      Money is withdrawn from my saving account.
      In passbook entry it shows FINPCI/[protected]/20221230 deduct 4, 500/-.
      This type of entry is found many in my passbook and money is also deducted.pls help to get my hard earned money back.

        Mutual fund sip is deducted on 20th of every month and I had enough bank balance for the sip transaction and it takes 2 days for processing but bank unnecessarily deducted Rs.590 as RTN charges on 22nd dec and because of that sip transaction got rejected kindly refund Rs.590

            I started and payment is not done bcoz my ATM card was blocked the ach rtn charges of rs 590 are leived 3 times I request idbi to refund the deduction amount

                  ACH-RTN-CHARG-***** 590 rupees three times, 1770 ruppes are debited from my account in one day. I need refund and explanation for these deduction. It has been happen with me many times.

                      IDBI informed Original Property Documents Partially Damaged

                      Hello Sir / Madam,

                      This is regarding my original property documents were got damaged by IDBI & it was informed just a day before for me in an email & this was informed only when I went to foreclosure of my account, else, I wouldn't have known.

                      I have taken mortgage loan from IDBI for my sister hospitalization in 2009, I have been regularly paying all the EMIs these many years and finally decided to close it...

                                  From may 2022 to November 2022 IDBI Bank charge me 590/- per month total 2950/- /- Only one month I have insufficient balance in Bank Account for my LOAN. But bank charged me every month 590/-. and this month they charged me twice in a month. when I contact to my IDBI BANK branch (Shakespeare branch) they are not solved my problem.

                                    Availed home loan from Emi, Acc No: [protected]. Recently I have noticed that the ROI has been revised to 9.05%, which is itself too high.
                                    On asking the following: Proper justification and Amortization schedule.
                                    IDBI through sms is intimating me that further ROI os being increased with rise in tenure and interest amount. On asking for proposed ROI and future emi and ammortization schedule the following is the reply which I got:
                                    Your ROI has been increased due to increase in REPO rate by RBI. You can do part payment or increase EMI as per your wish. They have not provided the ammortization schedule and emi amount even after 2 -3 reminders.
                                    This is utter unprofessionalism displayed without reason. I want the details as a customer I have the right to know.
