Horrible Customer Service
I raised a complaint on the 29th of December 2015 (Ticket number [protected]) for the door knob not functioning and general servicing. I was informed it will attended in 24 hours. It is more than 48 hours now and I havn't had a word from IFB. The service is going from Bad to WORSE...
I am better off with either Siemens or Bosch...
When I called your toll free number they only want to talk about how much it will cost for a technician to come home. ZERO empathy... Spoke to Suresh the floor supervisor and he was horrible...
