[Resolved] IFB — IFB - Service not done by Franchisee inspite of frequent calls | |||
This is an issue regarding the service of IFB washing machine. I have signed an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with I Matrix Consultancy (Franchisee: IFB Industries Limited, No. 123, M.T.H. Road, Ist Floor, Indian Bank Upstairs, Ambattur, Chennai- 600 053. On Nov 22nd 2013 I registered a service request with IFB that my machine is not rotating. on 25th Nov'13 two technicians named Bala and Gopal visited my house and said that they ll come the following day to rectify the issue as they didnt have the exact parts with them. But they didn't turn up. So I have called the IFB office (“24 Hrs” Customer Care- Dial No[protected] again and again but they kept saying that the problem will be rectified within 24 hrs and they ll escalate the issue to their franchisee i matrix as an urgent issue. But nothing has been done so far. The last person visited my place was Ramadoss from I matrix. I was given few no.s by IFB CC to contact their franchisee i matrix [protected];[protected];[protected]. The mobile no contact person picked the call for the first time and then never picked my call. Lan number was of no use. Lady named sandhya and gomathi took the call and said that they ll send the technicians. But my problem is not resolved as of now. I enquired with the customer care about this issue they said the complaint is closed. What a wonder a complaint being closed without the problem being rectified. One advise for you: Please check back with customer's about their complaint and then close the case from your side. I think the Franchisee are paid for the no of cases they handle, this is the reason why they close the case as attended without resolving the issue of customers.
Iam also registerd our complain no.11838189 dt.12 nov.13 but not resolve today. we are regular call to lucknow branch office to franchisee krishna enterpreises, alambagh, lucknow. I am also 3 yers AMC for digital washing machine 6kg. we are very hopeless regarding IFB after sales service. IFB is very bad in after sales service. Vikas Kumar Gupta, Lucknow Mob:[protected].

I've received you feedback call on 7th Dec'13 regarding my IFB Washing Machine.
My first complaint was on 22 Nov'13. The complaint was closed without attending/resolved.
Your Franchisee I Matrix provide worst service. After complaining again and again with your customer care no. [protected], a technician visited and replaced a pump which is used for pumping the outlet water on 6th Dec'13.
Technician showed the performance without load. The washine pumped water without load
I checked its running condition only 9th Dec'13 as i was out of station for the last couple of days. Today when the machine was loaded it spun and washed the clothes, but it didn't pump the water out.
Can you please send your technician again as soon as possible...?
One suggestion from my side: Please follow up with customer from your side and then close their complaints as these franchisees close without resolving, attending...!
I expect a quick response from your team. Hope it will happen...!
