I am holding the demat account with ICICI for eight years and trading in shares since then primarily in the equities. ICICIDirect has several options while registering for their income tax filing service. I registered for the service which costed most (Rs. 1250/-) and they promise a dedicated relationship manager for this option. It is close to a month now, but they haven't appointed a relationship manager. When asked they say that I have to ask for one explicitly by mailing to [protected]@icicidirect.com. I have online trading account with ICICIDirect.com and suddenly they have locked the account from doing any trading. When I spoke to the ICICI Customer service, they said the reason is the KYC document was not submitted.
