This is Gulab Singh, having my idea post paid number as [protected], have got threat form one of lady naming herself as Kavita Sharma (from Mobile no.[protected]) to forward my matter of non bill payment in Delhi Lok Adalat and to face legal consequences. I do use above said number ([protected]) and make regular payment. Is it correct way to deal with the valuable customers. If it is the way, then I am deciding to stop the idea connection and would urge others not to use it so as to avoid mental trauma. Seven to Eight months ago, I ported my number into idea post paid, and after a month or two I was told to pay bill for the number which I was not knowing. Idea executives, who gave me card issued multiple cards on my document for which I made complaint on the idea website informing about the fraud happened with me and urged to stop the service. I was promised for concrete solution for this, but I think promise was made in air. today lady called me and asked to face legal course of action. Was it my mistake to use idea post paid number, and if it is there, then suggest me I will leave and request others to stop it too.

    dear sir, i am customer of idea from last two years.i have used 5.8 gb data in march month 2015 . according to my plan i have free data available 5.2 gb so have extra charge of 2607 rupees. i am ok of this what is charges on Data Pack Pro-ration # which is 5000 rupees what is this whatever i have used extra there for already you have charged extra than again 5000 .please fix it soon .idea what type of are you doing .every time you charge extra .if you want to earn this type please close my service soon.

      Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer . I was happy about this service. But now I am really very disappointed. Because of the discrepancies in the post paid bill for the period[protected] to[protected]. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month I got charge of Rs.75. I have no intentions to send such messages which would costing me Rs.75 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives don't have any idea regarding those charges one informed me that it is for Internet facility used and other says for some activation. I haven't sent any sms from my side and I Haven't done any activations from my side. Hence I am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill as this bill is already paid by me. My mobile number is [protected] I called up customer care so many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative. Hence as I have never sent such messages for which I am getting charged. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support.           My phone number was [protected] under the corporate scheme of punjab. I have left the chandigarh from January 1st 2015 before that I went to your idea office a t sector 22 and sector 17 proximate 5 to 6 times for converting it to pre paid connection but I was told that to come later. it is not posibile for me to continue the postpaid connection in roaming as I have left chandigarh as well. I want to cancel this connection. I have approached many times to customer care centre punjab. even I have written application by mail on 26/01/ 2015 about the cancellation but it was not accepted and turned back. They have not even blocked the number nor accepted the application.

            My name is Manoj Rawat My No is [protected], i am fed up with idea telecom services. You people have made me to do suicide and i will really do. My life is gonna sucked coz of Idea. That was the unfortunate day of my life when i switched to Idea from Airtel. It was the biggest mistake of my life ever. I cant explain my frustration towards Idea in writing. Now listen my concern, few months back i switched to idea and my credit limit was set to 500 Rs. In the first bill i paid 630 with in 9 days bill cycle . but my credit limit was not increased. Every company increases credit limit automatically according to usage. This is my third bill, cust care people told to go idea office for increasing limit. What the hell is this. I am not going to any idea shop. Other companies increase without calling to their outlets. Idea is the third class telecom company in India. I am just counting 90, days to over. After that i will switch to my previous service provider. Every time internet connectivity gets stopped due to over usage of credit limit, Finally my outgoing baard however the bill not generate the billing date is 10 of every month.. Go to hell Idea...Few days left to complete 90 days. After that i am not gonna stay for single day.

              Dear Sir, I was using a idea postpaid number [protected] but due to no usage i have request to idea customer care to close this connection permanently on 02.06.14 and they replied me on 03.06.14 vide SR#C1-[protected] that the said connection has been closed. Bill dated 17.06.14 for Rs.807.25 has been paid in full. But after this they send me the bill on regular basis every month. When i informed them that the connection has been closed they why are you raising the bills then they told me that they are looking into the matter and will be resolved soon but till date (31.03.15) no solution has been provided by them.Last bill generated by them dated 17.03.15 for Rs.1375.30 (includes previous dues which was never used by me.) Request you kindly look into the matter.

                  Dear Sir, I am shyam sundar. i take one prepaid SIM of idea from gwalior idea showroom jayendraganj.no. is [protected]. after doccument verification SIM start for use. i use this no. for 12 days. after 12 days SIM is blocked by service provider idea. while i have internet balance and talktime balance. now idea is not giving response for start the SIM or for return the money. my question is if doccument was not verified. then why idea start the SIM and then block the SIM.                     I Nagaraju gopal having idea Netsetter [protected] reacharged with Rs 180 to get 1GB data but after reacharge iam not able to use net as it is showing sorrY foR inconvienence you don't have enouGh balance regarding this I contacted customer care many times and i have lost 80rs in that proCess but no use I want my Rs 180/- and Rs 80/- MoReover I want return idea netsetter how much I wilL get for that

                      My number is [protected] under IDEA GSM prepaid service. The number has been deactivated or terminated on 26/03/2015 without any information or notice. Since then i am trying to call customer care at [protected] at Pune Office. Every time the recieve the call but THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HEAR YOUR VOICE again and again they repeating the same sentence and they do disconnect the call. Don't know what went wrong or what they did do deactivate my number . Don't know to whom i need to approach to activate my number. While recharging online also, it is saying that number is not valid.                         Sir I was using [protected] number under IDEA GSM prepaid service. The number has been terminated on 29/03/2015 at about 7am without any information or notice. I have been visiting IDEA Store since last Saturday(28/03/2015) repeatedly for activating my number with every valid documents which I have, but nobody could help me, they said that they can not reactivate my number. I reached to your customer care they told me that my no is deleted from ur database, now they cant issue this number. I want to know how this can be happened as I am using this sim from at least 6 years and I am recharging it regularly so there isn't any point for deleting my no. I have been charged for unused Gprs data usage in dec, so i stopped using the same. now in month of march my private bills have been searched by idea collection members without my permission and idea collection team members calling on those no i used to call on daily basis, i complaint against them 2 times and each time they said it will not happen again. today my friends again got the call from [protected] and she is used to say she is from aadhar card and using unprofessional language. today i have paid the bill and request for disconnection. need action against these collection members. i have got call from [protected], [protected],[protected]. i need my money(2315) back and need some action against them as they are using Gov Authority Name.

                                  special recharge done 26/3/2015 of Rs 179 through sbi freedom app with successful recharge Tid of special recharge[protected] and will expire the offer 0n 26/4/15 and 2 days after that there is no plan activation and start losing from the main account and when contacted the idea customer care there isnt any reply and this isnt the first time its happening this is 3rd time it happened and this time i will reacted

                                  special recharge done 26/3/2015 of Rs 179 through sbi freedom app with successful recharge Tid of special recharge[protected] and will expire the offer 0n 26/4/15 and 2 days after that there is no plan activation and start losing from the main account and when contacted the idea customer care there isnt any reply and this isnt the first time its happening this is 3rd time it happened and this time i reacted

                                    sir/madam yesterday night at around 10.30 pm i had made online recharge for my cell no [protected] [prepaid] which was deducted from visa card pay but recharge balance of rs.140/- was not received in the mobile mentioned above. please note that i have not noted the transaction reference no. as i was sure that the transaction will be completed. you are requested to look into the matter and either recharge as early as possible to above mobile no. or credit my above sbi visa card. hope you will take corrective action and revert me on other mobile no. [protected]

                                        We are getting life threatening calls from a number who is calming to be from Idea Collection agency. He is continuously calling us on our number [protected] for an outstanding amount/ Unpaid bill of [protected] which doesn't belong to us and which as per him is on the name of Mr. Devendra Singh (we dont know who is this guy). We tried to make him understand that it's not our matter but the person is not listening to us and abusing us. The contact number so called idea collection agent is [protected]. I want to have a strict action against the collection agency as without verifying any details he is giving us life threatening calls and harassing the family members also.
