30000 rupees is going out of my account I have also filed a case with Kamraj Branch Surat and Police but no necessary action is being taken

Respected Sir,

I Joyce Fernandes Holding Account Number [protected], had requested for my account statement visiting the branch personally. However, the account statement sent was incomplete on 11th July 2023. Since them i am following up with the Kalina branch with Mr. Nikhil Huprikar, Infact yesterday i sent my dad to the Branch and i was assured that the statement will be sent however i have still not received the statement. Insite of tagging it as urgent.

Please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve. Multiple emails have been sent but no reply nikhil.[protected]@idbi.co.in & [protected]@idbi.co.in

    I have cheque amount deduction for my loan account from IDIB . Even after having the sufficient amount in Saving bank account cheque was bounced and amount of 590 has been charged which unethical. Kindly request for immediate reversal of 590 rupees.

      On 21st August 2023 at around 2:53AM an amount of 740 is debited from my IDBI account. On checking account statement the transaction description mentions "FINPCI/[protected]/20230821”.
      IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Deduction of money from my account without my permission

        Address: Akola

        Money has been deducted from my account.
        IDBI Bank A/C NN15551 debited INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-[protected]. Bal (incl. of chq in clg) INR. 249.47 as of 17AUG 10:56 hrs.

        This message I received 3 times, and 3 times money was deducted from my account at once....

          IDBI is worst bank I have ever seen. This don't have the right to cut hard earned money for no reason from my bank account. Without any reason they have cut 590 Rs from my account for more than 10 times. This is not at all acceptable. I need my hard-earned money back at any cost.

                  Hi IDBI, you have given me an improved pay later account through flipkart, however due to flipkart’s callousness they allowed a scammer to access my paylater account even though the phone number they used is not my kyc phone number and not only that they allowed that scammer to book flights worth 70000 ( my entire paylater balance ) all flight bookings are in different names. I have scammers phone number and address ( all seems to be in new delhi bihar up belt), i have informed flipkart and informed cyber security helpline. In the meanwhile could you please close the paylater loan and please freeze the bill generation as I wont pay it as it is scam, and my credit score will get impacted, please hold flipkart responsible for this, i have all proofs with me if needed i will share pls respond

                          My self Pritam Sharma

                          i have a home loan since Nov 2019 in IDBI Bank, branch Janakpuri, RAC : Dwarka
                          After confirming over call with bank's call center executive, I made a partial payment of 1 lakh rupees,
                          but instead of deducting that money from Principle money they kept deducting 30, 436 rupees consecutively for two months June and July (which is my EMI )
                          when i enquired in the bank i was replied that there was some technical issue.
                          now, due to bank's technical issue i had to pay more interest

                          people i contacted but didn't resolve my issue

                            Bank transaction is not happening

                            I am not be able to withdraw money from my idbi bank account via atm Or debit card and upi id from 2 days.
                            I got a message from bank that Your Debit req. is declined as UPI service is not permitted for your account or customer category.- IDBI BANK
                            Can you tell me why it is happening.
                            I have to do urgent payment from my account please contact me what should I do.

                                I am writing this to address an issue regarding penalty charges that were levied on my account due to a recent loan renewal. I had previously discussed this matter with your team, and they assured me that no penalties would be imposed in the event of my account balance becoming zero or negative during the renewal process. However, I regret to inform you that my account was charged a penalty of 590 rupees when the automated transaction for my linked SIP's was rejected due to insufficient funds caused by the loan renewal.Although there was sufficient balance in amount before the renewal process to pay the SIP's but got wiped off due to loan.

                                I had taken proactive measures by reaching out to your branch executives in advance, seeking confirmation that no penalties would be applied in this specific scenario. Regrettably, despite their assurances, it appears that my concern has not been addressed.

                                I urgently request your immediate attention to rectify this issue and refund the penalty charges. Attached to this message are copies of relevant documents and correspondence for your reference. If you require any further information or documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me.

                                  I Alok Rastogi Customer of your bank facing problems of incorrect e mail address. first complaint lodged on dtd.20th June, 2023 but not yet resolved my last complaint n ID 030/42839010.
