      My new E PAN card is showing invalid

      I applied for and got my e-PAN card yesterday but now when I'm using it for KYC and opening bank accounts, it says the PAN number is invalid.why this is happening?

      Iam raised request complaint spandana grievance but no one not response

I have tried different combinations and yet it shows same issue and not able to proceed further and since end date is nearing, Please help to resolve this issue at earliest...

                Sir/madam,

                I have applied for new pan card on 18th december 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected] . On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                    Hello,

                    I am a new tax payer and I am trying to register myself to file the returns in the New Income tax department website. However, I keep getting the error as "Error : Name entered is not as per PAN. Please retry.". So, i reached out to the Customer Care support of this portal and they confirmed that my PAN details are proper and this is issue with the Income Tax Govt website.

                    They asked me to write email to [protected]@incometax.gov.in. I have been writing emails everyday from 6 days and still no response regarding my issue.

                    Govt is taking my taxes but not allowing me to get my returns this way. As a first time tax payer, I am highly disappointed in the system.

                    If i do not file tax returns at right time, I will lose thousands pf rupees. If my PAN details were incorrect, this would have created issue earlier as I am a salaried employee. However, due to portal issue, I am not able to file returns and nobody is providing support to resolve this issue either.

                    Please consider this complaint seriously as you are my last resort for this situation here. Guide me on how to get my issue resolved.

                    I have been entering the right details as I have crossed verified with the Income Tax Dept Portal customer care and I doubled checked the PAN card and have entered exact information as well.

                      I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of AVANISH AJAY KADAM which was dispatched at our address in November 2021. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contacted the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he returned it to the sender's address.

                      Therefore, I request that you resend my PAN Card to same address that I mentioned in the details below and also inform me beforehand about the arrival of the PAN card

                            Ì have not received my taxes from 2020 still. It's a married filed joint account. My husband and I finally got our last stimulus check about a week ago. Still no taxes they were exiled and then mailed in and sent back over a printed signature. Still no return.

                              This is with regards to the Demand Identification Number:[protected]T.
                              The tax payee retired in October 2012. For the financial year,[protected] and assessment year[protected], the tax was deducted and paid by the tax payee's Govt organization. For the financial year,[protected] and assessment year[protected], the tax was paid by the tax payee himself as Self assessment tax through the bank. But while doing so, the bank made a mistake in paying with assessment year[protected] rather than[protected]. There has been many emails, online tax form submission and posts sent to the income tax department to get this fixed. Basically,[protected] assessment year has extra tax paid which has to be refunded and[protected] assessment year shows pending tax payment. ITR1 form for AY 2013-14 reflects the tax amount paid. But, till date there is no action that's been taken. The tax payee still gets emails and posts saying there is pending payment for assessment year[protected]. ITO hasn't responded to the tax adjustment issue. We have been getting reminders after reminders for the past 8 years regarding the pending tax payment. We have communicated to the IT department many times but no fruitful response. There has been multiple communication stating "Tax for AY[protected] was not paid". But, there has been no communication regarding the refund for the extra tax that was deducted for AY[protected]. But, the demand is still shown as outstanding. This is incorrect. On top of all this, the refund for AY2020-21 was adjusted against this demand. Need to cancel the demand and to provide refund. Please do the needful ASAP. This is ridiculous on how Senior citizens who pay right taxes are being treated.

                                Income Tax new portal has failed to reflect paid demand since the past 6 months. I (BHFPP2796H) have been trying to correct status of IT returns filed last year for AY 20-21, but to no vain. A demand was requested and I had it paid the same day with challan details. The same challan details are available on 26AS form but not reflected on the new website. Multiple grievances were raised, multiple calls with customer care failed to resolve this issue. I am really frustrated as I am unable to produce the ITR anywhere for the past six months. Please reflect the demand paid at the earliest.

                                    I have a PAN card which comes under category of minor. so when I tried to update the PAN card, I have received a new one with Different PAN number,
                                    Initially I don't know about that we should not have 2 PAN cards, When I come to know about this, I tried to submit the new PAN card to the nearest Income tax office, They are not sure about the process, I was bit worried and shocked and they asked me to send the PAN card and requisition letter through Post, I have sent the same, I sent it on 11/11/2021, but still My PAN Card which is inadvertently allocated to me is active, I have approached the office again, but they told like it will take 1 month of time.

                                    My problem is, My new pan card is attached with AADHAR and my old one is attached with all my important accounts, I just requested them to deactivate the New PAN card and update the old one, I'm also not sure whether they are following a correct process or not.
