On 12 May 2023 an amount of Rs 590 has been deducted for ACH-RTN-CHRG. Also on 11 May 2023 the same amount for the same reason was debited from my account.

I want my refund for the deduction of 590 Rs on 12May 2023.
IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi team,

    Im Mohamed Imran, from idbi side Rtn charges has made by more than 10 times in past 6 month. I have failed to pay only one emi that also i have paid manually at same day. But RTN charges has continues on taking 590 rupees for more than 10 times

    Please refund my RTN charges amount. Or else i have to close the account

            My account has been debited by an amount of 8260 (590 * 14times) without my any permission and even I don't know for what purpose the charge has been levied.

                            I want to tell you that on 21 February 2023 I had withdrawn 5000 Rs. from the ATM of Syndicate Bank Shankhol, Bahadurgarh, In the first transaction, the balance was deducted from the account but the cash was not received from ATM machine. then i did another transaction and got 5000 rs. cash, But the amount of the first transaction has not been received yet. I have made a complaint twice in the branch also. And once the complaint has also been made to IDBI Bank Customer Care. whose complaint number I am adding below photo and passbook entry photo. Please solve this problem of mine. It will be so kind of you.

                              I visit In nithari branch to deposit the cash but the cash counter is empty nobody is available for deposing amount and and cashier is not available when I ask to other staff where is the cash they say to me this is a lunch time and you have to wait after lunch we will submit your amount after
                              I wait but half in hour (30 minutes )no one is came and when I am asking to them again where is cashier they said to me you have to wait more time and they are very rude reply to me and almost 10 people are waiting with me but no one has response in a good way
                              And this is not a first time while I am facing in nithari branch is the most of time me and other people has face the same kind of service
                              When I say to them I will complain about this they say to me just go from here and just complain where do you want to complain

                                its reversed on 10th march 2023 and on 15th its shown in my statement but till IDBI team not given me proper resolution on it

                                how can i survive in this type of scenario you can see in my statement till day i even don't have any funds
                                please take it on priority and reverse & unlien it in my account

                                i just recently started banking with idbi bank and faced this minor issue
