Dear Sir,
I have e-filed an ITR-5 for AY 2021-22 in respect of our Chandralok Apartment Owners' Association (an AOP), (PAN: AAEAC2547H) which is not registered with Societies Registration Act and the individual Income Tax amounts of the members of the Association were not taken into account during computation of Income Tax of the Association.
There were no provision for sharing the amount of Profit among the members.
I, as Treasurer of the Association and an authorized signatory, filed online the ITR-5 on 21/01/2022 and it has been duly e-verified.[Acknowledgement No:[protected]].
But, I filed the ITR as a routine annual exercise as per Sec 139(5) of the
Income Tax Act, 1961, without taking the permission of the members of the
Apartment owners" Association, for which I am facing some difficulties at present.
I would, therefore, request you to let me know whether it is mandatory to obtain permission from the members of the Apartment owners" Association before filing annual Income Tax Return of the Association.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I applied for name correction in PAN Card but NSDL is saying that my application has been rejected by IT Department since Income Tax Department has a pending application with them.
I would like to know how can I go about resolving this issue?

I am facing the record(pan) not found in ITD database/invalid issue when I use my pan card number. I can't fix this issue and don't know why this error is showing.

I Reshmi Devi PAN - GFNPD1846B filed income tax return for the AY. 2020-21 as a legal heir of my husband Sh. Madan Lal Sharma PAN NO -AEMPS3913A .My husband got expired on dated[protected] and as a legal heir of my husband I filed the ITR of my husband. But after processing the ITR the refund amount was credited into the wrong account of my deceased husband ( AC [protected]) which had already been closed after the death of my husband. Actually the refund amount should have been credited into the account of Nominee / Legal heir (Ac. No. [protected]).
In Feb.2021 a request was filed for Refund Re-issue and as a result I got a message from Income Tax Department in March 2021 to update a correct account whereas my correct account as a nominee is correct and has already been validated but the refund has not been credited into my correct Ac.([protected]) till today. So please check my Refund Re-issue request and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I can't able to print my pan card, it shows me that “The Record is presently not available at ITD Master Instant PAN”

I have applied for new pan card on 18th december 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected] . On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

While Registering in https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal Register option My Pan number AOBPP9821P is validated but I am getting Error Name is not as per PAN details.

I am a new tax payer and I am trying to register myself to file the returns in the New Income tax department website. However, I keep getting the error as "Error : Name entered is not as per PAN. Please retry.". So, i reached out to the Customer Care support of this portal and they confirmed that my PAN details are proper and this is issue with the Income Tax Govt website.

They asked me to write email to [protected]@incometax.gov.in. I have been writing emails everyday from 6 days and still no response regarding my issue.

Govt is taking my taxes but not allowing me to get my returns this way. As a first time tax payer, I am highly disappointed in the system.

If i do not file tax returns at right time, I will lose thousands pf rupees. If my PAN details were incorrect, this would have created issue earlier as I am a salaried employee. However, due to portal issue, I am not able to file returns and nobody is providing support to resolve this issue either.

Please consider this complaint seriously as you are my last resort for this situation here. Guide me on how to get my issue resolved.

I have been entering the right details as I have crossed verified with the Income Tax Dept Portal customer care and I doubled checked the PAN card and have entered exact information as well.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of AVANISH AJAY KADAM which was dispatched at our address in November 2021. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contacted the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he returned it to the sender's address.

Therefore, I request that you resend my PAN Card to same address that I mentioned in the details below and also inform me beforehand about the arrival of the PAN card

In Income tax AIS while adding details to other PAN/year, when I give my pan its giving the below error:
