I had booked a complaint in the first week of October 2015 through the IFB call center for repairing my IFB washing machine the particulars are as follows: Customer ID NO: 801406, Machine NO: 03156, IFB Senator 6 KG. Complaint No: 16722570 given during the first week of October. and subsequently followed up during November and December 1 and 2nd . They have not yet attended to the same nor made an attempt r to close this case . It can be investigated by the Officials of the IFB if they care, for ascertaining how their call center and their authorized agents and their managers posted at Hyderabad work all that they could do is give me some Telephone Numbers and asked me to contact them . make you run from pillar to post. Then why this call center. IFB is wasting the Investors and shareholders money in futile activities. The company and the Machine May be good but if they have to survive in this competitive world they better have some concern for the client /buyer of their product . The senior IFB representatives posted at Hyderabad try to be helpful but they seem to have no powers to coordinate and get things done. I have been in touch with them pleading with them to help me but of no use Please contact them and find out if they are interested to work for IFB. they have made no efforts to contact me or look in to the problem. I wonder how IFB is going to full fill it MISSION and VISSION STATMENTS. I have also been a Govt. Employ and just retired and a senior citizen now. There is more commitment in the Govt. sector now a days - accountability is there. I have always taken the AMC for the last 5 years costing about Rs. 3000/ every year Even the AMC for this year was taken on December 1st 2015. AMC NO Sl NO[protected] dated 22-12-15 The Technician who came Promised me to attend to the problem the very next day. Believing him I paid for the AMC so far nothing has happened. It was a blunder on my part. Anu Techno Enterprises Vijay nagar coloney, Hyderabad TS is the authorized service agent. There was no response from them . i used to call up the call center at least 2 times a day pleading and requesting them to do some thing, but sadly to no avail. i know quite a few of them by name including Mr. Kummar who does not lift the Phone or cuts the call as he is always busy doing some thing else.There are others too who gives false promises that they are sending some one and i have to make arrangement to keep the house open as all o[censored]s including my wife are employed . she has given up using the machine and now does the washing herself and we are planning to buy some other brand. and dispose the IFB washing machine as soon as possible and should have nothing to do with IFB products Specially after going through this ordeal. Anu techno Technicians and their supervisors are not at all consumer oriented they are not able to understand the problem and attend to any issue and successfully repair it. They are of no help or in any position to do any thing they do not care about consumers More over they do not have properly qualified workers . even when a technician shows up he just looks at the machine and says so many impossible things does not bring any spare parts even after assuring him that i will make payments to him . Then he disappears and cuts all the calls made to him. I wonder who pays them for this kind of work. Inefficiency needs to be weeded out immediately. I contacted Just Dial I have got five responses with in the last three minutes . It goes to prove that Anu Techno has taken the clients for granted and have become complacent and does not bother about the consumer . This has created a fear in me of buying any IFB products. I humbly request that the AMC May kindly be cancelled and the amount be refunded to me immediately. I have incurred heavy expenditure on Mobile Phone bills calling the IFB and Anu Techno people. For the last three months. . can any one refund the expenses to me . Moreover what about the harassment and mental Torture I have gone through and the time I spent waiting for the Personnel to turn up. All for possessing a IFB Washing Machine . If any one can take up this matter seriously and address the problem so that Others – innocent buyers don’t fall in to this trap of Companies exploiting the general public with things that are not stream lined and unorganized .
