I summit my pf withdrawal form in 15 January 2016 in andheri Mumbai branch. As per required document from them i fill all document and summit . After that i send mail to ikya care also they reply me first they received document 29/02 why late i dont know But still i didnt get any information in pf withdrawal portal .thats why i send mail to griveance .i got reply form them they didn't received document. Thats why again i send mail to ikya care they reply me today t hat on 09 march 2016 they summit documents. Please help to resolved my complaint

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have submitted PF form for n Nov 15 after validation of Mr Shankar but gets 2 times rejection. I have done mentally harassment by the Mr Shankar because I need my money asap but taking 150 days to process. Could you please help in provide the solution. Or I will get my money only after 60 days. Because now Ms Ocean hemkar said to me that "your father name is not correct in UAN so will take time 25 days then after will submit your PF form and after that 30 days will take more time to process. Although all the things were already been validated by Mr Shankar.

Dear Sir i worked in Tata Teleservices Mohali (Ikya roll)from Sep 2013 to Dec 2014 my Emp id is A170203 my PF account number is AP/61702/38776 I applied the PF in January but Ikya Hyd office staff lost my documents same was confirmed by Ikya employees on phone call after that again i send hard copy of my documents as well as soft copy of documents on mail. but no confirmation was provided by Ikya Staff on mail they were continuously confirming on calls that they have resolve the issue of docs very soon they will fwd my documents of PF office now Ikya staff do not responds on calls and toll free number of ikya [protected] responds that no docs received to them, again in 7th dec 2015 i submitted the PF form in Chandigarh branch of Ikya office almost 20 days passed and i'm not able to track it online i think Ikya staff again lost my documents i have all mails and other details of conversion held from January to till date if you required i can provide it on mail Please provide the updates of my PF Status.

Dear Sir/Madam whenever i am calling to ikya consultancy and asking them for my pf status there are not giving me the exact status as of now its almost 100 days completed first when i filled my pf form and sended them by courier they told its rejected due to no pan card attached wherein it was not been informed to me that i have submit the same before only and that also they informed this after 30 days, then also i had accepted that and second time when i tried to send it again i confirmed again with them what all documents you require they told this facility is discontinued you have to send it through ikya office only then i went to ikya office in pune near bungarden road as i stay in pune there i had given my pf forms and this guys they told me that within a weeks time it will get reach to banglore office that too this words was told by a security guard there as the ikya employees are not intrested in taking their responsbility, i told that security guard to ask to your manager that i need confirmation from them but he not agreed but after waiting there i had spoken with that ikya employee pf department but they were very rude and did not response again, the thing is they had kept my pf forms with them for nearly about 45 days in pune office itself and did not couriered to banglore then i again went to that same office and enquired and complained this to their head where i got his number from the office itsel as it was written in bold letters that if any complaint kindly contact below person, after spaeking with him he told and promised me that withing 2 days time it will get couriered to banglore office and it happened the same but now the ikya banglore office had kept that form in their showcase and not giving me the status and also trying call them on their toll free number but no response only the line is getting transfer automatically and stating that all lines are busy and after some time it gets disconnected, requesting you to kindly help this issue as the amount is very mean full to me and my family, thanks & regards abhay s bendre [protected]

Hi i am santosh kumar sahoo, i had gone for the interview on 20th july 2015 to ikya bhubaneswar office. and i got selected. after more than one month mr. Soumya (ikya) one of hr called me on 27th august and said that next day will be my joining so i reached there on 28th september. then they completed my joing formalities. and given me id card etc... and send me to the clients office (amazon logistics) which is in mancheswar, bhubaneswar. and there after i worked there. i have workrd there from 28th august to 7th september. then amazon said that there was some problem regarding my joing. so they sent me to ikya. when i inquired in ikya, they said my joining was cancelled on july. when i asked that why did they called me for the joining if my selection was cancelled, and why did they gave me the id and offer letter if was not selected. but they are saying we cannot do anything... so can you help me with this... my number is +91-[protected] email id - [protected]@gmail.com

It looks like my PF form has been rejected due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispatched to my address. I have not received it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form .
