Many times i tried to call on[protected] number but there is no reaponse of call even 8-10 times on a day and once call is running 8-10 mins and after suddenly disconnect. I am gonna enquiry about pf withdrawl concern but there is no response they are let me down always third class service. Kindly provide me solution if possible.

Am devipriya i was worked in homeshop18..2013 i started to work in that company.. 1.5 yrs i worked over there.. Emp i'd a128907. I went to the office and asked my pf number. Many times i have mailed to ikya hr lucknow and to ms shobitha (Quess corp) but they even not tried to solve the problem. And the problem is i cant submit my pf claim online as ikya has not submitted date of exit in pf portal. Many times i have mailed but no reponse came from that side. How can we make digital india when the employees of company dont even bother to do the needful work so that it will be easy for someone.
So, its a request to pls fill the nessesary details in pf department from ur side.
