Sir/ma'am,
I have processed payment for aadhar pan linkage twice by mistake .
That is on 15th june my payment was done and I was verified and my aadhar and pan link was completed.
But on 23th of june I paid the amount again by mistake. Please help with with the refund for the money paid on 23th june. I have attached both the challan in this mail. My details are as

    I find myself facing a familiar issue, one that perplexes me as an Indian citizen. Despite diligently filling my PAN (Permanent Account Number) and filing income tax returns for the past 16 years, I remain uncertain if our country is heading in the right direction. It raises concerns about the overall development of our IT infrastructure, technology, and the progress we have made as a nation.

    Ironically, some of the world's most prosperous IT companies are run by Indians, showcasing our talent and potential. Yet, we lag behind in advancing our own IT infrastructure, a paradox that leaves me wondering about the priorities and focus of our country.

    As an Indian, I yearn for the day when we are truly free from corruption and ignorance in our leadership selection processes. We need a roadmap that leads us towards the glorious days of India, where the collective wisdom and aspirations of our people guide our journey.

    From the lowest-ranking government clerk to the highest positions of power, there seems to be a sense of decay and stagnation. It pains me to witness the lack of respect and value we sometimes show towards our fellow Indians. It is high time we recognize and rectify this issue, for our progress as a nation depends on our unity, inclusiveness, and shared vision.

    With fingers crossed, I hope for the day when we witness a transformation—a day where our leadership is committed to transparency, accountability, and the welfare of its citizens. Let us come together as a nation, rise above our challenges, and strive for a future where India shines brightly on the global stage, embracing its true potential and achieving greatness.

      Description - I'm trying to create a new account. When I give my full name on Form 2 while registering, it gives me the below error -
      Error: Name entered is not as per PAN. Please retry

      But the thing is, I am giving my details correctly, and there's nothing wrong with the input I'm providing. I'm not sure why the portal is unable to process it.

      Any lead wrt the above issue is helpful.

        Sir, recently i have registered a company namely yamagayo international private limited and also allotted a pan number aabcy6799c. When i went to register the pan to income tax website it is showing as invalid and user does not exist. Also it is showing as invalid pan on gst website. Kindly resolve the issue i am in a big trouble and all my work has been stuck due to this.

          Not linked my Aadhar even amount paid and applied

          I have applied for aadhaar link to Pan card and fees also. But department has linked to other's pan card. Requested several times but no proper solution received....

            I have been waiting for the settlement of income tax dues from past 4 years,

            Me and my wife are moving up and down to the HMT bhavan Bangalore to settled down the issue, however this is of no use .

            The ward officers have been changed twice and we have no clue what is going on.

            We have raised several request without any results.

            I would like to see that my issue is resolved and want to get my dues back.

              We have Alloted PAN on 23.03.2023 . After Call to concerned department they assured me that record will be updated within 7 day but no proper resolution provided.

              We are not able to open current account for business, not able to apply for GST registration because ITD record showing invalid PAN.

                  Dear Team, I have applied a new PAN and got PAN number RAJPS6186M but when I am using the same PAN number on Paytm or Dhani app to do KYC it shows error as invalid PAN details. I have checked and verified my PAN detail on e-filing website and same is showing as active. Kindly check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      As i applied for a private limited company in second/ Third week of March, and my company get incoperated at 28th March, I recived pan card and other company documents via mail from MCA. The main point is when am trying to open my company bank account or registred for msme it show that's PAN Card is invalid, but on the verification on income tax portal it shows PAN Card verified.
                      i am lossing each month more than INR 5 lakh rupees..!!
                      kindly please resolve this issues as soon as possible..!!

                          AADPB3670Q, an excess of 2, 50, 000 Rs was deposited by mistake for assessment year 20-21. The same is reflected in AS26 also. Total tax deposited was 8, 65, 510while assessed tax was 6, 15, 510.
                          Requests have been made at various income tax sites including request for rectification and in writing to the concerned ITO.
                          No refund has been received so far.

                                My sister Linked her PAN with AADHAR on 23.03.2023 through IncomeTax Portal and paid fine Rs. 1, 000/- under Minor head 500 - Other Receipts(500) and Major head 0021 [Income Tax (Other than Companies)] using Indian Bank Net Banking (Savings Account No. [protected]).
                                The Payment was successfull and amount debited in my sisters saving account. CRN Number is [protected].. But, the Income Tax Payment portal shows payment failed. So, I request you to Link My Sisters PAN with AADHAR as soon as possible. Otherwise please refund my sisters amount..
