Myself Rohit Kumar, mere account se 03 Jan ko Subah 09:34 me 590 Rs. debite kar liya gya hai, jabki mai apna emi ka bill time par pay kar deta hoon,

plz mujhe yah bataya ki mera paisa kis liye debit kiya gya hai, aur mera paisa refund kare.

Hello sir iam citizen of India . I have a saving account in IDBI Bank chandni chowk Delhi . Yesterday i have a message from idbi bank at 26 dec 2023 8.16 pm (Lien of Rs. 836 marked in your a/c XXXX8435 with the reason 'OTHERS'. Contact Branch for details. IDBI Bank). Then i go to the bank and ask about this bank exicutive tell me gujrat cyber cell lien in your ammount and they don't have any other information please kindly unlien my ammount....

My mother has an account in near branch of IDBI bank. Rs.590 is lost ftom her account 3 times recently, 2 times on 21/12/2023 and one time on 27/12/2023. I will attach the screenshot if last message here.

Issue has been raised one year back. Have sent to emails to all emails provided on IDBI website. Keep receiving repeated automated messages from Customer Care.
Lodged compalint with RBI also. Got a reply that I had not raised comaplaint with IDBI!! Have written them several emails.

Pathetic customer service! Even the response from senior management is non existent!

My amount Rs: 1, 50, 000/- gone in lean, after enquiry the Manager told it's cyber related issue. After requesting several times, provided details after 20 days & some numbers, that contact numbers not responding my calls & messages. Here in the branch not co-operating. Please suggest me, how can I proceed ?
I consulted Advocate & other bank managers, they are suggested to me, 1st go through higher officer's in the bank, if not solve the issue, move legally. Please let me know how should I proceed.

A mis-sell of a EMI based product instead of an OD facility needed by us, by a branch in Kolkata, harassment to my family members, unnecessary interest charge, incorrect CIBIL scores leading to extreme mental agony, insult, harassment and social embarrassment. Please share an email ID to share the complaint mails sent to the branch since since 2020.

I have received several SMSs meant for another client, repeatedly over the last one year. Several emails have been sent to IDBI customer care. Each time I receive an automated email. Nobody reads the emails.
I have now escalated to RBI, Regional GMs of the Bank, and Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank.
Still received only automated email.
Really surprised a Bank treats data privacy issues so callously.

Never expected such poor customer service and also violation of data privacy.

Sir, Rs 590 dedected in my account today. A msg comes to my phone like this ACH_RTN_CHARGE [protected]. Please refund my money to my account.

An ach rtn charges of Rs 590 has been deducted 3 times (590*3 = 1770) from my account on continuesly for three days please refund it as soon as possible.

Bank deduct 590 Rs when I had paid my all emi before due date.

I am complaining on behalf of my Father :-
My Father got a random phone call in the name of Rakesh Pawar (who was his friend from workplace) And my father also recognised him as his friend and then the man on the other end asked for an help and told my father that he had some issue with his Bank Account for nearly 24 hours and he has to get some payment from someone and asked that can he get the payment directly to my fathers bank account and my father agreed to help him.
And the next day he called my father and sent a link and said to click on that link (so that my father could get the money into the Bank Account).
And my father did the same process which he told on the call and in that process my father loosed money there was a link given of PhonePe UPI App and Amount was automatically written there and my father was asked to put the UPI Pin on the Page and my father entered the UPI PIN each time as mentioned the time and date of the transactions below.
First he send Rs 1 for transaction confirmation,
transaction 1:- IDBI Bank, Rs. 49989/-, date/time 25/09/2023 / 04:20pm
transaction 2:- IDBI Bank, Rs. 49989/-, date/time 25/09/2023 / 04:23pm
transaction 3:-IDBI Bank, Rs. 99950/-, date/time 26/09/2023 / 04:29pm

Total ;- 1, 99, 928/-

But on (26/09/2023) my father called his manager to tell about the money transaction with Rakesh Pawar then the Manager called to Rakesh Pawar and Rakesh Pawar denied about this money transactions.
And Mr Rakesh called my father and denied about transaction then my father understood that he has been scammed by Fraudsters in the name on his friend(Rakesh Pawar).

Also, when we complaint about this scam to our IDBI Bank Pithampur branch the staff there have not helped us and they where demoralising us that no money will come back, you loosed your money and it was very depressing for my father and our family the way they treated us, we visited continuously 3 days to get the bank receiving on our complaint and the 4th day they called us and tried to sell us there FD and Mutual Funds and they were saying you have remaianing money in your account and we do not guarantee safety of your money for safety invest in FD or Mutual Funds otherwise we will not help the next time.


Please get me the help by IDBI Bank to track the transaction and get my Father's hard Earned money Back which is his lifetime savings for Retirement. I will put all my efforts with IDBI Bank in giving all necessary details which they require to help Us. But Please Please Help us in this Tuff Situation.
