The below charges are debited from my account with any prior communication. I pay all my bills/EMIs on time. Need refund and explanation for these debits.

Hi team,

This is regarding Ach-Rtn charges which I was charged incorrectly on my account 5 times. I have added auto-debit feature on my savings account however this time the amount did not got auto debited, also got charged with penalty. But I already had the balance amount in my account. Request you to levied of these charges and refund the same.

2 times 590 rupees got deducted from my IDBI please, explain and refund the amount of 1180/-

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with IDBI bank. Both my wife and I had accounts with IDBI, but my wife's account was deactivated due to inactivity. Meanwhile, I was unable to withdraw money from my account, despite being able to transfer funds into it. In September 2022, I did a transaction at an ATM using my debit card, as IDBI required me to do so before my card's expiration in October 2022. However, even though I completed the transaction, IDBI never sent me a new card. When I tried to contact their customer service multiple times, they were unable to give me any clear answers or solutions. Instead, they just kept redirecting me to visit their home branch, where I was met with even more frustration.

During my visit, IDBI asked me to complete KYC procedures again, which I found ridiculous given my history as a customer. They also required my wife to visit their home branch, which is located far away from our residence. This level of inconvenience and poor customer service is unacceptable. I had planned to use both of my accounts for saving purposes, but given the lack of support and assistance from IDBI, I have decided to close both accounts with them.

In comparison to HDFC and ICICI, IDBI's services are subpar. I strongly recommend avoiding IDBI bank at all costs. Their inability to solve customer problems and their tendency to bounce customers back and forth is unacceptable. Overall, IDBI bank has proven to be the worst banking experience I have ever had. I urge anyone considering banking with IDBI to reconsider and find a better option that prioritizes customer satisfaction and support.

I am writing this to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing regarding my matured Bond certificate (Folio No- FDD[protected]; certificate No- 228521, No of Bond – 1, Distinctive No- [protected], First holder Name: Mr. Ashok Shankar Posture).

My Bond certificate matured in Feb 2022, and I visited the IDBI Bank, Govandi East branch to enquire about the same. An officer from this branch had asked me to submit the original Bond certificate to him, which I did, and I received an acknowledgment copy. He had informed me to check the status by visiting the branch after a few weeks, later when I visited the branch a new officer came to the place and he did not help, instead, he argued and said me to bring an original copy. Visited the manager and gave a xerox copy to him, he assured me that he will look into this matter. however, till now there is no progress in this matter.

Myself Manas Champanerkar, I've been maintaining my savings account in your bank for over 6years now. I've never been charged for any reason yet by the bank. I recently received the below message:

From yesterday Upi service is not permitted in my account. I used my mobile, Gpay and patym app in my mobile but these applications are not being served in upi. I unstall these applications again but did not do it again. And i get a message from the bank "your list account req. Is declined as upi service is not permitted for your account or customer category"
please resolve this technical issue as soon as possible...
