Whenever I call IncomeTax india helpdesk, they are unable to understand my query. They just ask me to forward my query to an email id

After I send a mail to this id, no one acknowledges it nor anyone responds.
This is all farce. They are just fooling around.

          I have been facing a problem regarding my pan card EFPPA5818J. I got this pan card from UTI recently and is active and verified according to income tax department site but when i try to open a demat account or a bank account online my pan verification fails. I have tried this on multiple sites and facing the same issue.
          Please help me with this problem its been 10 days that i am facing this problem and i have also received my physical pan card still it is not working.

            My bank account has been pre-validated and EVC enabled. Yet when I try to generate EVC from within my Incometax portal, the Continue button does not enable.

            As a result I can not generate EVC. This is a major technical glitch in the Incometax new efiling portal designed by Infosys.

              I made my instant pan card through efilling portal. Now I want a physical CARD but when I request for a reprint it shows "record not found in database"

                      1. Interest on Fixed Deposit is paid without deduction of Income tax on furnishing Form 15 H.
                      2. No Income Tax should be deducted before the actual interest paid/credit exceeds the exemption limit (i.e.) Rs. 10, 000/Rs.50, 000/-.
                      3. Senior citizens need not pay Advance Tax,
                      4. The subject of taxation is total Income i.e. Gross Total Income (-) admissible deductions under Chapter VIA.
                      5. Taxable Income is arrived at after deducting the proposed savings from the estimated Total Income.
                      6. The savings for claiming deductions must be from the income of the year liable to tax.
                      7. Banks are refusing to accept declarations by Pensioners, indicating the amount of proposed savings and deducting Income tax till proof of investments is produced.
                      8. Majority of Sr. Citizens in General and very Sr. Citizens in particular are claiming refund of Income tax deducted by banks in full.
                      9. The action of the banks is only resulting in all round increase with no Revenue Benefit.
                      10. Increasing the interest burden on the Govt on the amounts refunded.
                      11. While savings made during anytime of the year is eligible for deduction, insisting on proof of investment, even before the Pensioner receives any income in the financial year is illogical.
                      12. The Banks may be instructed to accept the declarations furnished by the Pensioners and allow admissible deductions before deducting tax.
                      13. If necessary a special form may be prescribed for furnishing the declaration by pensioners. Failure to invest before the date indicated in the declaration may be considered as an attempt to prevent/postpone deduction of tax due. Penal provisions may be included.
                      14. Income tax due may be recovered from pension for the months of Jan and February, including interest/penalty, if any as prescribed, and pensioner shall have no right to protest.
                      15. As liability to pay tax arises only after the income exceeds the maximum amount not liable to tax, it is not fair to deduct tax from the amount which attracts no tax.

                          I am a senior citizen and have filled in my ITR2 form online but because of technical errors online regarding Capital Gains and deductions U/S 54EC, had problems and hence could not submit it.

                          When I filled in the ITR 2 form offline, everything was fine and but while uploading it to the IT website, for the last few days - it does not go through and show "SCHEMA ERROR, PLEASE TRY LATER" I have a screenshot of this and can share it if required.

                          Please resolve the software problems from your end and revert so that I can file my returns in time. As a senior citizen, this is very stressful and is affecting my health. Please expedite a resolution.

                              It's now near a month gone since I raised grievance on Income Tax India portal. Despite a month gone, the status of grievance is still Submitted.

                              No one is looking into it. This is very disappointing.
                              I am unable to generate EVC. All I hear is integration issues since 9-June-21. Now we are 2 months old since the portal was launched.
                              Waste of money of taxpayers.

                                It is over a month since a grievance has been raised. I paid the additional demand for last financial year in DEC 2020, but it is still not reflected in the portal. I have been unable to submit my returns filed last year just because the demand has not being feed into the returns system, but lies in the 26AS form. Would someone look into this on priority? All I hear from the customer care center that they are working to load data, what do we do if you don't reflect the correct data?
                                Please resolve the data gap asap.

                                  Please help me to login to e-filling portal of income tax. I am not able to login using my Net Banking and My Pan.

                                  I have registered on income tax yesterday and also done high secure options Aadhar with OTP also on yesterday along with my PAN as my user ID.

                                  When using Aadhar with OTP option inside that in Generate OTP
                                  the Continue button is not working.

                                  and while using Net Banking screen loads for whole 40 minutes of session time .
