I had a postpaid connection in mumbai and due to my transfer to delhi I wanted to convert this postpaid number to prepaid because all my bank accounts were associated with this number.I was unable to visit Mumbai from Delhi to get this thing done. So I called customer care of Idea cellular and the told me the procedure to send my relative to idea store at Marol, Andheri(E), Mumbai with required documents and an application of NOC.My relative visited the store 5 or 6 times and every time returned disappointed as the person on idea store was giving some silly reasons like they can't give the new sim card to my relative. After lot of efforts and debate they issued a new sim card but the new sim card is still not activated and it's been 3 months. And what they are saying that they can't do anything in this, it's all up to god when the sim will get activated.Now I want to question to a leading cellular company that, is this the process they follow to trouble an old customer who is using their connection from past 3 years?Can anybody please help me out from this cellular company.

    DEPOSIT AMOUNT Rs 500 was not adjusted in any of my bill as per IDEA system it is adjusted 30/OCT/13. I HAVE PROOF HARD COPY IT IS NOT DONE FOR WHICH IDEA H.O HYD OFFICE AGREED. I HAD ONLY REQUESTED TO CHANGE MY POST PAID CONN TO PRE PAID. I HAVE SETTELED BALANCE AMOUNT Rs 671/-. No OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS PENDING NOW IAM GETTING LEGAL NOTICE FOR BALANCE 400 AMOUNT I DONOT KNOW WHY IDEA CELLULAR IS HARASING ME FOR THERE ACCOUNTS MISTAKE.

      My amount of rs 49 got deducted on 16 march ...hve tried to talk to customer care executive bt they r always bsy...hve got about 15 voice call recording as an evidence would attach here if option available..its the 3 time that m facing this trouble of false deduction in last 15 days...though i got refund for previous two deduction bt this time its been 3 days m continously trying bt call nt even connected...so dat i can ask for refund...and today call connected and when i told them my problem they told me that thier policy of refund is same day + next day and after that they can't refund...my question is that i[censored]r executive r bsy then its nt my problem...and without my prior consent who u r to deduct my balance on name of any service...and y u r actually trying n trying to deduct my amount...its hard earned money ...u should nt do this ...u need to refund it and apologise as well ...its ur duty to check ..and i[censored] don't want to refund then u can be a begger ...its india my friend and don worry u can get much lot from this kind of fraud...

        Respected Sir, I am Maulik Virparia Digital Marketing & Brand Consultant lived in Ahmedabad. I have subscribed the broadband plan offered by Idea Cellular under its broadband internet service named "Idea Wifi Broadband". I have subscribed 6 month plan and paid 4000 INR to company. I have issued two cheques of amound 3040 INR and 999 INR from my SBI account. Company have deposited both cheques and amount has been debited from my sbi account on 14th of March 2015 (Saturday) and I got confirmation SMS from company (Idea) regarding my payment received by the company. Then after I have received a phone call from the company and the executive asked me few questions for verification purpose and also explained the plan in details and informed me your will get appointment call within 48 hours. I have received SMS on saturday 6:07PM And I also received a SMS in which company have issued a username and password and in the same SMS company said you will be contacted within 48 hours for installation appointment. I have maintained silence till Monday. On Monday I have received a call on(alternate number given by me) and Installation scheduled at 8:00AM on Tuesday. I was ready to welcome technician but I was very disappointed after 2 hours waiting. Then I left for my job. During office hours I have called many times and everytime the person gave me false commitment of installation had been finished by the end of the day. I kept calm till 5:00PM No one came or no phone call I received then after I got angry with the person so he took his boss on conference call. And a higher authority of the team promised me for the installation on the same day. I put trust on him because he was senior person but I told him sir please only give me promise if you can accomplish it by today. He said sir we have finished.. Then after I have also called after 1.5 hours because no updates I got.. Person who was coordinating with me stopped receiving my call. I was very hurt by the entire team and decided to file complain here. Sir Because of their commitment I had scheduled a meeting with clients via Skype. I have reached home at 9:00 PM and called the person with unknown number so he received my call and told him about the bad service & promise by company & its team. He said sir today it was impossible now. Tomorrow 100% we will do it. Damage Because of this dreadful practice of customer service applied by Idea cellular I left a client. My client have waited for me on skype but I can't ping him so he was very disappointed with me and told me I just don't want to business with you. Reward Here I claim for 10, 000 INR because of this annoying occurrence.

But often your executives troubling and disturbing me every day. Its not my fault our complaint also given to your customer care. There is no incoming or outgoing call on this mobile no.               I Mr Chetankumar, bearning details furnished below hereby bring to your notice that, I have been deceived by the inappropriate billing cycle system inculcated by idea cellular and have been wrongly charged for rs 1015. Having complained about it on the day of receiving sms. No disciplinary actions were taken. After a month they give the details of internet usage. Which is i feel just unauthenticated. Hard to believe that associating with the prestigious ADITYA BIRLA GROUP.would have such consequences. I can name n number of people suffering coz of such irreglarities. Why would i use internet worth Rs 1000 in a day without activating internet pack?? I am using mobile internet since 6 years. I know the terms o[censored]sage. Help me with a waiver.                     i have a idea postpaid connection [protected] . I have activated i plan 599 in my sim during 20th of last month i rerotated my plans the company deducted previous minutes of talktime and added new rental plan ...how can the rental may be collected for the same month twice in the same month of bill ...idea just cheated me. Again when i visited there to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid they are saying that u need 6 months either to deactivate or prepaid so harrashing to me .                       Complaint ID - C1-[protected] On 17th Feb, Internet package of 1GB was activated on my mobile without any request from my side as package of 300 MB was already activated. When I called customer care, they told me that we can deactivate it but you have to pay the charges of Rs. 250 for it and we can only raise the waiver request once the bill is generated and paid. I paid the bill for the month of Feb and on 12th March got the call and message from the complaint department of Idea confirming that Rs. 250 will be waivered within 48 hrs. Now on 17th March, I am getting the message from Idea that we are unable to process your request and the complaint has been closed without any action. May I know the reason of closing the complaint without the consent of the customer.

                      Request for the extra charges in Feb bill is resolved but again in March month bill, there is extra charges of Rs. 250 for the same 1 GB internet pack. I requested for the deactivation of the this package in the month of Feb itself. On 2nd Apr, Idea CC executive told me that its a mistake from their side and your waivered of Rs250 will be done on 7th Apr 4:04 with the communication ID C1-[protected].
                      Now on 6th of Apr I am getting the message that we are unable to process your request. Regret the inconvience caused.

                      Could you please tell me the process of porting the number. I think Vodafone or airtel are much better than Idea.

                        Dear team, Could you please help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.I want to log complain for ideacellular, they have charged me more in billing amount.Below, I have mentioned issue in details and query.Issue description in details -I had send mail and filled form for closing connection for [protected] on 4 December 2014.The reason behind closing connections is poor services. Then I got call from Idea team, they told me please don't close these connection.We are giving below 2 free offers for you and told me it will be activated after 48 hrs and whole conversation was recorded. (Conversation date –[protected]. I also got mail for that [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on same date and I am forwarding the mail.1. 2 months roaming free package for [protected].2. Free 2G data for one month for [protected]. After 48 hrs, I called to customer care to verify same thing. They told above both service have been activated successful, after that only I had started using this no.([protected]). You can verify from call history and audio recording.Even I want to listen whole recorded audio conversation.Now the bill was generated and I am very surprising about bill and it is 3838.48.The charge was for Internet usage.After that I have continually logging complain from 7 Jan 2015. On 14 Jan 2015 I had word with you senior manager C1-[protected], C1-[protected], C1-[protected], C1-[protected] (Namrata bhargav). She told it will be resolved in 48 hrs.But not getting any update from you side.They are also not providing answer of below question -1. How my idea plan (125) have been changed plan (i199) ? .Who told idea team to change plan ? Please provide me you proof for the same?2. If 2G unlimited data usage is available 199 package. Why I will pay Rs.3516.92/- ?3. Please provide me audio recording from[protected] to[protected].4. Stop all the services on my number([protected]) and also stop monthly rental changes until query will be resolved .

                          Abhijit Marathe & Associates and its employees are a group of your users who have been facing tremendous range problems at our office in Model colony.We have been sending complaint mails, calling customer care for the last 2 months regarding poor network signal. After continuous follow up regarding our complaints with Mr. Vishal Thakkar( manager) & Mr.Sharad Sontakke (technical person who visits to check range strength), we are still nowhere near a solution nor rid of the range problem. We are disappointed that a company like Idea Cellular would be so lacking in solving such a small problem which can be easily solved by installing a booster in our location. IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED AVOIDING FURTHER NUISANCE.

                              few days back, a sales executive of idea co.(Mobile No. [protected]) came to me, he asked me for a post paid connection, I told him that if idea co. give me my choice no. then i can take a new number of your co. He collect 400 Rs from me and give me a new sim card no.[protected] and said that my choice no. will be activated on this sim very soon after verification of address. Next day a person came to me for verification, but i not that the no. is different from my choice, so i refuse to accept the no. After few day I received a phone call for verification, I found that this time is no. is same as previous. please refund me my 400 rs, because I have not required your service rajesh goyal [protected]

                                Dear Team, I am user of Idea since 5 year and this particular No. I am using for last 10year. I was very happy with the services of Idea till last week. I never expect this type of attitude or delay in resolving the issues from Idea.I am following this issue with Idea customer care for last 5 days on mobile and on mail from 11 march 2015. I want my call details of my mobile number [protected] of month feb 2015 but no one is trying to resolve my problem and cant understand how much problem I am facing due to not recieving my details, I have done everything they tell me, i had registered my email id, i mail to customercare id, i call to customercare, i visit to nearest idea centre, but they didnt solve my problem they giving me a different different type ans, on custercare number they only taking time 22 hours or 24 hours daily same ans, on email they ans me that ur email id is not updated and i recieved msg of successful email registered, they ask me to tell the last recharge, recharge date, frequently used no, name nd add, i had provided him everything after that they didnt reply of anytype of ans, yesterday when i visit to idea care in my city allahabad guys name brijendra had told me that my compaint has registered u call in the mrg, when i call him in the mrg he giving me a silly ans that i make new email id and then do the same prosess of registration and then mail to company then its possible to get u otherwise its impossible, when i ask to speak some senior he ans me that they r not in office due to saturday, Sir how can i change my 10 years old emailid, no one is solving my problem only giving such a silly excuse, I had mail to everyone no one reply me even i mail to CEO of idea Mr.Himansu kapania ji he also didnt reply, When nobody is trying to understand my problem then I think about you and mailing this request to you.                                   I wanted to port my reliance number to idea and confirmed almost 10 executives with sales executive that once I port the no I want the Icicibank 99cug employee with monthly rental 99 as iam icici bank employee, sales executive confirmed with his boss can we give Icici bank employee plan almost 5 to 6 times exe. Boss mr.prince confirmd yes once connection is active I will get this done and even I marked three emails to mr.prince singh who committed over the phone after checking my one of the existing number in which employee plan is running and he confirmed it will be done once your connection starts. When my connection activated on 10.03.2015 on 11.03.2015 I contacted him to confirm as my connection is started so by when plan will be changed mr.singh suddenly changed his statement that he never promised for plan change he only said he can get the cug started on my 199 plan but he will not do any change of plan.when I asked him u promised then why you are not able to do that now.he said he will not do it and he replied me if you want to complaint you can complain. So iam very very dissatisfied with behaviour and rply of sales area manager mr prince k singh email id . [protected]@gmail.com cell no.[protected] his office location is bhandup Dreams mall . I need immediate and strict action to be taken against mr.singh as he misguiding customers for selling his connections to complete the target. I dont know how many customers had complained but I Dhiraj Teckchandan i assistant manager at Icicibank ltd [protected]/[protected] please revert what action has been taken against sales manager mr.prince singh.

                                  I had port 3 reliance no to idea corporate plan & now 4 another reliance no to idea but idea salesman & customer care miss gide me on plan with [protected]. How can I do now. .I tell me 3G + 2G unlimited & now 3G + 1934 net charges. I have already idea no [protected] = 750mb 3G + 20 kbps slow net uncharged plan

                                    I'm using 3G net on D-Link Modem DWM-156 which support 3G network, 1st time when recharged with 3G net last 2, 3 months, I have got the speed of 300 to 400 kbps but now from the month of Fed don't what is happening ? I get the speed below 15 kbps it doesn't increase more than 15 kbps, So I have complaint also to your CARE SERVICE than also this PROBLEM is not SOLVE... AGAIN IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE I'LL PORT TO DOCOMO ...

                                      Sir This is to state that i Aayush Pittie ([protected]) is facing problem in my number. My Idea number [protected] is not getting switched from postpaid to prepaid and the number is on hold. It has been 15 days. Previously i made an Appellate to trai, but again there is no action. Everytime it says that your number is on hold.And also asking to customer care for the reason it has been delayed, they have no answer instead they make fake promises to get number switched every day.
