Myself Jagadeesha R, I was an employee of IKYA Human capital solutions joined on 27/05/2013 & i was there for 2 years 9 months & i resigned on 13/02/2016
I submitted the documents on 14/06/2016 to withdraw PF amount, more than 7 months over but still i am not received the PF amount while applying they said u will get the PF amount with in 45 days
company people saying we submitted the documents on 10-Aug-2016 to Hyderabad PF office but now PF department dont have any documents regarding this, they lost the documents so re submit the documents
this is really irresponsible job, how they lost the documents
i dont know who is correct, i cant re submit the documents again and again and i cant wait another months, i need money immediately
for support IKYA Human capital solutions, If we call no one will respond to the call, for emails also no reply's, we should go physically always to know the status
UAN portal is not working since last one month to download passbook,
Either company or Hyderabad PF department, please refund the amount asap
