I have been watching my uncle property n busines.. they have not expanded their old business in sugar and coconuts. N yet they have owned many land across kolhapur n near by districts and southern India like flats in kerala n manglore and etc.

Plus since my grandfather Leeladhar bendke death on 25th Feb 2013. All of sudden all the family members of Arun bendke son's and Rajendra bendke n his family been travelling to manh foreign trips.. its seem that there was no will as such to justify the money distribution and they have been spending the money like black money anonymously..

Someone needs to have a check on their business balance sheets and number of properties they own like business names are Bendke bros, famous coconuts merchants since 1956 and Soham traders since 1999 famous retail Sugar trading merchant.

Plus they own houses individually in New palace area, near Videocon store.

Also all money was black since before these businesses Bendke were famous Drug agents like In ganja dealers. So if your see what money was saved and black is been benefitted to these homes only. As if you see my family tree I had around 6 grandfathers and they had this Drug business very famous and also their was Sale tax case on us. I can show you all the details.

They have lot of cash to manage people in police, IT dept and also in other sectors so they are not caught anywhere so far.

I purposely want to put some focus on All bendke transactions because there r many faults and culprits who are not doing they work right towards taxing sector.

Also we had biggest Income tax case too ran on us in 1995 approx.

These men in my family are over smart to fool around.

Plus in their houses also they have illegally expanded the building premises and paying less home tax on that too.

So kindly take some vigorous steps towards them in order to find the wrong guy who is fooling everyone in the System.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that mohammed ambia ([protected]) has earned more money and property in short period by the influence of his position as president of coopertive society in panpozhi shenkkoti tluk. he is doing many bussiness and not paying proper tax to the government and he earned more property in the name of his father mudhar mydeen.Recently he has purchased worth of 30 lakhs and it has been registered as 5.5lakhs in panpozhi sub register office panpozhi shenkkottai taluk tirunelveli district. in general he has money in one big case as ready cash in his home for election purpose. kindly do the needful. thanking you

I sri nanda kumar biswas an employee of state bank of india katabagan branch. For the year 2012-13 when i was at chak islampur branch my income tax was deducted from my salary but it was not credited against my pan. After receiving the notice from income tax department i knew that tax was not credited against my pan. But sir i am an employee the responsibility of depositing the tds is only the employer. However after receiving the notice i have informed my employer. But still today they didn't take any action. So i am earnestly requesting you please you serve a notice to my employer where the money has gone. And why i will be penalized for their fault.

For the year 2012-13 my tds was not deposited against my pan no. I am nanda kumar biswas state bank of india katabagan branch that time i was posted at chak islampur branch. Every year income tax department charging penalty. It is not my fault. Where the money has gone. Please do the needful at your end and give me relief from this. After getting my penalty notice i have informed the bank that my tds which was debited from my salary it is not credited against my pan. But still today i am yet to get any reply from the bank side. And still i am facing a serious problem. Only if you take the initiative i think i must get a positive result.

I am complaining about mr. manoj shivhare. He is not paying any income tax but right now he is doing business of audio vedio marrige mixing on broad level . he used to more than 20 peoples of manpower and running office in house .also he has many camras, Photography machines, all set up related with marrige more than 50 lakh. he dealed all business in cash. kindly take action against manoj . realy he is tax theft.

Hi I am kapila chetri my pan card number is BLBPC7523H and my application number is Q[protected] I have applied for correction on 24/10/2018 and Till now I haven’t recived my pan card whenever I am tracking my pan card status it’s showing father name mismatch and withheld for processing so I would like to request you to print the same father name which is printed before in pan card. So I request you to solve my problem and dispatch my pan card as soon as possible.

I received soft copy by mail but hard copy didn't found status showing that courier in vasai but still from month n above i didn't receive my pan card so please help me out to find my courier of pan card at my home door service or let me know where is my card or show me way to collect my card as soon as possible request to department let me know as soon as possible

Greetings. I feel it unfortunate to come to you again and again that i have not received my refund chq for pan card no: adzpn3913f for the year 2018-19 till date. I have filed my tax returns in june 2018 and yet it has not been processed yet, i have called the toll free no many times and each time i get the update its under processing and they don't have any concrete answers, your support and coordination in getting my itr processed is highly appreciated

Hi there,

My pan number was allotted on 14th feb and sent through velex awb [protected] on 20 th feb 2019. Since then i called the logistics many a times, either their number is busy or not reachable. Luckily i get through them thrice out of 100 calls made. Every time they say that, it will be sent today, however i have still not received my pan card. My pan card number is lgaps0181b and my name is shwetha c. I happen to discuss the same with my friends and most of them have the same issues with velex logistics holding the card. And most of them said, that one final day, they will call up and tell that either you come and pick up the card from their office, or else they will send it back. Velex logistics is not doing what they are suppose to do, i would suggest to take them out of the service.

I got my pan number and got a message that my pan card is dispatched. I also checked with the courier system but i haven't got my pan card yet.
It is said that my pan card must be delivered by[protected] but today is[protected] and i didn't get my pan card to the address. My pan card number is ezjpp4660p. Please make sure i receive my pan card as early as possible. I request you to send me the pan card to the given address in the pan application form.

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. For your information that from long time i complain in faridabad local income tax department that, income tax department issued pan no. Ahhpb7438h to another person in same name jai bhagwan s/o, ram singh of ghandhidham, kutch 370201.
I have received a copy of my complain letter in local income tax department dated 1.4.2014.
In every year you are sending me defects of my return income file.
Few days back also i have received same letter vide communication reference no. Cpc/1718/g5/[protected].
I hope he has some transport business in kutch, which one lr copy attached herewith for your reference.
What ever his transaction that is also showing in my account.
Further you are requested to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Which uses very little & poor quantity of desi ghee and robs people by taking a lot of rupees in the name of desi ghee. Fresh sweets are also not available at the shop sometimes, they also have a catering service in wedding party. They have purchased four plots around their shop from the last few years,...

I purchased a house from builder for ₹ 52 00, 000 and initially we paid RS.12, 00, 000 we wrote agreement also.but at the time registration he demanded extra 100000 . We paid also because we already paid ₹200000 registration amount and challan also. D Chandra Rao from whom we purchased a house he had bar in bubai and he avoids all taxes (for this I don't have proof but all are saying). Chandra Reddy & Srinivasa Reddy both are doing lot of hawalla businesses.After collecting ₹100000 also he never paid any tax.we are suffering a lot because he still not completed the house. After two months also.

Dear sir / madam, I have applied for pan card few days back. I have received an email containing my pan no but physically pan card has not reached to my address. I have to submit my pan no in my bank but I am not been able to do that. if I fail to do it i will have to face the TDS deduction please send me original pan card at my address

They have evaded crores of rupees of taxes by not revealing the profits earned from their millions of customers.
