i have a home loan since Nov 2019 in IDBI Bank, branch Janakpuri, RAC : Dwarka
After confirming over call with bank's call center executive, I made a partial payment of 1 lakh rupees,
but instead of deducting that money from Principle money they kept deducting 30, 436 rupees consecutively for two months June and July (which is my EMI )
when i enquired in the bank i was replied that there was some technical issue.
now, due to bank's technical issue i had to pay more interest
people i contacted but didn't resolve my issue

IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I Joyce Fernandes Holding Account Number [protected], had requested for my account statement visiting the branch personally. However, the account statement sent was incomplete on 11th July 2023. Since them i am following up with the Kalina branch with Mr. Nikhil Huprikar, Infact yesterday i sent my dad to the Branch and i was assured that the statement will be sent however i have still not received the statement. Insite of tagging it as urgent.
Please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve. Multiple emails have been sent but no reply nikhil.[protected]@idbi.co.in & [protected]@idbi.co.in
