freeze my account without intimation

I am dealing with IDBI bank [Chembur Branch] since last 12 years,
I have Three Current Accounts and yearly million of turnover doing but still without any intimation or notice they freeze my main Account of Cann Copier Services P. limited. I was out of the country when came back many customers told the transfer is Bounced when I checked with 'customer care' they told since last 12 days account is freeze for not providing KYC documents....

atm card not received by courier & not even by bank too.

I have not received my atm card, when i have been to the branch, they were saying that your card has been delivered and gave ems number for further tracking. Then i went to post office for further enquiry they were saying that we have not received your card yet. While tracking status of speed post item it was showing item has been delivered. Requesting you to please initiate a request to send atm card again...

sms charges deduct every month

I and my family total 5 accounts in your idbi bank amboli i have complaint officer in bank but they tell it's not refundable.
But i said we could not using account no one transaction duing in account.

money debited from account for imps but not credited to beneficiary

I am a savings account holder of IDBI (customer ID[protected] and I transferred money from my account in the morning on 21st Feb 2018 to my account in HDFC bank through IMPS.

Since IMPS is supposed to be instant transfer but the money was not deposited in the beneficiary account by 4:15 PM, I called IDBI customer service.

I was told that it will take upto two days for the money to be credited to the beneficiary...

penal charges on my account

I am a student, when i wanted to get a educational loan i was approached by idbi bank, the staff there assured me of the loan and convinced me to get an account open, i paid 5000 rs for that. But its was so heartbreaking when they denied the load and the staff to was very unresponsive, so i withdrew that 5000 rs. Now that after 2 years i have noticed the bank have put a very large penal amount on me for 0 balance. It is very shameful, firstly...

sms charges per quarter

There is a quarterly deduction for sms per quarter. If india is planning for to digital and the bank is charging members for sms, basically they are taking advantage of the digitization or penalizing their customers for going digital?
This is one the banks taking advantage but there are more banks penalizing their customers for online transactions....

mobile banking.!!! this user id is disabled!!!

I still get to see this message again and again saying that "this user id is disabled."

I dont understand this because i did inform my bank about this and they said that this should be resolved but its still not..!!

I had invested in one deep discount bond series 1 of 1992 series under regd folio no dd 00502152, certificate no 00600503, distinctive no[protected] with issue price rs 2700 and face value rs 100, 000 which is matured on 31st march 2017. account freeze for kyc

There was no intimation given by bank that my account is going to freeze due to kyc. Already my aadhar card and pancard details are updated. At least before freezing the account bank official need to send any kind information. All my emi - ecs is going to returned. This is not a way to harass the customer. My customer id 3621506 hold a salary account in vashi branch navi mumbai. Really a pathetic bank. Even the bank employee are not polite...
