Without any intimation IDBI bank charged Rs. 590 as ACH-RTN-CHRG[protected]. What is the exact need of these charges? And why do I have to pay these charges? How can I refund these amounts?...

ACH-RTN-CHRG INR.590 deducted from my IDBI bank account on 15-april-2023. Ihave not taken any loan from IDBI bank but still deducted INR 590 from bank account.I request the IDBI management to refund the amount 590 rs which has been deducted as ACH-RTN-CHRG .

I want to tell you that on 21 February 2023 I had withdrawn 5000 Rs. from the ATM of Syndicate Bank Shankhol, Bahadurgarh, In the first transaction, the balance was deducted from the account but the cash was not received from ATM machine. then i did another transaction and got 5000 rs. cash, But the amount of the first transaction has not been received yet. This is regarding Ach-Rtn charges which I was charged incorrectly on my account 5 times. I have added auto-debit feature on my savings account however this time the amount did not got auto debited, also got charged with penalty. But I already had the balance amount in my account. Request you to levied of these charges and refund the same.
