Deducted 590 as cheque bounce even after having sufficient balance

Hi Team,

I have cheque amount deduction for my loan account from IDIB . Even after having the sufficient amount in Saving bank account cheque was bounced and amount of 590 has been charged which unethical. Kindly request for immediate reversal of 590 rupees....

Hi, Morning I had the sufficient fund for my loan payment. Still loan check was bounced and bank was charged me 590 which is unethical and not as per RBI guidelines hence requesting IDBI bank to immediately reverse the charges at the earliest.

          Financial fraud

          Yesterday morning deducted rs7800 from my idbi bank savings account through netbanking by FINPCI without any information. Please go through this fraud and return my harden money as soon as possible....

          On 29th June i did 2 IMPS transactions of 94, 000 and 5000 from my account [protected] and both failed but i was debited. I am still not refunded and i need the money badly

            My account number - [protected]. On 29th June, i did 2 IMPs through mobile app for Rs 94, 000 and Rs, 500. Both failed but i was debited. Customer care says it will be reversed in T+1 day but it did not happen. Customer care and branch are not helpful. Please help resolve

                  I have a Ner account with IDBI sector-12 B Dwarka, new Delhi branch. From last 7 years. now some calculation mistake for 444 days interest rate 7.15%.
                  I have sent to branch with complete detail and customer care on 30.5.2023 but not read any response.
                  I booked fdrs from 12.5.2023 to 2.6.2023.
                  1. [protected], 4053, 4060, 4077 are wrong calculation.

                  one fdr 700 days booked is correct calculation than after 11.4.2023 to 3.7.2023 i have booked 6 fdrs vide number.4022, 4039, 4053, 4060, 4077 is wrong calculation. I am attached a photocopy of calculation...

                        There is no loan / credit card against my account still there was a debit of 590 INR from my IDBI Savings Account.

                          ACH-RTN-CHRG INR.590 deducted from my IDBI bank account on 31-april-2023. Ihave not taken any loan from IDBI bank but still deducted INR 590 from bank account.I request the IDBI management to refund the amount 590 rs which has been deducted as ACH-RTN-CHRG .

                            The ach rtn charges of 590 x 2 times on 20 may 2023 and 590 on 25/10/2022 has been deducted 3 times from my account till now .With the current situation i request idbi bank to refund the deduction amount back. how can the amount deducted without my any permission and even I don't know for what purpose the charge has been levied.
                            otherwise I have to close my and wife account in your bank.

                                On 12 May 2023 an amount of Rs 590 has been deducted for ACH-RTN-CHRG. Also on 11 May 2023 the same amount for the same reason was debited from my account.

                                I want my refund for the deduction of 590 Rs on 12May 2023.
