I hold 100 shares of wipro. Wipro announce bonus shares in Jun 2017 but after bonus share deposite I got only 75 shares.
I have talked to ICICI DIrect RM but he is unaware of exact problem. What leagal action I can take against this ?

      I am no more an NRI hence I had made an application through ICICI Direct Pune Office about a 8-9 months back now to cancel my existing NRI Trading Accounts (PINS and NON-PINS), Account Nos. are [protected] and [protected] respectively and transfer all my holdings to a new resident account.

      My new Resident Trading account has been opened however, the old NRI Trading Account has still not been cancelled and all my Holdings have still not been transferred from there to the New Account. The Account Number of my new account is [protected].

      I can not even carry out any type of trading from my previous NRI account.

        Demat account Closure:
        Date of Closure form submission at bank - Feb - 1 – 2017
        All dues are cleared in my demat account.
        ISSUE : I have submitted the closure form on Feb - 1 - 2017 at BTM branch but still my account
        is not closed and in-spite of repeated followups there is no response from the employees
        at the BTM branch.
        Trading account Closure :
        I have sent a confirmation email from my registerd account for the trading account closure to [protected]@icicidirect.com but the account is not closed so far.

        There is no response from employees even after repeated followups.

          I purchased 3 tax saving ICICI safety bonds in March2002 one with bondholder no.[protected], Certificate no.224091& another with bondholder no.[protected], certificate no199986.
          I have neither received any interest of the bonds nor the redemption amount of the bonds.Sorry that I could not contact earlier & many years have gone by.

            I have an account in ICICI bank for last 5 years. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there are five debit transaction '39629684 DP CHGS TILL SEP-13 INR 505.62', '39629684 DP CHGS TILL AUG-14 INR 561.8', '39629684 DP CHGS TILL AUG-15 INR 570', '39629684 DP CHGS TILL AUG-16 INR 115' and '39629684 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16 INR 306.67'. When I created the an account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and need explanation as well as refund from icici. My phone number is [protected].

              I had opened a demat account in ICICI Securities.
              I have total net value in demat less than 50, 000 and but still ICICI Securities is charging me maintenance fees which is costing around 800 per year.
              I requested ICICI to provide me agreement copy where I authorised them to charge my account. I requested for basic transaction account.
              Even after repeated request they are not providing me the agreement copy.
              I want to refund for the unauthorised charges since 2011.

                Motor claim no -MOTO5851135. I have been purchased many car & I prefer on icici lombard but now I think that my decision was wrong. Because I have purchased a second hand car swift dezire on 24/04/16. I gave the papers for transfer to my agent . The car was bhiwandi passing mh 04, so it was to be transfered to wadala rto for that Noc from bhiwandi Rto was necessary and then Octrai also was to be paid . In this my agent took Noc from bhiwandi Rto and was going to pay octria but there was issue going on in Octrai office for the fees . In between my car was stolen from my residents at 23 of august 2016 . Then what my problem begin I made Fir, informed icici, the survivor came and took all the documents accept the final report. I asked the insurance person concerned that when will I get my insurance claim ? He said when I submit the final report from police after that 15 days . Today I got my final report . I informed the concerned insurance person that I got it he said that I have not submitted the papers . I was shocked I told him that I have given to you survivor as told by u .ok then after my calls that problem resolved. Know he is saying that why I have not transfer process complete within the period . I told him all the situation about Octrai process but he is not to understand my problem. My experience is very very bad with this icici. I have not used my car for 3 months . My car was full insured but I cannot get my claim. What is all this
                Now I will have to struggle for it in court . I strongly appeal all the public to not to go for private insurance companies.as they are big cheaper . Please give me a good reply .

                This is in regarding my motor claim no- MOT05851135 for my vehicle . I want to make to your notice my case so that you can give me positive response.
                I have purchased a second hand car from Mr. Khushwant Singh on 24/04/2016. I gave my car papers to the RTO agent for Transfer on the next day. The agent said me as my car was mh04 THANE passing it will take time for transfer to Mumbai. He meant that he will have to get the NOC from thane RTO and then pay the OCTRIA on the car and then will be give to the Mumbai RTO. I felt the reason was very genuine so I gave him the job for the transfer as i was not able to do this whole process on my own, as everyone dose. but I requested him to do it as soon as possible. I was in touch all the time for the papers . On 1 st of July my car was given NOC from the THANE RTO for Mumbai RTO . Now the other process of OCTORIA was to be done . In that time I was out of station. I came to Mumbai on 20/08/16. I was about to go to him for the octoria but my car was robbed on 23/08/16 in early morning.I immediately got the FIR done and informed to icici Lombard co. for this.I asked them that if i have to transfer my car by paying the octoria . the concerned person said that it is not required. He assured me that it will not make any obstruction on claim disbursement, I will get my claim after the final report within 15 days if i not got my car back. I submitted my all the papers with the final report after 4 months of stolen car date. After this i got a call with the mail on 27/01/2017 that my claim is been canceled due to non insurable interest. Please help me as I had purchased my car with hard earned money . I said him that to give the claim money in the first party's name ( Mr. Khuswant Singh) . I also mailed the icici Lombard co whose reference no is-230120171668.

                AS THE CAR WAS INSURED THEN HOW COME I WILL NOT GET THE CLAIM . PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THIS NON INSURABLE INTEREST IS WRITTEN IN YOUR POLICY. AND IF THE CAR IS NOT TRANSFERRED IN MY NAME THEN YOU SHOULD GIVE THE CLAIM TO THE PERSON WHOSE NAME IS THE POLICY . ON WHOLE YOU WILL HAVE TO SETTLE THE CLAIM IN FIRST OWNERS NAME . HE IS READY TO GIVE ME THE MONEY IF HE GETS IT FROM YOU.

                  Hi guys,
                  Icici direct is debiting the amount automatically from saving account even when you are using your demat account.

                  I never approached bank to open my demat account, all i need is a saving account. They opened this demat account automatically and since there was no charge from past 3 yr i never used or informed them to close it.

                  Now when they deducted approx. 830 rs from my account, i approached in 3 icici branches and finally there was one who was dealing with demat closure. Now they are saying that they will not provide the full amount refund as my account was active.
                  Why you guys open a account at the first place, simply sucking out hard earned money.

                  Hi Guys,
                  I just wanted you guys to be aware if you are planning to go for a RD with ICICI. I would suggest you never try to open a RD accout with ICICI.
                  I opened a RD account number on June 30, 2015 and selected a debit date of July 1 and thought that the debit will be every month and that's exactly what was mention in the RD statement.
                  There was debit planned till st Sept as this was a 15 month RD account but there was no debit on 1st Sept, When i called bank they said that you will get all your interest sir, Don't worry your last instalment will be auto debited as there is some delay in the system. I was rest assured that i will get the full interest amount.
                  but till the maturity date they didn't took the 15th installment and gave me a less interest of 1650 rs and when i contacted them here is what they said.
                  We would like to inform you that you have placed a request for creation of Recurring Deposit (RD) XXXXXXXX6671 on June 30, 2015. Accordingly, Recurring Deposit (RD) was created on July 1, 2015 with value date of June 30, 2015.

                  This is just to fool the customer, When this was the case why i was not informed immediately in the first month itself, You call me daily for a personal loan and other stuffs. You should have mentioned about this initially itself so that i could be aware intially.
                  Why till last month you gave a assurance that i will get the complete amount, Are you not aware about this penalty?
                  if the debit was planned on 30 June and just one day after on 1st july than why this was not displayed in the statement.

                  Completely not happy with this, I can simply say that they are fooling the customer.

                  Small Correction, I mean to say that even when you are using your not Using your demat account. Missed not word above.
                  Demat account charges: AMC charges on icici direc DEMAT account were increased without any prior approval. I am chasing icici team but i am not getting any resolution.

                    My son has applied for dmat account with icici direct. But four months have elapsed since than but the account has not been opened. There representative kept me informing that the opening of account is in the process. One day i enquired about the account in the nearby branch they informed me that the account has not been opened. Since than i have been regularly asking them about the account opening but no one bothered. Now they have plainly refused to open the account as the kyc is incomplete. On asking them what steps have icici direct taken to complete the kyc they simply switch off the phone.
                    Above all i was asked for one lakh rupees to be transferred to the bank account of my son so that demat changes will not apply.
                    Now my money is lying idal in the bank. Who will bear the loss

                      Icici direct is openly looting people by diplaying false information about their brokerage plans on their website. The isecure brokerage plan is as follows as per their website.. 0.55 % flat brokerage for transaction value.

                      I purchased shares worth rs. 50000 on 16-aug-2016. They deducted 25000 as brokerage. The reason they quoted is "since share price is below rs. 10, so they deducted 5 paisa per share. Since i purchased 5, 00, 000 shares... Brokerage is equal to 25, 000.

                      This is how icicidirect loot public money by not giving full terms and conditions on their website.

                      Why they not mention in isecure brokerage plan about this on their website?

                          The agent Aditya Vyas has misinterpreted facts to me about the ULIP Policy and now not taking calls and responding to texts since July 27 2016.
                          He at first convinced me about this ULIP policy by providing all sort of lured facts and then disturbed me everyday by calling 15-20 times about when I will be depositing my money for the policy.
                          The name of the Policy is ICICI Pru Wealth Builder-RP
                          Annual Premium is Rs. 1 Lac
                          Term of premium payment - 5 years
                          When I finally succumbed to his requests and the money was withdrawn from my bank account, he stopped responding to my calls and texts. When the Equity market crashed, I asked him what will happen to my policy through Whatsapp messaging and he replied that he will call me the following day but that again was a lie and he dint provide me with any details or help me with the services. This chasing game continued from my end for around 3 months but then I finally understood he was avoiding me and so I am urged to log this complaint here for some quick and prompt resolution.

                            In apr'2014 one of icici bank nashik sales executive opened demat a/c with salary a/c saying its free, after one year bank started to charge, i did not ever use it or even not log in to it, then why bank is charging me, due this my home loan emi get bounced thereafter i came to know all this, icici bank providing very poor service by imposing such schemes.

                              Dear Sir, Above company has not contacted me till date, For your ready reference i have to state that I have placed my BID @Rs.250/= one day before in Nifty MAY 16 series, Though the rate have gone upto 274/=, But my BID was not hit.I have lodged many Complaints in Help Desk of ICICI DIRECT & talked several times on Telephone, but no satisfactory reply was givin from ICICI Direct.                                 Dear sir/ mam

                                i was having 1000 share of bob in my demat pending for delivery. As per print out which i had taken on 13th these shares were to be expired on eos 21 sep.

                                Without giving me any info on any media these were squared off by company automatically on 16th may .Then what is the use of client mode. And why is company charging interest per day. Just because it was beneficial for the company they did it.

                                Its great loss to me without any prior info and appears/seems to be something fishy .

                                I would like to you will resolve it at the earliest and transfer all these share to my account from your account at the earliest.


                                Secondly if the was the margin was less how could i purchase 700 shares today morning only in margin account.

                                  Due to floods in mumbai, my papers were damaged. Reconstruction of the details done three times by thier staff, visiting my place. Still date no action has been taken. My mail to the top guys too failed any result. So much disgusted we are, we resigned to this exploitation.
                                  Three times form a, b submitted till date no response.
                                  I had gone to thier office to get the feed back no response. Many times called them for help no response.

                                    O/d account no:[protected] . What is the timing of your bank of working hours mon-friday & saturday timing. Our staff was gone for cash deposit but unfortunately counter was closed. Complaining against cash counter closed at 6'o' clock dated 26/04/2016. What is the correct timing according to our rbi guidelines.
                                    If tomorrow cheque will bounce then who will be responsible for that and o/d account also .
                                    Please take neccessary action and oblige.

                                      I have bought shares as below listed and settlement payment is next day.
                                      But in between that credit card department debited the amount on 28/8/2015
                                      From that date to jan 2016. Account is in minus.
                                      Then how come amount will be in account.

                                      Due to non payment of shares only., these bought shares are sold automatically by icicdirect.
                                      Then how come sold amount credit to my account??

                                      So only shares gone and amount settled and recoverd on jan 19th ..By icicidirect
                                      So amount also gone and settleted and shares also gone and sold by icicidirect.

                                      Please go thru the account and shares and provide refund of amount and shares.

                                        I have a demat account in icici direct. I just checked my icici bank account transactions and found that there is one debit transaction '59212091 dp chgs till may-15'---- inr 570'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about any kind of dp charges by the icici representative nor it was mentioned on the terms and conditions on the account opening form. Instead i was told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici bank account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable. I want my deducted amount of 570rs. To be refunded back into my bank account.
