Dear sir/mam, i have already discussed about my connectivity problem with your idea customer care executive but my problem has not solved yet. I have idea dongle no.[protected]. My plan was 4GB 3G speed per month and 2G unlimited. But I am not getting that speed, which is showing on home page of idea, I have also paid service tax up to 3 months.but we are not getting good response from your side. Please I am irritating this problem since 1.5 month and not getting any benefit since from 1.5 month.this is very unexpected from idea service, Please solve my problem as early as possible. my alternate no.[protected].     Hello sir. i have a number [protected] of idea, i converted it. From prepaid to postpaid .the activation is not done yet the number is disconnected not work ing from last 28 hours its my urgent. Number.pls do anything urgent.or i will go to consumer court against your company.

      Hi this is ashish gautam from rewa mp.Twelve days ago i had purchased idea 3g sim cast of 120 rupees with required document from distributer (which has instoll ) at mpnagar zone 1 in bhopal but sim couldn't active i am thinking that document hasn't submitted. i lose my 120 ruppess . so plz give me 1 gb data for which i paid. if idea have responsibility with user . I want benefit or refond my 120 in my acc and i will provide acc no if this cond occur becoz i am true ..i can't mention my idea mob no bcz mob no nt show in packet of idea sim no @[protected]H-2 wanted to send photo of sim for proof that i was saying true .but i couldn't if any option i will also send .that

        I had Rs 199 plan active on my idea mobile which got changed to Rs225 without any request submitted by me. I call the customer support for the reason and they said all the Rs 199 plans got changed to Rs 225. I told them to change my plan to Rs399 in which I will get 1GB data and the customer care representative assured me that my plan got changed. But again the Rs225 plan got activated on my mobile which i have never requested and idea billed me for Rs1840. Which is completely unfair. I again called the idea customer care and raised a complaint which got rejected without any clarification. This is a complete fraud and idea is trying to rip off money from my pocket by activating plans which I have never requested and even the complaints which I am raising getting rejected without any revert. It seems like you people do not even care about the complaints. Why would I pay more for the services which i have never requested and which is forcibly got active and I got billed for it. I need a resolution for this

            I have recharged Rs.248 my mobile number : (Kerala) [protected] for 1GB 3G data on 08/Mar/2015 12:53:30 PM. I did not received any 1GB data moreover they deducted my Rs.248 from Bank account and 25Rupees from my mobile main account. I call to customer care and they asked me to wait 7days to refund my money..!! beause of this I loast my online work costs Rs.1500. I did this recharge from Idea website. and I have all the receipt copy of Rs.248. Now I don't want to use Idea . I want my money back.

I choose the online payment option and directed to my bank site. After completing all the formalities website is redirected to your website( i.e. Idea cellular) and your website shows that " Successful Transaction". But i have not received any message from idea. After few hour when i contact customer care and told him about my problem but they told me that they are unable to solve my problem.                       Dear Concern, am using idea postpaid #[protected] connection from last 5 years. and am paying the billas per your bill whatever usage including GPRS plan.before due date i use to pay every month, you can check my payment history and usage.. this time i used till 1GB (exact 1.11MB) as per i received sms till 06thJan 2015.So 07th Jan 2015 around 8.30PM OR 9.00PM i called customer care and asked them to disconnect he disconnected. *why because to be in usage limit of 155 plan. coz once customer care ppl told me that if you cross 1GB, additional usage will be calculated on pro data base.* so i thought of will disconnect now, after bill generation i can activate it. So now without my knowledge the bill has been generated Rs.2122/- and i shocked. as soon as i got sms.i went to our nearest idea out let (Mahalakshmi layout) and enquirered, theyare saying 2GB data u have used for that pro data base (Rs.4.90.00/MB) we have charged. my question is when i disconnected i was used 1GB & 11MB. and that too i was 1 GB Plan, how can i use after disconnection and i never tried also. and un used sms charges also they have charged. Request you to weave the additional charges and remaining i will clear it. and they have disconnected my Number around 10th February-2015and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

                          This is very shame full for idea that your executive doing fraud for which innocent people are suffering.Below mentioned id and mobile number of that idea executive who did the fraud.I wanted to convert my idea prepaid number([protected]) to postapaid number.This idea executive name Sandeep has called me and told me to send the adress proof and some post paid bill.i had send my tataindicom post paid bill and Adhar card scan copy and a passport photo on the mail id:-sandeepsingh.[protected]@gmail.com, But after some days he told me to take new idea number but i refuse to take .i told him to convert my number to postpaid he told me that it will take 10-15 days i said i will wait .But after 20 days i called him asked about my number post paid status he told me that it cant be convert to post paid then i port my number to airtel .After some day i received call from idea executive regarding unpaid bill of number:-[protected] .That guy issued this number to a other guy with my id and a fake email id register with this number ranjan.[protected]@gmail.com.i found this detail from idea outlet they sugest me to write a complaint to customer care.that person left idea name sandeep his MobNo:-[protected] this number is invalid now i am anoyed by your executives call every day for bill payment. so please do the need full you can contact me on Mob:-[protected].

                          Hi you people are doing nothing only you people are saying sorry for the inconvenience.Once such thing will happen to you people then you only understand the situation of the customer.Totaly you are bogus and worth less people.I had told you on call that until unless you solve the issue Please stop the calling for bill amount its too irritating for me .Every time i am telling the story to the executive regarding .after one day i received same call from another person.The executive threatening to we are going to file case in court.I told them what ever you want to do please do man but stop calling me for bill.there is effect on you people.Now i am going to file case against Idea cellular.i am not threatening i am dam serious.If i receive any call for bill amount.

                            Respected Sir / Madam Today I search from PAYTM for my 3G Data recharge option for 500 MB data, There is Available for my mobile number [protected] in Rs. 149 for 500 MB Data 3G with 21Days validity, but after that recharge said above amount I found SMS from your Idea that I have 260 min NAT call with 6/4/2015 validity. After that I feel like chatted by Idea either PAYTM. If idea given permission to PAYTM to give information about recharge regarding Idea data or talk time. It's mean idea responsible But If you not then idea take action against them because why they wrong information provide to idea consumer, and also idea salve my data problem as soon as possible.                                 I received my bill of February. But the charges in the bill was applied wrong. The idea has charged me for the services which i never used. I also talked to Idea Call Centre. The executive was not giving proper response. He was saying that jitna bill aaya hai utna hi bharna padega... nahi jamta hai to postpaid kyu lete ho. Is this the way you talk to your customer. I guess the bunch of illiterate peoples are hired by the Idea cellular.

                                  I purchase "idea 3G smart wifi" on 02/03/2015. SIM ([protected]) has been activated on 03/03/2015 . I have been told that there is an offer of free 6GB data and the same is written on the box of it. But till date (07/03/2015) I have not received the said data. Even I can not use the dongle as I have been told that If I recharge it with any ammount I would not get the said free data. Idea point (Gadchiroli, Maharashtra) from which I purchase it, is not giving satisfactorily answers. Please solve the problem.

                                        Hi Team Without connection why you guyz sending bills to me? Now i got warning letter from court. This is not a customer friendly. I have deactivated my 2 post paid plans with proper follows I have all proofs. Really depressed because of your worst replies. If you want we will go to court But please ready to pay my phone recharged amounts & my dpressions. Its really bad experince for a customer. Very worst.
