idbi uses compliance as reason to harass old customers; but lures new ones under the cloak of 'compliance' too

The managers at idbi bank (Marigold branch, andheri east, mumbai) have harassed us under the guise of pending kyc for 5 months now, causing us tremendous mental trauma, and business/opportunity loss. We have calculated a claim of rs. 15 lacs to the bank for such trauma and losses, so far. If the branch does not resolve this within 48 hours, we will be forced to take this up in a consumer court and claim damages. This number is mounting by...

Amount deducted from bank during payment through 'netbanking' but the payment is failed and couldn't be completed to the merc

Address: IDBI BANK LTD., BASHIRHAT NATUN BAZAR, ITANDA ROAD, BASHIRHAT, DIST: NORTH 24 PARGANA (WB) WEST BENGAL - 743411

Two times i pay through netbanking and my money is deducted but the payment is not completed, my transaction failed after the money is debited from my account and the payment couldn't be completed to the merchant.

Debited rupees from my bank account for SMS charge

why rtn charges many time

Dear sir
I have a loan bajaj finance and covid-19 reson that this month not get a salary timely that reson my emi bounced but bank charges again to again same month and debit more payment in my account i ask to bank when one time you have charges so why again to again charges.
Mere account ko khali kar ke choda bajaj wale bhejte rahe idbi wale charges lagate rahe.
Meri payment wapis karwao sir bus apse hi umeed hai....

wrong transaction amount done me

[106803]your i-netbanking login is disabled for security reasons

Its almost 2 weeks i have been sending emails to idbi bank pune viman nagar branch to enable my login.

I get a one line reply after 3 follow ups "while resetting your password, you can select the access for transaction."

I am overseas now and need access to my account immediately, but in spite of several follow ups i don't get any reply.

Pathetic services!!...

Have taken one deep discount bond of 1992 series on my name with a issue price of rs.2700/- with a folio no. Dd01003559 and a bond certificate numbers[protected], distinctive numbers of bonds[protected], with a maturity value of rs.1, 00, 000 by 31st march, 2017. Please inform the status of the bond & payment as on date.

not able to download provisional certificate for my home loan, more than 1 week

I am following and calling you people for provisional certificate via mail and calls and my last date of submission to my office is over in this case i want to transfer my home loan to other bank which is flexible and faster for me please provide me the process so i can close the home loan account from idbi i feel its not at all user friendly and the customer service is worst also last time i had taken the provisional certificate online but...

lien on account

I have an account with idbi bank with customer id number 73556069. The bank has put a lien of rs.60000 which i don't know is for what reasons. I had been to the bank a number of times they said that there has been some rtgs return for which they have been some charges.

Now because of the same, i have been unable to use the account for a long time leading to non-minimum balance charges also.

The bank very smartly...

In idbi bank lb nagar branch hyderabad.in my account they have debited my money without my permission and they shown me a proof when i have asked in that proof there is not matching my sign and how will the bank transfer that transfer amount gone to unicef organisation 800 rupees on 07/08/2019. I want my money back into my account and in bank he said 800 will debited every month. Rbi iam saying iam student and will study through scholarship...

returning of home loan original documents after home loan closure

I have paid all dues related to my home loan account and asked rac to close my loan account in mar. As per rac it was expected to receive all my original documents within 15 days. Now account is closed but after more than 35 days i have not received my original documents.
Upon contacting rac every time there is no receipt of documents & have no updates on progress. The customer care nobody responds....

online fraud and no messaging /alert came on my mobile

There were total 7 online transactions happened on my wife's account in feb 2018.

We have lodged the police complant in pune cyber crime branch and submitted the copy iin bank. They did the investigation and told us that it is our fault and we have shared the pin and credentials. So bank is not responsible for this.

My only question to the bank is that if the transactions were made then why no message came to...

atm withdrawal.. but cash not received

Respectfully it is informed that i have lodged complaint on your customer care no.[protected] on dated 21/12/2018 about withdrawal message of rs.4000. But actually corporation bank atm gave me only a slip of "sorry unable to process".in brief my account has been debited by rs.4000. 39 days has been over. Still rs.4000 not been credited in spite of continuous follow up on customer care no. My complaint id no. Is[protected]....

In 19.11.1998 invested total 20000/-, but, till date i have not received the matured amount. I have already spoken with mr naik at idbi tower wtc complex cuffe parade colaba...

I had submitted the documents and foreclosure cheque to the idbi belapur bank on 17th oct and it was advised that within 15 working days i will get the original documents..
But regret to inform that even after 15-20 days they have not returned my original documents..
I have been following up with them but no success..
There was some system issue in idbi... But why should i get effect of idbis system issue..

non receipt of payment in respect of idbi infrastructure (tax savings) bonds series 2004 & 2005

receipt of soiled/mutilated currency notes in the idbi bank atms

Of late, it is noticed that in idbi atms soiled/multilated currency notes are being received. The bank authorities are shirking their responsibility and intimating that it is not their obligation to exchange the said currency to the customers, as they have appointed their service provider, who may be contacted, which is against the rbi guidelines. Requires urgent/immediate action against the bank, as there is deficiency in its services....
