I Sri Biswapratap Moharana s/o-Prabhash Ch Moharana .Unfortunately 590 rupees debited in my bearing A/c no- [protected] on date of 23/02/23 for ACH-RTN-CHARGES. Please kindly solve my problem....

Myself Manas Champanerkar, I've been maintaining my savings account in your bank for over 6years now. I've never been charged for any reason yet by the bank. I recently received the below message:
IDBI Bank A/C NN30950 debited INR. 590.00 Det:ACH-RTN-CHRG-[protected] as of 20FEB 09:39 hrs.
I request refund of the subsequent amount asap....

Today mere account se rs 590+590 cut kiya he, please refund my money as soon as possible...

My name is nilkamal sahu money is being deducted from my account in the name of ACH-RTN-CHRG 590rs which has been deducted 4 times
Since I have not taken any loan nor issued any check from your bank, still ACH is debited from my account

From yesterday Upi service is not permitted in my account. I used my mobile, Gpay and patym app in my mobile but these applications are not being served in upi. I unstall these applications again but did not do it again. And i get a message from the bank "your list account req. Is declined as upi service is not permitted for your account or customer category"
please resolve this technical issue as soon as possible...

Idbi has deducted 590 rupees from my account with respect to personal loan (ACH-RTN-CHRG-[protected])
My account is available with sufficient balance. On the emi date i am maintaining sufficient balance in my account.
in the last month dec. i did added the amount on the same date of emi transaction. But i do not have any addtional charges.
This is not expected way and i am not missing my EMI's at any time.

IDBI Bank Debited My money Ach Rtn Charges 590 plz refund my money as soon as possible...

Money is withdrawn from my saving account.
In passbook entry it shows FINPCI/[protected]/20221230 deduct 4, 500/-.
This type of entry is found many in my passbook and money is also deducted.pls help to get my hard earned money back....

Mutual fund sip is deducted on 20th of every month and I had enough bank balance for the sip transaction and it takes 2 days for processing but bank unnecessarily deducted Rs.590 as RTN charges on 22nd dec and because of that sip transaction got rejected kindly refund Rs.590...
