Sir, my pan card no: aabpg7161r was deactivated in 2017. I therefore applied for a new pan card via nsdl in november 2017 ack no: n-[protected]. I received a mail from nsdl on 26/10/2017 stating: we have received your pan application documents for above application on november 07, 2017. With regard to verification of your above mentioned application and pan application documents, we would like to inform you that the documents received on november 07, 2017, are in order. Your application has been forwarded to income tax department for further processing.
Sir, from that date to now almost 2 years have flown away and nothing has been done yet.
Sir, i therefore once again applied for pan in may 2019 via uti application no: u - g[protected]. The result is same
Sir please let me know the reason whats taking so long to clear my pan application.

The company has been dealing in black for the last 20 years, but the income tax department has not taken any action.
The company is selling all in cash. No tax has been paid on it till date. A request to take immediate action on the company which has not paid any income tax till date.

When i want to register for e-filling of income tax and when i enter my pan it informs that my pan has been already registered. So i went to contact details, there i viewed some one has filled their mobile & mail i'd for my pan. I then edited them. But i want to know how this happened.
I request you to take stringent action against that person and protect my pan. The details are

With reference to the complaint submitted on[protected] to cm house punjab grievances online with a reference no. CMOFF/E/2019/00979 .The complaint has been forwarded to dc office muktsar for an appropriate action to be taken against the tax corruption and over income property .The case has been reminded at 1-7-2019 again to dc office muktsar . On 5-7-2019 simply stated examined at our level.
No action report has been submitted and carrying remarks.
We request you to kindly look forward to the complaint...

I am writing this for Firm Name "Om Parkash Ravi Kumar" (Inderjeet garg) in malout town (Distt shri muktsar sahib), Gur Bazar is selling Goods of sugar and Jaggery without 100 percent bills and thefting the income tax. He has one godown where he stored half bills goods. Tax evasion has increased too that level he has stored illegal money in many savings accounts and in home in terms of gold jewellery.Providing the police protection for this search with the vigilence team and income tax team will be helpful for the ease of search as he has political relations. Kindly save the state by taking appropriate actions so the tax he evaded every year should be in use of state and center development services.

Kindly take an strict action and submit the action report attachment with this case.

My landlord address is u 34/55 DLF phase 3 Gurgaon he is a tax invader he has more then 5 buildings and his monthly income is more then 6 lakh he do all his transaction in cash even he take deposit amount from people and don't refund back to them his name is Anirudh contact number is [protected].please look into this matter.He is invading tax from.many year's

I'm not able to register in the 'income tax efiling'. While registering, the form asks for my 'first name' and 'surname'. But when i fill with the correct details [tried all possible combinations], its showing error message like 'your first name doesnt match with the data you entered.. Your surname name doesnt match with the data you entered..'.

Is there any way to verify my details as per the pan records?

I have applied online for pan card on 9 july 2019 and after 8 days on 17 july 2019 i received message i'm alloted pan no. Irtpk3285h.
But on nsdl pan track i'm seeing this message 'your application is under process at income tax department' due to which i'm unable to open bank account and also due to no bank account i'm not getting education loan.
Please review into the matter and please help. Its taking too long.

Sir, i have applied for my pan card (Online) through nsdl on 12th july 2019.
In few hours after the submission of application, i received my e-pan. I have been checking the status of my pan card since then, my physical pan card was dispatched on 14th july 2019 which is expected to be arrived by 24th july.
But when i go on to incometaxindia efilling site to verify my pan, it shows"no record found for the given pan".
Please help me to resolve this.

My Self is ANU DEVI my PAN Card No. CYZPD5717Q & I come to know through CIBIL report where the bank and branch name was not mentioned that someone has miss used my pan card details and take a huge Gold loans and Vehicle loans.
. Sir, I have took only one loan till now from Canera Bank, i don't know how he was used my pan card while another document was of a person from Rastey Public School Village Khandora, Rewari Haryana and another is H.No.149 Village jai Singh Pur Khera, tehsil Bawal, Rewari Haryana-123401 as per my CIBIL report, since I am a permanent residing of Himachal Pradesh. I don't know what is the matter. Please solve my problem on urgent basis.

Please, sir, confirm me, is it my pan card also assigned to a different person having the same name Anu Devi, if not then please tell me the how is it possible to use my PAN card by another one. Or if you were not able then please guide me towards the respective authority for this cause.

I've applied PAN (PAN NO: DJBPA2621E) through NSDL and received Electronic copy of PAN by July 8. Now When I try to link the PAN with bank account, it says my PAN data is not available on their database. Then I checked with Income Tax India website, Verify PAN details section. Again it says record not found for given PAN. How can I get correct it?

I applied for PAN (PAN NO: DJBPA2621E) through E-KYC paperless process and completed all everything. By 8th July I got electronic copy of PAN by Email. Fortunately when I try to link PAN with bank account it shows record not found in bank's database. Same thing happened in Income Tax Department website as well. When I try to validate my PAN It shows Record not found for given PAN. How can I get solved this problem.

My flat owner vijyant kushwaha sri sai apartment flat no c2 tariya sunderpur varanasi up, has not shown his rent income from past 5 years in his income.. And last yr when i insisted for his pan card which was needed by me for tax rebate, he start insisting me to leave by differnt methods. I get to know now that the sbi ac no [protected] he has gvn me of his father narayan singh, died 7 yr earlier, which he never said to me. Kindly check

It's been more than 2 months. I didn't receive my pan card and now I can't see the status also.Previously it shows that it has arrived at gurugram. But now it doesn't show anything. I have applied for correction in father's name on 12 March 2019

I have used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my friend. I used e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.20 using my debit card three times. My balance was deducted from the bank on 02/07/2019 but there was a mismatch between otp number. It showed me a message stating that otp is incorrect and hence you cannot proceed the application. Whether payment made for three times i. E. 106.20*3 = 318.60/- payment is refundable?

My name is akash kumar and my father's name is rakesh kumar and the same is mentioned over my pan card but as per income tax department database my name is aakash kumar and my father's name is raj kumar. I applied for pan card correction 20 days back but it is not resolved yet, every time when i call to customer care to get an update they just say wait for two days to get it updated. Apart from this every time customer care executive asks me to submit a new document. First time they asked a clarification letter and i sent it then they asked adhar card and i sent it and then they asked my pan card copy and i sent this as well.

Now nsdl team (Sohail) is saying that your documents have been sent to income tax department but as per income tax department (Mukul) the documents are still with nsdl team.

I am not understanding why my details are incorrect in itd if the correct details are mentioned on my pan card. I can understand that this can be done by a human error but why you guys are not correcting this. Its been more than 20 days and i did not get any resolution. Pan number is ckmpk7662q. This pan is issued to another person as well as per income tax department.
