? A customer has to track the documents after they submit to ICICI executive or is it ICICI’s responsibility?



                            Complain No. 7 : Then also I called up Mr. Adesh Sharma, a relation ship manager at Thakur Complex, Kandivli East Mumbai branch. But his reply was quite strange that he has just sent an executive to collect the form. After that whether it will reach to the correct place or not is not his responsibility? I want to know is this correct that branch manager is not responsible for their executives? Then whom they are managing?



                            Complain NO. 8 : Finally I called your call centers. There I spoke to Miss. Sundari (team leader). She told me on 27th Oct. that my account will be activated on same day and she will call me before 5 o’clock on 27th Oct. None of this happened. After that I tried to reach her, but not available. The telephone executive replied me in 3 other consecutive calls that I don’t have any other option but just wait and watch.



                            I request you to kindly look into the issue. I would like to apply for the mental harassment and monitory loss compensation as well. Kindly guide me if I am wrong anywhere.

                            I am having my Demat Account with ICICI direct.com and holder of ICICI bank account since last few years.

                            1) My account is suspended on 22 th of Oct'07 for want of KYC documents without any proper notice. First of all ther is no proper intimation that i have to submit these documents. Earlier they have asked for PAN proof, which i have duly submitted in raipur branch. ICICI have lost documents due to their mistake, so it is binding on them to get new documents whatsoever required to be filled by customer. But they never bothered to make at least make one call, SMS whereas to market their products they keep making unnneccesary calls and disturb customers at unusual hours.

                            Why due care is not taken by ICICI by way of making call or SMS for filling up necessary documents.

                            2) I made a call to Call Centre on 22 th itself requesting to send their representative to get necessary docs filled up and after my persistent follow up , representative called on me only on 25th to get documents filled up. How come second largest bank in india respond so poorly & behave so insensitively to customers even when fault squauerly rests on ICICI. Is it sheer arrogance on part of ICICI???????

                            3) It was promised by that repesentative that account will be activiated within 48 hours.

                            4) When my account was not activiated on 29th again i called up Call Centre to verify the same, and it was promised that within 36 hours it will be activiated. I requested that i may be connected to somebody repsonsible who can give me proper clarificatioin as to when my account will activiated. I simply dont understand when i have submitted my documents on 25th itself, why does ICICI doesnt have provision to update customers as to at what satge is processing done and by what date account will be activiated. They are treating present customers in most insensitive and shabby manner as if our survival is dependant upon them.

                            5) When again i called up on 30th to Call centre, i was told that maximum of 7 days it will take to get my account activiated. I simply dont understand ICICI which claims to Professionally managed organisation , so badly managed.

                            6) They dont allow proper access to responsible person to get things clarified and on the other hand they staff posted at various branches who themselves dont have proper understanding & info about their products.

                            7) finally i had been a complaint no : 4035638, saying that it will done as soon as possible. God only knows when this is going to happen.

                            I have suffered huge loss during these 10 days when in fact i am deprived of profit booking during bull run.

                            8) I earnestly request that proper action to be taken in this regard and first of all my get account gets activiated and proper compensation may please warded to me.

                            ICICI and ICICIdirect and related ones are maadarchots.
                            I have similar complain. My demat account is suspended even though I resubmitted the papers in my Branch in Delhi. The bank branch says that they have received the papers and icicidirect branch says they have not received the papers. From bank branch computer they check and say that its OK but when it comes to reactivation they say that they have not recd the papers. Worse than a government department. I think ICICI has lost good staff to other banks and it is time to switch to new bank.
                            I am still struggling to get my account activated.
                            I donot think they would last like that.
                            Whenever I wanted to sell the options contracts, the site will be down... they wont make site up before business hours... I am losing more money because of this... the call center will not get connected atleast for one hour on phone... after connecting they will say that they will connect to someone else... issue will not be resolved... finally call will get disconnected....
                            When I complained, the reply i got is "ICICI Web Trade Limited provides services to its clients on a best effort basis, however, technical snags arising out of system related issues is something which cannot be controlled at all times".

                            That conveys "use what is available when it is available or get lost".

                            I would also like to bring to your notice the pathetic quality of service that ICICIDirect provides to its customers. They charge exorbidant rates for F&O and cash segments amongst all the existing brokers, they don't allow margin trading before 10:20, give lot of WRONG CALLSs in i-clickToGain delibrately so that the clients suffer loss, their system is so slow that the first quotes do not arrive before 10:05 AM, logs out the users frequently in the midst of a transaction and during crucial hours the software is unable to take loads saying either " the webserver is too busy" or "( 2) : Site is not available due to some technical reason. Please contact site administrator". When we call up the helpline, they would just not pick up the phone or even when they come online after we hold for a minimum of 1/2 an hour, they would say "please be online, we are checking" and they would disappear and get us disconnected.A very poor quality of service which we can never find anywhere else in the world. I have suffered huge losses becauce of their incompetent software , wrong Calls, slowness in the system, frequest log offs and wrong calculations in brokerages.I would request the SEBI or concerned authority to look into this and punish ICICI for the losses they have given to their customers.

                            Couldn't update the stop loss in my margin plus before it hit the bottom and squared off by itself.
                            I spoke to ICICIDirect to refund atleast the brokerage charges during the downtime and they said "No, we do not have a policy and we cannot take your loss" - verbatim.
                            I asked "What is the purpose of bloody brokerage?"
                            she said "Sir, I am disconnecting the call because o[censored]r abuse"

                            - I call up again in panic and ask "are you guys not able to access the site and change my SLTP Please".. he says "let me check .. hold on".. 5 minutes no answer, 8 minutes "no sir the system is still down"..
                            - I ask "why does this happen so frequently?".. he says "sir this is only during the trading hours we face difficulty, please try after sometime"
                            - I ask "is this an offline trading account?"..
                            - he says "no sir, please try after half an hour"
                            - hmm, can you refund my brokerage charage? - no sir
                            - I say == "Ur company stinks"
                            - he say = "can i place u on hold and disappears"
                            extremes of service..

                            Can you belive NDTV Profit(I follow CNBC18-100% better) gave ICICIDirect the best online trading portal award for 2008!

                            No wonder why NDTV sucks too..

                            I have got trading a/c with ICICIdirect.com since 12.05.2004 and I had been trading using this a/c. On 24.10.2007 I found this to be blocked. After placing a query I came to know that the bank requires me to submit my KYC with address and identity proofs which I submitted in the Chowringhee Road branch of the ICICI Bank in Kolkata on 02.11.2007. They acknowledged receipt of the documents and asked me to wait for few days (sometimes 4 and sometimes 10 days) but nothing materialised. On 29.01.2008, losing patience, I resubmitted the documents to the Lake Market branch of ICICIdirect.com in Kolkata as Bhowanipore branch of ICICI bank could not understand what I was supposed to submit and it was that branch personnel who directed me to ICICIdirect.com office saying that they do not know anything about KYC form which ICICI Bank has asked me to submit !More than two months have elapsed since then and still nothing has happened. The ICICI Bank is now asking me to resubmit the documents a third time. I can not rely on them any further.The specific complaints are
                            1. The bank never bothered to let me know why the a/c was blocked.
                            2. They never communicate with me about the status
                            3. They have never clarified about the problem and why they are not activating my a/c
                            4. I have already incurred heavy loss because of their callous attitude and why they should not be held responsible? If there is any fault in submission of the KYC form it is solely due to the bank's own staff and why should I suffer for that?
                            5. When I went to the two different branches of the ICICI Bank the staff of both the branches wre found to be unsure about what is meant by KYC form
                            N.B. Both the Chowringhee and the Bhowanipore branches have got demat sections and ICICI Bank asked me to go to any branch offering demat services

                            That's all from my end . I want to pay heed to your advice so that I can sell the shares held by me and purchased with my money and not by ICICI Bank's money.

                            i hold an icicidirect trading account.On 15/05/08 my online share trading account got freeze suddenly without giving me any prior intimation from icicidirect.com.
                            when i checked with bank i found that its because of a mis match of signature of my wife on the demat a/c form.i asked icicibank representative to give me 10days to submit documents so that i dont end up making lose in share market, the icici representative on the other end was just
                            unable to process this request and help me, due to which i made lose in trading.
                            i want the icicidirect.com to pay for this lose and acting irresponsibly.what is my scope to make some one responsible for this goo[censored]p and ineffeciency.I want them to pay for my lose some one who can be held resposible.The bank has broken my trust, they are just to collect the fee for the service they provide and no way is consumer friendly.i have risked my hard earned money to this most un professional people.Time alone test such banks.

                            ICICI Direct - Demat Account — PROLONGED DELAY IN OPENING A DEMAT ACCOUNT

                            I have applied for a DEMAT ACCOUNT with ICICI Securities Ltd. on 21 June 2008 through Mr. Mohd. Nazim (DMA). I have provided all the information required for opening the account and account opening fee cheque but still there is no sign of opening of the account till now.

                            On 30 June 2008 (as told by him proposed date when the account is functional), I called Mr. Nazim regarding this. He gave me some silly excuse and assured me that it will be done in 1-2 days more. When I called him again after 3-4 days, of course regarding the account, he gave me the number of Mr. Anand Shankar (Sales Manager). I have given the form no. [protected] as asked by him. He also assured me that within 2-3 more days the account will be opened surely.

                            Today, it is 9 July 2008, and still my account has not been opened. And the height is that none of the above persons are picking up the phones...to at least talk on the issue.

                            Please do the needful in this regard as soon as possible
                            As per the loan agreement, On Rs 2 Lacs only processing fee of Rs 562/ need to be applied.But when i got the Personal loan statement:
                            Rate of interest changed to 14.5%( but was mentioned 14% in Loan Agreement)
                            Processing fee Rs 2200 extra charged in lieu of Insurance; which i not opted for.
                            Tenure of the loan is 3 years( but i mentioned 4 years in Loan Agreement)

                            I have buyed today relcap 100 quantity in Margin plus, in this after icici directly sells the share but today it has not sold that shares automatically. still is showing in the account,
                            selling is not done, i can't move that money, in trading book there is no oreder for execution of these shares, in oreder book also it is showing that order is not executed,
                            now what will happen ? these shares will come to my account has holding shares ? or it will get sold at any price ? or... what ?

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have sent letters to SEBI about the cheating by ICICIDIRECT.COM inthe following ways.

                            1. By not alloing to sell the shares by not allocating the shares on T+2 day. proof available.(IBULLREL) Rs. 80, 000/-. Complaint sent to SEBI

                            2. Disabling the site when we have traded for sell till the margin closing time a when the market is falling sharply. Rs 40, 000/-. Triveni Engg. Proof Available. Complaint sent to SEBI

                            3. Clossing the trading portal for the client byICICIDIRECT employees at the margin closing time. Yesterday at 3.02 PM 800 shares of SAIL baught at 77.7 where blocked by the ATG group peeping inside my trading page there by not able to sell at 77.95 but at 76.75. Rs. 800/- 2/2/2009.

                            4. By making the web site down for the whole or part of the day (SAIL). Rs.4000. on 19/1/2009. Agreed for reimbursement but not yet done so far. I had also asked for losses of Rs.4000/- per day for not making me my margin money availabilty by 6000-. Complaint sent to SEBI.

                            ICICI has the information of the amount in clients account, his position of buy and sell at any point of time and the balance amount in his account, his exahurtion limit and time and I feel it is assing this nformation toa fixed punter on that stock at the margin closing time or at some other time so that either he can manipulate the share prices due to his high availability of funds and whack out the money from clients. OR in other way it also hels them in blocking a particular account by opening the clent's accont at ICICI side and then client will not be able to open up the accounts in his side like what happened to me yesterday. In fact our transactions and trading pages are completely open to the punter in a stock through ICICI and there after it is an easy job for anybody to manipulate (making total web page down, a partcular client not able to open his account, shares not available for trading by not allocating it on T+2 day and this amounts to total cheating).


                            If the forum does agree to take the costs of fighting legally to protect the interests of the clients, I am ready to disclose the transactions so far done by SEBI and NSE and to further to CABSEC, SFIO and CPGCD so that ICICIDIRECT.com shall shell out all the money it has evacuated from innocent clients.

                            muy complaint regarding icicidiret securities .6 nov 2009 i got sms from icicidirect "now trade in margin till 3:30pm and take delivery by brining funds " so and same thing refleted in icicidirect site and i made many marign order and i asume trading time is 3:30 but they square off 3:15 pm . ragarding this issue i call to icicidirect custmore care no but they are not respone properly even then had not take my complaint and made excuse our system is not working . for this whole process lost large amount of money .

                            so i want to know what i can do? can i complaint in any gov oraganization ragarding icicdirct fraud please sugest me

                            ICICI Direct Trading Site Is Down — Site Down

                            Which runs mission critical trading sites on Winblows. Apparently ICICIDirect does. And they go down right in the middle of a trading day. Happening right now the IIS 500.13 error code web server too busy.
                            Thankfully i did not lose my hard earned money because of this issue. But to be secure in future, I am planning to open a new account with a better stock broking firm. My friends have given a good feedback for Kotak Sec...any suggestions?
                            I am a satisfied customer. ICICI has got the updated technology before others provide it. And the Relationship manager attached with me helps me with good research trading tips and investment options from time to time.

                            Icici securities নামের একটি কোম্পানির সাথে stock broking এর ব্যাবসা করতে গিয়ে ভয়ানক এক অসাধু চক্রান্ত সম্বন্ধে জানতে পারলাম এবং প্রতিবাদ করতে গিয়ে আরও ভয়ানক সব চক্রান্তের শিকার হয়ে চলেছি । জীবন সংশয় ও মিথ্যা মামলার হুমকিও পেয়েছি বেশ কয়েক বার । কিন্তু বাংলার বাংলার জনসাধারণের টাকাকে কোম্পানির / বাক্তিগত সম্পত্তিতে পরিণত করার যে ঘিন্নতম-নোংরা অসাধু চক্রান্ত চলছে তার বিরুদ্ধে আজ প্রতিবাদ না করলে আরো বিশাল অর্থনাশ হয়ে পথের ভিখারি হয়ে যাবে বাংলার বহু মানুষ ।
                            প্রমানসহ আমি দাবি করছি যে আজ অব্দি খুব কম করেও প্রায় ২০, ০০০ সাধারণ মানুষ এদের প্রতারনায় নিজেদের কষ্টার্জিত টাকা হারিয়েছেন । আবারো প্রমাণসহ দাবি করছি পুরো টাকাটাই তারা শেয়ার এ হারেন নাই, বরং তাদের টাকা গ্রাস করেছে এই কোম্পানি খুব এ ধূর্ততার সাথে হাথ ঘুড়িয়ে । যদিও অনেকে অভিযোগ করেননি, কারন তারা এই বিশাল পুকুর চুরির ব্যাপারটা ভালভাবে ধরতে পারেননি বা তাদের পুরোপুরি মিথ্যা বোঝানো হয়েছে । আসলে ব্যাপারটা খুবই সূক্ষ্মভাবে ওপর মহল থেকে এমন ভাবে নীচের মহলের সাথে সাঁট-গাঁট করে করা হচ্ছে যে প্রতারিত খুব ভালো করে ধরতে পাচ্ছে না যে তিনি প্রতারিত হয়েছেন না ভাগ্যদোষের শিকার হয়েছেন ।
                            কিন্তু আমি এই প্রতারনার কথা ধরতে পেরে যখন icici securities এর ওপর মহলকে জানাই তখন থেকেই আমি এদের ১ নম্বর শত্রুতে পরিনত হই ।
                            Icici securities এর ওপর মহল থেকে ক্রমাগত চাপের মুখে এবং bse/nse/sebi এর নাম করে ওদের পাঠানো নকল লোক ও চিঠিতে ভয় পেয়ে গিয়ে আমি ওদের বিরুধ্যে অনেক প্রমাণ প্রতারিত হয়ে ওদের হাতেই তুলে দিয়েছি । এখনও অব্দি আমাকে ওরা ভয় দেখিয়ে চলেছে এবং আমার বিরুধ্যে মিথ্যা মামলা সাজিয়ে চলেছে ।
                            মিথ্যা অ্যাওয়ার্ড / আর্থিক শক্তি / আইন এর ক্ষমতার বলে বলীয়ান এই ধনী কম্পানির যে à§©/৪ জন লোক এই ভাবে বাঙালিকে অর্থনৈতিক ভাবে পঙ্গু করে দিচ্ছে তারা আবার নিজেদের কে কলকাতা পুলিশ ও বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক বাক্তি এর খুব কাছের লোক বলে দাবি করছে । এদের সেই নিচ-মহল এখন সোজাসুজি দাবি করছে যে পুলিশ / কোর্ট/ nse/bse/sebi এর বিভিন্ন লোক ছাড়াও এরা রাজ্য ও কেন্দ্র সরকার এর কিছু নেতা – মন্ত্রির ঘর ও icici group এর টাকায় চলে, তাই এদের বিরুধ্যে কোথায় গেলেই ন্যায় বা প্রতারিত টাকা কোনটাই ফেরত পাওয়া যাবে না, উল্টে কোর্ট – পুলিশ এর চক্করে আর কিছু টাকা এরা খসিয়ে দেবে ।
                            হাজারো প্রমান সহ দেখাতে পারি যে পুরো কাণ্ড তাই আসলে icici securities এর অপর- মহল সমর্থিত ও ২০১১-২০১২ তেও হাজার হাজার বাঙালি আবার পথে বসতে চলেছে, এদের দ্বারা প্রতারনার শিকার হয়ে icici securities এর সম্পত্তি আরও বাড়বে এবং বাংলার কিছু সাধারণ মানুষ পথের ভিখারি হয়ে যাবে ।
                            আমার বাংলার মানুষকে এই নোংরা প্রতারনার হাত থেকে মুক্তি দিতে সম্প্রতি nse/bse/ sebi তেও এদের বিপক্ষে মামলা করেছি যার ফলে আমার বাক্তিগত ভাবে প্রচুর অর্থনাশ / সময় নাশ হয়ে চলেছে। কিন্তু ঘোষিত ফল যে ধনী প্রতারানাবাজ icici securities এর কর্মীদের পক্ষপাতদুষ্ট হতেও পারে এখন থেকেই মনে হচ্ছে ক্রমাগত ।
                            সততা ও পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে যেখানে মানুষের ধনবৃদ্ধি করার কথা চিন্তা করতাম সেই সফল বাণিজ্য এর নামে মানুষের টাকা নিয়ে নোংরা খেলা দেখতে পারিনি বলেই আজ আমাকে মিথ্যা মামলায় ফাসিয়ে দেয়ার ভয় দেখানো হচ্ছে, এমনকি বাড়ি থেকে বেরোনোর জন্নেও নিরাপত্তার অভাব অনুভব করছি ।
                            আমি এই প্রতারণার অভিযোগে আমার কাছে শেষ কিছু থাকা (( অনেক প্রমান এ বিলুপ্ত করে দেয়া হয়েছে ও ভয় দেখিয়ে প্রতারণা করে নিয়ে নেয়া হয়েছে, চাপের মুখে আমাকে দিয়ে মিথ্যা লিখিয়ে নেওয়া হয়েছে )) বাকি কিছু প্রমাণ ও আমি দিতে রাজি যদি এই রাজ্যের সরকার ও পুলিশ সেটা গ্রহণ করে / তদন্তে সাহায্য করে ও হাজার – হাজার প্রতারিত মানুষকে তাদের টাকা ফিরিয়ে দেওয়ার মৌখিক ঘোষণা সরকার করে তবে ।
                            সাথে আমার জীবনের নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিলে icici securities এর দ্বারা প্রতারিত বহু মানুষকে আবার তাদের প্রতারিত টাকা ও শেয়ার ক্ষতিপূরণ / ন্যায় পেতেও নিশ্চয় বিনা খরচে সাহায্য করবো প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।

                            If we people won't loose money in the stock market, then how would their brokerage houses run?

                            Our's loss is "Brokerage House's" gain, so they try their best to make us loose money.
                            .i am sukumar biswas.i am doing share trading with icicidirect sub broker(DBC). he is cheating me 20 lakhs in share trading. Mostly he is given falls promise and he lead me to face losses.I have strong evidence of his activities., he will not give proper response regarding this, . i very wounded and my life tottaly turn into wrong way, and im standing blind to face my life.
                            I see this site and i have confident to teach great lesson to that ICICIDIRECT sub broker.pls helpme in this matter where should i make complaint and further proceedings?
                            I have lost all money around Rs 192000 during July 2011 invested in my ATS account in June 2011 under guidance of you Officer posted at Shajahan Road Hazratganj Lucknow. It looks that some think either mistak or fussy in hadling in my deposit amount in ATC Client Code: [protected] and ICICIdirect demant Acc No.[protected] from my ICICI bank saving Bank Account no[protected] and Demant account no IN302902 – 48541536. I may have to go to consumer forum if you will not rescue my money Rs 192, 000

                            icicisecurities — unbelievable brokerage cheating

                            we have taken lowest brokrage plan by guided by bank officer to open a new trading a/c . to open a/c tendency of bank to make full to customer by speaking allschme same way for option trading schme 195 plan explain as per plan 19.5 for one lot purchase and 19.5 for one lot sell so in all 40 for one buy /sell compare to 40 /40 =80 for buy/sell in normal plan with some condition but not a single staff have knowledge of plan at the same time for trading also provide advisior . after opening of a/c contineous onemonth trading done by help of advisior and every buy sell nominal margin we have made little profit advisior also know . at the end of month we are getting debit of 20000 . so it is a cheating cheating cheating as such full month trading done by advisior never explain trade having loss by the way of hevey brokrage at the same time turn over count difrrent from other broker to cheat goverment for tax on tot and customer for more brokrage further if condition not sattisfied brokrage charged is above normal that is 65 per lot buy sell and like that insted of 15000 credit shows 20000 debit looting inocent pepole at last while ask for wave of brokrae debit on 10/3/2012 all open postion squreoff loss of 50000 .on 13/3/2012 . please give issue to sebi and take action to get refund of 50000 andi infuture stop to contineous cheating
